Alton Towers here we come! (friends)

8:47 AM Saturday morning, Kim was up, dressed, ready to go as she sat on her chair in her room. Today they were going to Alton Towers! Kim loved that place! Amusement parks were fun! Her Kim Possible back pack was packed with everything she'd need. One towel in case she got soaked on a ride, a blanket in case she got cold, two soda cans in case she was thirsty, a couple chocolate bars in case she got hungry, her mother's cell phone in case she got lost, a jacket and a hat. Her mum had set her to packing a few days in advance saying that Kim would need all the time to get it done. Still she was ready to go she had her backpack and her money... Money? "Hey where is my money?!" Kim thought as she looked around her bedroom.

A sudden noise from the hallway drew her attention and a grin appeared on her face as she heard the noise continue, someone was up and walking! Saturday was for sleeping in but someone had gotten up! Practically jumping out of the chair Kim darted towards the hallway and peered around the corner in time to see her mum coming towards her. “Mummy! Where’s my money!?” Kim eagerly asked, her mum knew everything that happened in that house, if there was something missing she could find it! With a sigh, Lisa Sullivan tugged at the strings on her nightgown as she walked past her daughter and into the living room, straight to the fireplace. “On… the… fireplace…” she said in the midst of a yawn. “Thanks mum!” Kim said as she grabbed her money purse and stuffed it into her shorts’ pocket. “Bye mum!” She then said as she stepped into the fireplace and grabbed some Floo Powder.

“Kimmy!” Lisa said as she quickly walked to the fireplace and pulled Kim out. “It’s not even 9 o’clock yet! Your friends said to meet them at 9:30! Now go sit down and wait.” “Oh yea!” Kim said as she stuffed the Floo Powder into the tin again and stepped back into the living room and sat back down on the couch. Tick-tock went the clock as it seemed to be mocking her, it had something to do while Kim had to merely sit and wait for something to do. Looking down at her white shoes with rainbow colored laces, she knelt down and untied them, then tied them again and for good measure she double knotted both shoes. Sitting back up the clock now read 9:04. While sitting there listening to the clock mock her, Kim tried to think of anything else she might possibly need, then it suddenly hit her! Sun screen!

Kim once more bolted from her chair and ran toward the bathroom. Flinging open the medicine cabinet she peered in looking for sunscreen. At the very back of the cabinet she found some old sunscreen, it was called Berry Blast Screen. Taking the bottle back to her bedroom she sat on her bed and popped open the tube and squeezed but nothing came out. Rolling the tube up some more she squeezed harder and this time a giant glob of blue paste squirted out and onto her pink shorts. Setting the bottle down she scooped the paste quickly off her shorts before they left a mark and began to rub the lotion on her legs, arms, face and neck. Happily satisfied that she was now protected, she closed the bottle and went back to the bathroom to look in the mirror to make sure she didn’t have any blotches left. Her reflection in the mirror was not what she had anticipated however. Instead of her usual face looking back at her, she was now blue! She looked like a blue girl wearing a white shirt!

Back down the hallway Kim ran toward the kitchen and where her mom was. “Mum!” Kim cried as she ran in the kitchen. Lisa Sullivan who was busy making breakfast took one look at her daughter and simply put both hands to her face as she shook her head from side to side. “I don’t even want to know Kim” she said as she took her wand and waved it in Kim’s direction, in short time Kim was back to her normal color. “Mum I didn’t do it on purpose!” Kim interjected as she was changing colors, “I just put the sun screen on! It was that berry blue one, I didn’t know I was going to turn blue!” While she was offering her explanation the clock struck, quickly spinning around she found it to be 9:30! “Got to go now mum! Bye!” Kim exclaimed as she sprinted towards the fireplace, grabbed Floo Powder and tossed it down. In a burst of green flames she was no longer in her living room but in a Wizarding Cafe where she was to meet up with her friends at about this time. They then would walk a block to a bus station and take a shuttle to Alton Towers! Kim could hardly wait as she sat down in a chair near the door and waited.

The beauty of turning 17 and becoming legal age, was just that. You were of legal age. Jordan could now apparate and use magic outside of Hogwarts and that was a marvelous thing. A marvelous thing indeed. Of course, she at first used her magic for silly things like decorating her room or making her clothes dance around before she chose an outfit to wear. Actually, silly things suddenly became necessary things and those necessary things seemed to take form in her every day life. Such as making the clothes model or dance around before she chose an outfit. That was in fact what she was doing that moment. Jean shorts and light tee's paraded around with shoes on and matching backpacks. They looked like there were invisible people in the clothes that walked on their own. When Jordan first found the spell, she had spent hours laughing and having fun with the clothes. And then when she was done, she simply waved her wand and everything was back where it was moments before.

Today Jordan was meeting up with Kim Sullivan and a couple of other friends to go to an amusement park. Jordan rarely ever went to amusement parks, but the times she had, she really enjoyed it. Although Kim was a few years behind her, Jordan didn't mind. The girl was fun to be around and you could rarely ever think of anything unhappy when you were with her. That's how Jordan was when she was younger, she still sort of was that way - just not as much as she uesd to be. Of course, with a best-friend like Dillion Moore you couldn't exactly be serious all the time. Certain moments did call for it though, but those certain moments were certainly not when you were around Dill. Maybe that was a good thing, all work and no play made Jordan implode. Which was why she was very excited about today. The idea of hanging out with friends at an amusement park made all her worries go away.

Finally, Jordan settled on blue jean shorts and yellow tank top with a badger on it. The badger was sort of faded because it was one of Jordan's favourite shirts, but she didn't mind. She quickly slipped into the clothes and then picked up the white tennis shoes that had been chosen for that outfit. She laced them up and tied into double knots. Then she ran a brush through her long brown hair and french braided it back. In her ears were yellow earrings that swayed when she moved her head. She wore no make-up considering it would just wash off in the water rides. Next she packed her small back pack with her sunscreen, a tightly rolled towel, some money just in case, and a bottle of water. Her eyes drifted to the clock that read 9:29. She slipped the straps of her back pack over her shoulders and then walked into the kitchen to see Justin sitting at the table eating cereal and reading the back of the box.

"I'm going now." She told him. Justin didn't even look up, her merely nodded and took another bite of his cereal. Jordan smiled and then left with a pop. Moments later she appeared outside of a wizarding cafe where she was supposed to meet everyone. Jordan pushed open the door and smiled at the welcomed cool air. To her right she saw Kim sitting in a chair. Jordan quickly made her way over and sat down in a chair near her. "Hi, Kim. Have you been here long?" She asked, hoping she hadn't. Jordan hated making people wait.

Ashley was feeling extra excited as she turned on the radio in her bedroom. A fast pop song was playing and she twirled around to the beat while making her way toward the closet. She had woken extra early that day to get ready. Even though she loved to sleep in during the summer, she had plans for the day. A couple of her friends were meeting at a Wizarding cafe to head to Alton Towers. She always loved amusement parks. They were so much fun. There were food, games, rides, and tons of people! Pushing coat hungers with clothes on thing aside so she could get a better look, Ashley continued to try to find something good to wear. Her mother left a stack of chocolate chip pancakes in the oven before heading off to work. Ashley's mother was the head chef at their restaurant which her dad owned. They always had to leave when the sun came up to open everything and make sure things ran smoothly. Which left the big responsibly of Elina making sure Ashley didn't do something completely stupid when they were gone. But today, Elina was supposed to drive Ashley to that cafe but Ashley hadn't seen Elina up yet. Maybe she wanted an extra hour of sleep? Noticing a pink tee shirt with the Superman S on it, she tore it off the hanger and flung it on her bed. Goodie! She could get the chance to bounce on her sister's bed to wake her up.

Quickly making her way down the hall toward Elina's bedroom, Ashley bounded inside. Flipping the light switch on Ashley began to talk in that annoying voice her sister hated. "Elina! Wake up! You have to take me to go see my friends today!" Quickly heading toward the end of the Elina's bed, Ashley was about to jump before her sister shouted. "I've been up! Just give me a while to get ready." With a raised eyebrow, Ashley's blue eyes lingered to the romance book Elina had on her lap. Smiling, Ashley looked at the digital clock on her sister's bedside table. The red lights were flashing seven. "I'll be in the kitchen if you need me. Mum left us chocolate chip pancakes!" With a large smile she head back toward her bedroom, her blond hair flying about. Taking off her large poka-dot pajamas, Ashley pulled on the tee shirt and a pair of jean shorts. Taking the small backpack straps off the chair to her vanity set, she opened it up and it down open on her bed. Inside she put in some sunscreen, sunglasses, and a small disposable camera. Happy about her choice of items, she sat down on the bed next to the bag. Pulling on a pair of rainbow colored socks; she grabbed her baseball cap of from the bedpost and also set it inside the bag.

A little while later, Ashley was sitting at the kitchen table, with a large plate of pancakes in front of her. Bandit and Shelby were both laid out on the ground staring at her, wondering if she would drop anything so they could gobble it up. Taking the last couples of bites of pancakes, Ashley drank the rest of her orange juice. Setting the glass on top of the plate, she walked over to the sink and began to rinse the dishes out. Her mother always had this thing about cleaning the house and Ashley didn't feel like washing a load of dishes in a couple of days. Putting the materials in the right place in the dish washed she closed the door with her foot. "Hey Ash, are you ready?" Elina called, while making her way down the stairs. "Just a minute!" Grabbing two dog cookies from the treat jar she give them both to the two dogs on the floor. Ashley didn't know where Tigger was so she could give him a treat a well. Maybe the cat was playing somewhere with George? Setting the backpack straps on her back she also pulled the cap down over her blond hair. Hearing the door to the front door open, Ashley ran toward it while slipping her feet into a pair of white sneakers. "Wait for me!" she called as Elina got into he front seat of the car. Locking the front door behind her, Ashley took her place in the passenger side seat and buckling her seatbelt while the car pulled out of the drive way.

The drive wasn't all that long and soon the silver car pulled up to the cafe. "Mom told me to give you some money," Elina began taking it out of her purse and handing it toward her sister. "Thank you! See you later!" Smiling Ashley got out of the car and entered the small cafe. Noticing that Kim and Jordan were the only ones there she waved toward them. "Hey guys! I hope I didn't keep you waiting. Who else is coming?" Ashley asked as she fixed her baseball cap on her head. "I think I could take some coffee now!"

Kim had only about a minute to sit before Jordan and then Ashley showed up so she had no time to explore the pub she had entered and it was a real shame too because there were several interesting people and things to look at! It really didn't matter though, they had a short walk to the shuttle stop and they had only a few minutes to get there. "Hi Jordan Hi Ashley" Kim said as she hopped down off the stool she was sitting on. "Come on lets go! We have to go now or we won't get there when it opens! I don't want to wait in line to get in because last time we had to wait in line and then I was standing there too long and when I finally got my ticket and got in the park it was crowded and people were all over and the rides I wanted to go on had lots of people in line and I had to wait in line for the rides and then I kept waiting for each ride and it took like hours and then there were these weird tourists who weren't speaking English and they seemed to be everywhere I went because I kept seeing them all over and they were like following me and then I kept going on rides and they were still there when I got off rides and then they were all over where I went and I told my mom and she said it was OK that they were going on the rides too and I was like well why can't they go on other rides then and then my mom told me to stop it and I said stop what? And she was like leave the tourists alone and I said I am leaving them alone they just keep following me and then she told me to shush."

Kim then walked out of the pub toward the shuttle stop. "Ooh hey do you guys have money to get in? I have some extra money you know I saved up my allowance money the last few weeks and so I have some extra money if you need to borrow some I want to get one of those teddy bears this time though that they have at the gift shop. I got one once but then I think I lost it in the lake at school because I had it with me and I was going to go swimming but then I didn't I decided to make a sand castle instead and then I put the bear on top of the sand castle and then I went to take a picture with my camera but I forgot my camera in my room so I went back to get it and then my friend Nokomis was going to eat in so I went with her and then after that we went to go to the library for something I forget what so when I got to my room and found my camera I went to the beach but I couldn't because it was too late so I went to the beach early the next day and my bear was gone and so was my sand castle so do you think the lake squid took my bear?"

After a short wait the red shuttle arrived and passengers began boarding. Kim walked up the steps and dropped her coins into the bin with two loud clicks. "I like those boxes" Kim said as she took a seat "You can put only certain coins in, once I was on another bus and then I put the wrong coins in and the machine went off and the alarm sounded and the bus driver got mad at me because I put some sickels in the bin instead of the coins it wanted and the driver said I was a cheater and he ought to call the police on me and I was like well it was an accident and he said no it wasn't and I said yes it was and he said no it wasn't and I said yes it was and then I gave him the right coins and he said whatever and I was like whatever and he said whatever go sit down and I said whatever and went to sit down. Oooh do you guys want to see coins I brought to toss into the wishing well?"
