It was a Saturday afternoon. The sun was shining brightly though the aged windows. Students were outside taking in the warmer weather. The temperature was still about 60º+ but it was a lot better than freezing temperatures. Sydney sat in the main hallway on a window seal. She just came in from the outside, and wasn't in the mood to go to her Common Room. The massive window seal was about four feet off of the ground. Syd's left leg hung over the side as her right leg was under her. Her long strawberry blonde hair flickered in the breeze, as someone opened the Oak doors which let air into the large hall.
A few students walked from the Great hall to the stairs, in the middle of a conversation. The talking took Sydney out of the trance she seemed to be- by looking out the window. Smiling to herself, she looked deeper on to the lawns. The oak doors opened again, as a few more people walked though the hall. Suddenly, Sydney hear a farmilar voice. She blushed slightly- as she paused, trying not to seem like she knew he was a few feet away.

A small cluster of Ravenclaws made their way across the lawns and back towards the castle, discussing a few tinal topics relating to the herbology assignment they had met to talk about a bit over an hour ago. Finally reaching the castle, Kamron pushed the door open and stepped insdie, looking back over his shoulder to coment on a question another had made. After his coment he looked forward again, catching a glimpse of someone sitting on the near by window seat. He let his gaze settle there, a smile crossing his face as he saw that it was Sydney. The group he was sith stopped to say their gooc byes as a few of them parted ways. He had origionally planed to go to the common room hismelf, but he would much rather spend somet ime this afternoon talking to Syd--but then he would rather spend an afternoon with her than almost anything.
As the group of Ravenclaws started to split up he headed towards the seat where Syd had settled herself, a smile still on his face.
"Good afternoon Sydney"

Hearing Sydney's name, she smiled to herself as she turned around. "Hey there Kam." She still wore her smile on her face. "You didn't need to leave your friends to be with wacky little me." Sydney said as she added a little bit of humor at the end of her sentance. Now, facning Kamron, both of her legs hung over the side of the window seal. Swining her legs back and forth she looked towards the ground.
Looking back up she asked, "How have you been?" The last time the two spoke, it was a odd conversation. She was very up tight and not normal. She was in a way better mood, and a greater mood that Kamron was with her now. She had nothing planned for the upcomming day, but wandering the castle seemed perfectly fine for Syd.

When he reached the window seat she had settled herself onto he took a seat himself, looking over at her as he did. She looked much more herself today, very relaxed and happy. Life had seemed to settle down again. Spring was all around the castle and tensions of the rescent pased seemed to have faded away.
"I have been rather well actually. My sudies are going acording to play, and Jaquin is helping me a bit in preparing to enter a muggle university after Hogwarts. And I am finding my inner tensions eased by the slowly warning weather."
He paused, smiling as his gaze stayed on her. He was happy that he was after to exchange a few words with him so soon after their last encounter. It sometimes seemed as if the wizarding ward was attempting to keep them from an communication.
"And for the record, I am happy to leave my friends to be with wacky little you."

Sydney smiled her normal smile as Kamron spoke. "Jaquin. Hes nice. I talked to him in the lounge a few days ago." Syd nodded as she looked out into the empty main hall. Jummping down from the window seat, she began to put her hair up into a pony tail. Turning towards Kam, she said, "So, what do you want to do today, Mister Leopold?" She finished as she spun around and laughed as she did.
Looking back up to Kamron, her blue eyes shining as she begain a list. "We could, go to the library, the dungeons, old class room, Charms classroom!, umm.... " she stumbled as she thought about what to do. "Its your pick!" she said as she crossed her arms.
