Desiray sat, cross legged, on her bed, a large book sitting open on her legs. She leaned over the book, chewing on her index nail and letting her hair fall over across the pages. She sighed, sitting up straighter. The words were getting too boring now. She had read almost every book in the library on Vampires, ghouls, ghosts, and every book on Voldemort. Most would say Voldemort was Desiray's hero. Other's would say she admired him obove all others. To her, he is the best man on Earth. She looked up to him, she believed in what he did. She wished that her father was Voldemort! Of course her father was a Death Eater, but a bad one. He was just higher than the weasle Wormtail, only much, much better looking. That is why her mother married him. He was charming and handsom, but definatly sucked at the whole Death Eater thing. He even got himself thrown in Azkaban and dragged his wife with him, leaving Desiray in an orphanage.
She yawned, from being extremely bored-not exhaustion and stood from her bed, scooting across the floor of her dormatory, her bare feet cold against the wood. She det the book back on the bed and slipped on her slippers. It was only 5 in the afternoon and Desiray was desperate for more reading material. She shook her head at her robe and decided to go to the library in the regular white shirt, grey plaid skirt, losely tied tie, but no knee length socks and her sleeves of her white blouse srunched up around her elbows.
She grabbed the book and slowly walked down the small staircase from the Slytherin 5th year girl's dormatory and into the Slytherin common room with a slight smile. She loved this room. Green being her favorite color and a snake being her favorite animal. SA few students were dotted about the room, studying. She rolled her eyes, not recognizing the younger years. She walked out of the portrait hole and down the corridor toward the library. She passed no one. Not surprising. Most of the students were in the common room studying, in their dorms studying, or in the library... studying! Now Desiray was heading ot the library for a better book, one that she hadn't read three times all ready...
She turned right, then left, then right again, another left and found herself outside the two open doors of the Library. She entered and automatically went toward the Dark Arts section. Most of the real good books were in the Restricted section, but she didn't feel like batting her eyes lashes at Snape for a permision slip. She put the book on ghouls away and and ran her index finger, which nail was badly torn from all her bored chewing. She shook her head at most titles, but when she reached the section on Voldemort she smiled, half she had read... the other half was just waiting for her, screaming at her. READ ME! READ ME!. She found a book that she had not read yet and sat down at the table, opened to the first page and began to read.
