Claira left her house, the summer wind making her brown hair look as if it were flying. She took out her favorite green beenie and put in on her head. She ran about the front yard, leaves rustling in the trees and the setting sun's pink light shining through the branches of the great Weeping Willow tree that shadowed over her two story house. The little ten year sat benieth the tree, nestled amungst it's roots and took out her notebook. Inside were plans for her birthday in August. This was her 11th birthday, it had to be big! It had to be wonderful! Naturally, it had to have lots of presents. She giggled at her thoughts, wondering what her parents had gotten her.
It was about 30 minutes later when the sun finally set and the street lamps burst into life with light. Claira checked her watch. It was only 6:08 PM. She sighed, wondering what she should do now. She looked over at the small park that sat next door to her house. She stood, brushing the grass and dirt from her pants and ran over to the swing set. There were only three swings and a jungle-jim, which had monkey bars and a few slides. Claira sat down on the swing, moving her feet against the ground so the swing started to move. She didn't swing very 'big', only so much that her feet barely left the ground.

Tiny branches protruding from the surrounding trees had scraped Rosaliz’s face. Suddenly she felt herself fall forwards. Screaming, she extended her arms, trying to prevent the fall. Then she remembered what she was running from. A WOLF. The other creatures around were the birds, chirping in the distance and there was not a single person within sight. She looked behind her and got up to her feet as fast as she could. Her heart pounded hard with the strong breeze of wind hitting her face. She ran, screaming for help. But by the time she looked around the wolf was gone. ‘How can this be’ she thought, shivering of the thought of the vicious monster. She continued running her way towards the city just incase it was following her but apparently it hadn’t. She saw a park; there was a girl, which looked about her age, on the swing. Rosaliz took another vacant swing to sit down and catch her breath. She breathed deep and heavily. She then remembered the scrapes on her face. She touched them they were bleeding. Rosaliz didn’t mind but she didn’t like the fact that she always ran into danger. Then after Rosaliz got her breath, she watched the girl swing herself, bit by bit. She had interest to say something but she had to wait until she stopped swinging.

Claira was only swinging, innocently humming a made up song, when a girl ran into the park, the forest trees looming behind her. Claira's eyes widened and her eyebrows raised, but she didn't stop swinging. Claira watched the girl from the corner of her green/blue eye. The girl's face was cut up and bleeding, her blond hair wild. She seemed to be running from something. Her eyes betrayed how scared she were. Claira slowed her swinging, but still didn't stop. The girl touched her face, seeming to check if she were really bleeding. Claira's heart jumped as the girl noticed her for what seemed like the first time.
She didn't say anything to Claira, just watched her. Claira felt uncomfortable as the girl watched her, seeming to be waiting for something. Claira bit her lip, looking down at her feet. Should she say something to the girl? She sighed and stopped the slow swinging. She turned to the girl, a concerned look on her 10 year old face.
"Uh... hello? Are you all right?" Claira asked, her voice laced with mature sounding concern, but her childish frame and kid-like voice betrayed that matured concern.

Rosaliz watched the girl stop swinging. She heard her ask if she was all right. “I’m fine just tired from running.” She said taking a deep breath of air. She continued “you have to watch out I was fallowed from a wolf chasing me. I thought I was going to get eaten alive!!” she said feeling her heart pound faster from fright. “Does my face look bad?” she asked hoping the cuts wouldn’t leave any scars. ((sorry it's so short and I'm Really sorry for answering so late ))

((OOC: it's ok, really...))
Claira stood from the swing and walked over to the girl, her concern over taking her young body. The girl's face was cut rather badly. Claira looked at the woods, loaming over the park and suddenly looking sinister. She gulped, feeling frightful. A wolf? In London? She shivered and looked back at the girl's cuts.
"It looks painful, and you're bleeding. Maybe you should come to my house and my momma will take care of those," she motioned with her head down the street where her house stood, looking safe. Claira hoped the girl said yes. It was scary being outside while a wolf ran lose.
"Please? We need to get inside... if there's a wolf then we need to get somewhere safe, plus your cuts look really painful... My momma may not be a-" she paused, she had almost said witch, but what if this girl was a Muggle... she hesitated before going on, "She's very good at taking care of cuts," she licked her lips and smiled, touching the girl's shoulder tentavely and pleading with her eyes to get inside.

Rosaliz watched Claira towards her. She saw her glimpse at the woods and then back to her. She listened to Claira asking her to go inside to get her cured. ‘Will it be safe in that house? The wolf is so near’ she thought. She looked at the girl in the eyes, feeling her hand on her shoulder. “Well, it be kind of rude since you don’t know my name. I’m Rosaliz. You could call me Rosy if you want to. Yes I’ll go inside” she said with a soft smile looking near her surroundings just incase. She then looked back at the girl and asked “what’s your name?” shivering from fright. By now she felt blood dripping off her face. She looked down and saw her shirt was stained. ‘I wonder if I’m bleeding somewhere else’ she thought with a dismay look on her face.

Claira took a deep breath and gulped, staring out at the dark woods, the trees high and dark, evil almost. She shivered when the girl did. The girl told Claira her name and asked for hers. Claira glanced at the woods once more and then let her eyes settle back to "Claira," she said and took hold of Rasaliz's hand, smiling and trying to lead her towards her house. Claira smiled again. "So... Rosy, my house is just down the street," she could see the girl's doubt, "It's safe, I promise,"

Rosaliz walked with Claria, fallowing her. She looked around once more making sure no wolves were around. She was quite scared thinking about the wolf, and was thankful to be alive. She walked feeling her cuts sting even more from the wind. She continued walking, she noticed that her wrist was aching very badly; she did recall that she twisted it when she tried to prevent the fall earlier in the woods. She tried to move it but the pain was horrible. She bit her lip to prevent herself from screaming. She looked up and found that they were standing in front of the house’s door.

((No problem, really))
Claira noticed a slight gasp that came from Rosaliz behind her. Claira's head whipped around and she looked at Rosaliz in surprise, her eyes searching for the wolf, but it seemed that she were fine and Claira relaxed. She turned back around to see her house, looking safe and warm. She walked up the three stone steps of her house and opened the door, motioning for Rosaliz to follow. Her parents were watching TV, cuddled together as the show flicked strange lights on the dark walls. Claira turned on the light and their heads jerked around to look at Claira. Samantha stood and rushed over.
"Oh my! What happened?" Claira explained, her voice getting louder and louder as her mind tried to rush her, thinking that Rosaliz needed some help. When she were finished, Samantha put an arm about Rosaliz' shoulder and led her to the bathroom where the first aid kit was.

Rosaliz walked inside and saw Claria's They appearently were watching television. Rosaliz listened to Claria explain to her what happened, she then saw her mother rush up to her and before she knew it she was in a bathroom. She saw her mother take out a first aid kit. Rosaliz then said "I think I broke my wrist." she looked at her mother in dismay.

Samantha looked at the wrist, her eyes concerned. She shook her head, feeling hopeless. She wasn't a witch, she couldn't fix it like Claira's teachers could. Tears pressed her eyes as the girl was in pain. She sniffed and dabbed at the cutts on her face. Claira stood in the corner of the bathroom, her father writting a letter to St. Mungos. As Samantha treated Rosaliz' wounds, Claira felt a smile cross her lips. She might have a friend... Samantha tenderly took her wrist, careful not to move it and looked into Rosaliz' eyes.
"I'm sorry... I can't... I-" Claira cleared her throat, Mathew had sent the letter and they sent one back in record time. He was waiting in the bathroom doorway.
"They gave us instructions to the wizard hospital," Samantha sniffed and smiled again, standing and grabbing a wrist wrap from the first aid kit. She wrapped the brown clothe about Rosaliz' wrist and started to lead her from the room.
"What about your parents, dear?" Samantha asked as they climbed into the green volvo car. Mathew turned the key so that the car roared to life, taking out the piece of yellowish parchment from his jacket. Claira looked at Rosaliz, waiting for her to enter the backseat.

Rosaliz eyes started to sting, filling with tears when Claria’s mother asked her about her parents. She replied feeling tears go down her face “Both of my parents are dead. My mother died when I was finishing last month of Hogwarts before it closed. She died in a muggle car accident and my father died in my arms three days ago in Hogsmeade.” She said feeling even more tears roll down.
She then noticed that she was in a muggle car and started to panic out. She didn’t want to lose her life the same way as her mother did. She opened the door stepping out in a shocked state. Nobody wouldn’t blame her for doing this. ‘First my mother, then my father, and I almost lost my life today by a wolf.' she thought.
She sat on the ground crying in pain mentally and physically, shivering in her own fears.

As Rosaliz left the car Claira followed and so did her parents. Samantha's face had been drained off all blood and she was pale as a ghost, Mathew's face matched but he was shocked, not scared. Claira wanted to cry as Rosaliz did too. Samantha's mouth dropped and she wanted to smack herself in the forehead for causing this. Claira understood why Rosaliz didn't want to be in the car, he mother being killed by one. Samantha started to freak out. She started crying also. Mathew put a hand on her shoulder and sighed.
"Rosy, it's ok. My momma and daddy have never gotten in an accident," Claira said softly and touching Rosaliz' arm tenderly. Samantha sobbed her apologies and Claira knew why her mother was loosing it. They had just found out about Claira's "special-ness" (being a witch) and then the burden of telling Derek Holden's family that Samantha had his love child and married her childhood best friend in escape to her own parents. It was alot for any family to bear, plus Claira got attacked in Diagon Alley... Samantha couldn't take much more. How could finding out you're a witch be worth this much drama and hurt? Samantha stopped her sobbing and resulted in sniffing about a thousand times a second.
"Rosa-sniff-liz... I am so-sniff- sorry I-sniff- brought that up... I-sniff-didn't-sniff-know," she started to sob again. Claira sighed. What a night.

Rosaliz listened to Claria's mother sobb, as well as hearing her own self to. She lisnted to Claria's mom apologize and Ckaria about never being in a car accident. Rosaliz stood up, still having tears rolling down her face and said, "I'm sorry, I'll go in the car as long if Claria is with me." she looked at Claria and asked "should I get back into the car? It's for the best to cure me right?"

Claira sighed with relief as Rosaliz finally agreed on going in the car, but only if Claira was there. She nodded about a million times as She helped Rosy back into the car and hurried her parents up. This time she sat in the middle seat, her arm around Rosaliz's shoulders and rubbing her arm with her other hand. Mathew drove to the Muggle hospital and soon they were waiting in the reception hall, waiting for a nurse to bring them. Claira sighed, wishing she had floo powder. It would have been so much easier instead of dealing with Muggle medicine. Soon a nurse came and Claira and her parents were leading Rosaliz inside a small white room, where a doctor soon presented himself. Samantha explained everything that Claira had explained to her and the doctor took hold of Rosaliz's wrist, very tenderly of course. Her felt it a bit and smiled reasurringly.
"Its only a sprang," he smiled again, Claira glared. She hated doctors. Thought they were phoney. She tisked when he mumbled to himself, she rolled her eyes when he said something intelligent. When he left again Claira put an arm around Rosaliz's shoulders again.
"Don't listen to him, we're gonna get you out of here and to St. Mungos soon enough,"

Rosaliz went inside the car. It wasn’t long when the big building appeared in sight. She sat next to Claria who was rubbing her arm with the other hand. She then felt the car come to a halt and she opened the door walking out. They walked threw some sliding doors, and then into a waiting area. Ten minutes later Rosaliz was fallowing Claria’s mother with this nurse to who had called her name. They walked into a white little room, and then a doctor appeared inside. Rosaliz saw his bold straight long face. He had a few wrinkles with glasses his hair was brown but a few whit hair’s visible.
He grabbed her wrist and started to examine it. Rosaliz was holding back her tears from pain, but yet trying not to show it. The doctor said something just it only being sprained but not broken. The doctor turned around and then she heard Claria saying about not listening to him because she was going to St. Mungo’s later.
She then fallowed the doctor to another room, making sure Claria was with her. She hated the smell of the place it smelled, like dead people but with alcohol and soap. It was a very bad combination of smells. She then watched the doctor wrap a soft cloth around her wrist and then said he was done. Rosaliz frowned at this because her wrist still hurt but she was also happy because she wanted to leave the place badly. The foul smell was starting to give her headaches along with dizziness. Rosaliz walked towards the exit and then towards the car, inhaling clean air from outside.

As they walked back to the car, Claira glared at her parents, saying it was a complete waist of time. Her mother shushed her instantly and her father sighed, completely oblivious as to how to get to St. Mungos. Claira put her arm about Rosaliz yet again as they got into the car. She was in a foul temper suddenly, only because she hated muggle hospitals. Her mother seemed upset that she couldn't help, but her father was in a strangely quiet mood. Claira bit her lip, wondering if she cause her mother to be so upset.
"Uhhh, mummy, isn't Mrs. Perkins next door a witch?"
"I think so... why?" her mother asked, suspicious.
"Because we could ask her how to get to St. Mungos," her mother nodded and her father started to drive towards to the woman's house. Claira smiled at Rosaliz once more.
The car stopped and they exited the car, heading toward Mrs. Perkin's front door. The old woman answered the door when Mathew knocked and let them in immidiatly. She explained how to use floo powder and sent them through the fireplace. They came out in a hospital, the smells of muggle hospitals werent there, but another smell replaced it. She couldnt describe it... but it was different. They asked a healer for help and soon they were being leaded into a room where a healer took out their wand and healed Rosaliz' wrist at once. Within minutes they were back at Clairas home, confused at what to do next.
