Kris landed from the salto in a low crouch and brushed a strand of his hair, that had gotten out from the leather string holding his hair together at the nape of his neck, back calmly. Kris was in really fantastic mood today. Practice for great, he had got to hex some of those Gryffindor mudbloods and Dana was pure-blood after all. The bit of information had been discovered just today and even though her father had been a squib, he had been born as a pure-blood wizard. Making Dana a pure-blood as well. Kris would have cared for his cousin either way, but she being a pure-blood was a whole lot better.
Kris let the practicing area disappear from the Room of Requirement and drank some icy water. Pulling off the T-shirt he had been practicing in, Kris slipped into a dark-green silk blouse and sat back in a royal armchair that had appeared right behind him. Sitting down Kris stretched and glanced at his silver wrist-watch before yawning. One more thought and the room turned into a study with book-shelves covering the walls and the whole decoration being down in a rather antique style. Only the best and it all fitted together. Skimming the bookshelves Kris picked up a book on very dark curses and opened the book, flipping through pages until he found the one he was interested in and after getting himself some cappuccino and fruits Kris lounged back and started reading. The DADA professors in Hogwarts were dreadful, so Kris resorted to teaching himself. It usually worked just as effectively as well.

Desiray walked down the corridor, bore dout of her wits. Her feet hit the stone floor, her footsteps echoeing through the hallway. She wore her usual outfit. Skirt rolled up to her mid thigh instead of her knee, her shirt tied up so it showed her mid-riff, and her hair was up in a messy bun. Fly away stands of her long blonde hair fell into her face, btu Desiray really didn't care. She yawned, looping her thumbs in the elastic of her skirt. She then came to a very large door, gazing apon it in wonder. She looked down at the door knob, the little adventure in her screamed at her to enter. She shrugged and entered the mysterious room.
What she saw startled her. It was a humongus library and one boy was sitting in it, reading a book. She looked about, in awe. It was amazing. She walked inside and shut the door behind her, the door causing a very large slamming noise to resound throughout the amazing library. She jumped and apologized under her breath for the disturbance. She looked at the boy closer. It was Kris. She sighed in relief. A slytherin. She smiled slightly and looked about again.
"I'm sorry... um... what is this place?" she asked, mumbling her apology.

Kris grimaced at the curse he was reading about. Sure, it seemed amusing and would without a doubt be rather useful, but it was far too messy as well. Flipping through the next leaves the hair on Kris’s neck stirred as the door was opened. He expected for whoever had entered the room to leave as soon as the person saw a Slytherin occupying it. However the door closed with a bang and Kris looked up with irritation, even though it didn’t show outside, to get rid of whoever had entered the room.
“Why venture into a room, if you do not know what it is?” Kris asked haughtily taking the girl in. She was a Slytherin and a fifth year, even though Kris had never talked to her before. Cestbon as Kris recalled. Considering it was a fellow SLytherin and a girl, Kris couldn’t forcefully throw her out, so he swallowed his irritation and answered, “The Room of Requirement.”
Not closing his book Kris took in Desiray, weighing her in his mind, even though no flicker of emotion showed in his face or eyes and his body was as relaxed as ever. Except for the feel that he Kris could bound into action at any given second, but there was always such a feel accompanying him.

Desiray rolled her eyes at Kris's comment about entering a room if you don't know what it is. She wanted to unleash her slight anger with a very rude comment, but didn't. He was a Slytherin after all. She could always make an acception for a boy... I mean a Slytherin. She then nodded, sighing as her anger diminished almost completely, but most definatly not forgotten. She was about to say something but the titles of the books caught her attention. A book on Voldemort. She hurried over to it, extremely interested. It was a forbidden book, no doubt. This was sort of like the restricted section of the library! She bit her lip as she took down the book.
"Oh nice!" she said softly as she opened the book. Her fasination was Voldemort. He was her "hero" in a way. She wanted more than anything to become a death Eater and prove once and for all that a Cestbon could indeed be a good Death Eater! Her father had given himself a bad reputation with his master and the other followers... being a bad Death Eater and never doing his tasks correctly had definatly lowered his popularity among them. Her mother had wanted to become a Death eater, but the opportunity had passed before she jumped for it. Then again... getting locked in Azkaban because her husband was a Death Eater and a very bad liar was a bit of a burn to her mother's ego.
Desiray licked her lips as she read the begining pages of the book. She then realized that she had forgotten about Kris, who was still sitting there. She looked at him and then smiled cheesy.
"umm... yeah. Sorry, I guess." it hurt her to say sorry this many times... she hated that word. It was like poison to her tongue. But she bit back the sudden urge to back the apology and bit her lip again, setting the book back on the library shelf. She leaned against the book shelf and looked down at Kris, a sexy half smile crossing her lips.
"Come here often?" she asked, her voice turning from it usual sneer to a silky flirtatious tone.

Kris watched Desiray with from under half-closed lids but he wasn’t surprised at all upon seeing which book Desiray picked up. There would hardly be any Slytherin who wouldn’t pick that book up. It did seem interesting at first glance. Once opening it the book just started listing dull lists of his deeds and victims of him and Death Eaters. Nothing worth Kris’s time certainly. The introduction was basically the only interesting part about the book on the whole.
Kris arched an eye-browa as Desiray took a flirtatious tone and apologized once again. Slytherin and apologizing so often – at least there wasn’t any other house to hear it near by. “I lived,” Kris answered calmly, stretching his long legs out in front of him and placing them on a foot-rest that appeared at a quick though, “And I do stop by here from time to time to practice.” Kris didn’t bother to explain that ha practiced martial arts here – it was unnecessary information and wouldn’t do any good to Desiray what-so-ever. “Considering you asked what this place is, you don’t come here. Looking for something or are you just lost?” Kris asked dryly glancing towards his book – he really wanted to finish it before dinner.

Desiray listened to Kris as his voice spoke. She sighed inwardly but not so that he could hear. All her thoughts and emotions were only viewed by Desiray and no one else. She shrugged, her smile turnign sexy.
"Well, I'm more bored than lost, really. I decided to explore a bit and..." she opened her arms, "here I am!" She puked inside her imagination. This was pathetic. At this point Desiray hated herself. She would go far just for any boys attention... too far. Desiray needed standards! She knew she used to have some, but where did they go? She hoped her thoughts had not turned into expressions.
She sighed outwardly this time, slowly roaming about the book shelves, one finger lazily running along the spines. She did not know what sort of conversation she wanted to have with Kris yet, so she remained silent for the time being. She had nothing really to say after his comments. She finally walked back to Kris and decided to make conversation.
"So what exactly do you practice in here?" she didn't really want to know... it was just for conversation sake.

“Here you are,” Kris muttered sarcastically as the girls’ voice turned flirting. Slowly letting his eyes take Desiray in, Kris decided that she didn’t look too bad. With her short skirt she was quite a sight for sore eyes, even though Kris eyed the red roots of her hair coldly – he personally didn’t like those. She certainly was a pretty girl, but there were a lot of pretty girls in the world. And though Desiray was good-looking she certainly wouldn’t stand a competition to some veelas, or even half-or quarter-veelas, who Kris had developed some kind of a resistance towards thanks to some quarter-veelas for distant cousins.
“Here you are, so am I support to jump up and down with joy now?” Kris drawled out with a smirk – it was stated with sarcasm dripping from his words, but it wasn’t really offensive either. “And I doubt it would be any use to you to know which area of martial arts I personally practice and prefer.”
Desiray smiled slightly. He was definatly a Slytherin. His sarcastic words seemed to just amuse Desiray rather than anger her, which was what usually happened. She shrugged slightly and was about to reply when he stated, rather coldly, that it was no use to her to know what type of martial arts he practiced. Desiray felt her eyebrow rise at his words. She stared at him. Now that was rather rude... she thought to herself, but chose not to have the usual contest with the other Slytherins at "who can make the worst insult". Instead she just sighed, a bit forcably, and leaned against the wall more.
"Well fine then, you answered my question anyway." she bit her tongue from continuing with a defensive comment. I was just trying to make conversation!. But she did not say it. She just stared down at him.

“I know I answered. I just wasn’t sure if you’d pick it up,” Kris muttered only barely audible arching an eye-brow as Desiray stared at him. Did she think it would have any affect at all on him? There was little chance of that. Turning the page in his book calmly Kris glanced down to see which curse he had turned to and smiled upon seeing it. It was one of Kris’s personal favorites – one of his legal guardians had almost perfected the spells and taught it to Kris as well.
Turning a couple more pages to come to a curse that interested him a little again, Kris glanced towards Desiray again. Kris was in a good mood today – he had just heard that his cousin was a pure-blood after all! It wasn’t easy to hear better news really. Tilting his head back so it was leaning on the head-rest of the armchair he was in, Kris eyed Desiray calmly, wondering if the girl would try to start a conversation once more.

Desiray watched Kris slowly turn the pages of his book. She sighed and looked about the room, sighing again and again. Then a movement from Kris' direction caught her eye. She turned to him with a swish of her blonde hair. He was eyeing her. She curved her body slowly so that she looked more sexy as she leaned against the book case. But she did not smile as she usually would have. In her experience of flirtations, Desiray has learned that Slytherin boys do not like nice sweet little good girls... no. They loved mean, evil, nasty girls. The rebels are who Slytherin boys are attracted to. So instead of her original flirty and very sexy smile. She glared.
"What are you looking at!?" she asked in a mean, rather nasty tone of voice.

Kris arched an eye-brow towards Desiray: “Well, I thought I was looking at someone, but since you are WHAT I am looking at, then I guess you aren’t really worth the time.”
Kris tilted his head calmly and sneered as the girl dropped the sweet appearance and voice analysing his opinion: “Not a bad sight for eyes. Then again – you’re not a veela certainly and probably try to play to many guys at once, therefore never really succeeding in playing any of them properly.”
Kris raised an eye-brow – he did prefer girls who could hold themselves well and knew how to act so they would be approachable, but not overly friendly.
“So on the whole I was valuating whether or not you would be worth my time and attention,” the words were cold but calm – even if Desiray would get angry, Kris wouldn’t be really bothered. He was in a good enough mood not to mind and besides there were other girls.

Desiray let her anger flare inside her, but didn't let it show. She had to be careful with this one. He wasn't some dumb third year Ravenclaw who would take her flirtations like Tristan was. No. Kris was more careful than that and that made Desiray want to get him even more. She wouldn't alow herself to smile or glare. Just to keep the blank look on her face. Her eyes glinted with anger, but then it was gone. She shrugged and looked around again.
"And no I am not a veela. Nor would I want to be one," she said, chosing to ignore the other thin gs he said.

Kris arched an eye-brow as Desiray didn’t blow up in anger. At least she had some self-discipline, even though she tended to flirt with just about everyone. And show a bit too much to everyone as well – where were her standards? But even when she was angry she was smart enough not to show it. “Veela’s certainly have their good points,” Kris stated absent-mindedly turning his arm so he could see the time, “Usually can keep up a conversation and dance as well. And are quite a dessert for eyes at boringly formal parties.”
Desiray laughed slightly. Just like a typical boy. Of course he would be interested in Veelas! They were the creatures who fed on that sort of thing. Although Desiray much doesn't like them, she wouldn't mind having all the boys pour over her like they did to a veela, or part veela. She shrugged again and sighed.
"Naturally all boys would want a piece of a veela," she said, in a slightly bored tone. She then noticed that kris looked at his watch as if he needed to leave. Her eyebrow arched perfectly obove her right eye.
"Are you late or something?"
