Bee smiled happily at Lina. "Thanks a lot! You two really are great!" She thought about Linas' suggestion. "Yeah, that sounds like a good idea....We have to stay out of sight though. If the Slytherins see us, they might not be afraid anymore, if you know what I mean...." Slytherins had no problem attacking Gryffindors, Bee had found that out the hard way. She glanced over in the direction of the noises as she heard them get louder. Her face clouded over with anger; How dare they! She thought. How could they do this to a kitten? She looked at Lina and then asked, "What are you going to move?"

Had already begun to move out of the vicinity, however stopped towards Bee's question. She turned, and smiled, "Don't worry about that..." She said with a wink, as she disappeared around a corner. She walked once again with light footsteps towards the sound of the terrified cat and amused boys. This was outrageous, was it just her or did slytherins always have special privelages in this castle. The place was corrupt. She snickered to herself at the thought, but then quickly returned her mind to this serious situation.
When she reached the area that she had been in previously, she peered over to see that the boys were still there. Lina leaned back agaisnt the bookshelves, and thought to herself, "How did I get myself into this again..." A small smile appeared across her face, as the thought lingered. She always seemed to find herself in the most outrageous of situations.
Finally, Lina breathed in deeply, and looked towards a cart of books, that was her target. She could get that cart to move, spill the books, and hit another cart. It would be like a domino chain. Likely enough to scare those blokes away. Lina pulled her wand out of her pocket, and trailed her finger along it, feeling the magic that resided in it awaken. Finally, she held her hand up, and then thrust it forward while hissing, "Pousikus!".
Instantly a stream of heavy wind emerged from the tip of her wand, and headed straight for the cart. "Contact..." Lina muttered as she began to walk backwards, then quickly darted around so that she could leave the area, just in case the Slytherins checked. The crashing of carts, and the thud of the heavy books echoes after her as she ran down the aisle and turned towards the side that Bee was, no doubt in the process of saving Max.

Bee was filled with doubt as she watched Lina hurry off. She smiled as she thought of what she had gotten into with these two.
She would have to trust Lina with this one. Bee moved quietly in the other direction, thinking that she could grab Max from the other side, as the boys looked at whatever Lina was moving. Bee moved as quickly as possible, she didn't want to miss the opprotunity. She glanced around, then gathering her wits once again, took out her wand and went behind a bookcase.
She breathed in deeply, franticly wishing she had stayed in the Gryffindor common room. It's useless to try to change the past, Bee reminded herself as she waited for some sort of noise that would signal that Lina was doing her job. She waited and waited, hoping that Lina was ok. She could still her the sblack personing going on in front of the bookcase and the afraid cat trying to escape.
"These Slytherins are plain wicked," She muttered to herself as she listened to them laugh louder. She clenched and unclenched her fists in fustration getting tired of waiting.
She didn't have to wait much longer, however, because the sounds of bookcarts and books thudding on the floor told Bee that Lina had suceeded. She peered over the bookcase and heard one of the Slytherins yell out. The ran off in the other direction, Bee thought that they were going to search for the source of commotion. She hoped Lina had gotten away from the spot she had cast her clever spell.
Seeing Max in the box made Bee's heart swell with fury. Max was like her brother, her caring friend. He was the closest thing Bee had. She rushed over to him and lifted the box off of him. He jumped into her arms, purring loudly, but Bee could still tell that Max was still frightened. She cradled him in her arms, trying to make him feel relaxed.
She glanced around the library once again, and seeing no Slytherins she hurried off to where she had started; looking for Lina and Raine.

Lina heard the voices of the Slytherin behind her. They were faster than she had expected. She decided to track herself all the way to the back of the library, then perform a turn, and then catch up with Bee and then run like heck. Of course, Lina thought that it would have been smarter if Bee had ran out of the library already, it would be safer and more efficent. That's why, when she saw that Bee was waiting in the back, she opened her eyes wide, and quickly grabbed Bee's arm and ran up the aisle.
"You should have left once you got Max!" She said sharply as she cut through the aisles. Finally, they were reaching the entrance of th library, and Lina quickly sprinted for it. She began to laugh a little once they were out in the hallways, and rushed down the cold corridors, listening for the Slytherin footsteps.

She heard hurried footsteps coming her way. She looked up, holding Max protectivly in her arms. It was Lina and she was running as if her life depended on it.
"What are you-" Bee was cut off by Lina's sharp reply and her tugging at her sleeve. At first Bee was stunned, then she relized what was happening. She could hear the Slytherins' angry voices getting closer. She saw Lina running towards the exit. Bee followed as fast as she could go, still carring Max in her arms. Bee wasn't about to let them get Max again. She sprinted down the aisles, not daring to look back.
Once they were in the corridors, she heard Lina laughing a little. Bee couldn't help it, she grinned too. They had escaped with Max and the Slytherins didn't have a clue where they were. At least, she thought they didn't. She found out how wrong she was when she paused for breath, she could hear their voices close behind.

Lina's laughter began to grow more clear as the wind began to fill her lungs regularly now. She heard her own voice echo down the hall, and quickly muffled it as to not attract anymore unwanted attention. She continued to laugh, then noticed the look on Bee's face, signifying that something was indeed wrong. She shut her mouth, and listened intently.
Footsteps, and hushed voices echoed back to them, and Lina quickly stared at Bee in astonishment, "This isn't good..." Lina said as she began to think quickly within her mind. Justin had shown her a secret passage way around here, now if only she could remember it.
Too late, she couldn't, and there was no chance she would take in standing here all day. If she did, well, then she would risk getting her and Bee caught. And through past experiences, Slytherins always seemed to be the most privelaged group in hogwarts. She tapped Bee's arm, and gestured towards a stray corridor. So what if they got lost, it was better than being caught by the angry bunch that crawled after them. Lina nodded, and quickly began to stride towards the corridor. Once she entered it, she broke into a swift run.

Bee know heard voices coming down the hall. She grimaced. This wasn't good. It wasn't good at all! What were they going to do? Bee stooped quickly and put Max on the ground. She knew that he would stay near her, mostly after his frightning experience. She looked at Lina, who now understood completly what was happening. Bee whipped her head around, looking for a safe place to hide. She saw Lina doing the same thing. Suddenly, Lina pointed at a corridorr that was empty. Bee nodded her head and started off, not wanting to get caught. She quickened her step, she wasn't about to get caught. After all, Slytherins seemed to have ways of getting away from trouble. Mostly with Professor Snape.
Bee looked back again, and seeing nothing, slowed down a bit. She looked at Lina, thinking hard. She looked down at Max, who gave a little meow.
"Do you think we lost them?" She asked Max and Lina. She didn't talk louder than a whisper. There was still a chance that they could catch up.
