First library visit(Anyone)

“Yeah, it looks amazing.” Dwyane said as he stepped into the room, inside he saw a large cauldron sitting on the table, around the table was two chairs and there was a roaring fire on one side of the room.

Dwyane placed his bag on the table and opened it up; from inside he pulled out a small thin book, and a wooden box. “To answer your question, I didn’t come up with the potion. It was created by Fred and George Weasley.” He said as he handed her the book, “I found this in my dorm, it was Fred’s back in his first year and it was were he would write down his plans, but he must of lost it at some time and forgot about it.”<br>
Next of all Dwyane pulled out a piece of parchment from his pocket and started to read it aloud.
“Sheena’s curls a potion to cause fun and laughter, First of all mix the Root of powdered asphodel with Powered moonstone and grind into a fine dust. Next add the Chopped daisy roots to the powder and add 5 drops of water. Next rip up the Leaves of a Flitterbloom into tiny square chunks and add the Sage burnt with a Centaurs hair, now add this to the rest and all that’s left to do is soak a Unicorn tail hair in the potion for 5 minutes.” He looked at Kat “That doesn’t seem to hard, doe’s it?” Dwyane asked as he put the Parchment on the table. “As I am not to good at potions….What was it Snape said” And in his best Snape impression he said “I have never in my life as a professor met someone so inexplicably terrible at potions!” When he finished the impression, he was struggling to hold back the laughter.

Dwyane opened the wooden box, and showed it to hold all the other ingredients, he placed them on the table in the order they would be needed.

Kat sat in one of the chairs around the table pulling off her thick sweater revealing a faded red blouse, as the room was very warm compared to the dungeons she had just been at a couple of minutes ago.

“We get to look in the minds of the Weasley twins,” Kat smirked watching as Dwayne pulled out the bow and notebook, ”Kind of scary actually, thinking of all the pranks they have mastered.”<br>
Kat listened closely to the description of the potion and couldn’t suppress her laughter as the imitation of Snape.

“Oh, right,” Kat reached to the pocket of her sweater and pulled out Unicorn tail hair and Sage burnt with Centaurs hair, placing them next to the other ingredients.
“I’ll start chopping the daisy roots,” Kat said blinking as a knife appeared next to her, “Wow, this room really is good. I didn’t even think about bringing a knife to chop the roots.”<br>
Kat started working on the roots making sure the pieces were sized the same: “So how do you like Hogwarts so far? And the house you were sorted into?”<br>
Kat made a grimace glancing at Dwyane: ”I absolutely suck at Transfiguration. And Potions isn’t mine specialty either actually. I love charms though.”<br>

As Kat removed her sweater, Dwyane became really hot and a small bead of sweat started to appear on his forehead, he thought he was turning an extremely bright red, but in-fact he was only slightly red.
“I – I w-wouldn’t want to be want to be locked in a room with them, if you know what I mean” Dwyane stammered at first causing him to go even more red.

“And I will start to grind the Root of powdered asphodel with Powered moonstone in to a fine dust” Dwyane said just as a mortar and pastel appeared right in front of him. “Yes, this room is amazing.” Dwyane said while, concentrating on the image of two bottles of butterbeer in his head and they too appeared. “Here you go.” Dwyane said handing Kat a bottle.

Dwyane picked up the Root of powdered asphodel with Powered moonstone and placed them both in the mortar and started grinding on top of it with the pastel, every few minutes he would stop to look at Kat, and take a drink of his butterbeer.

Kat, who concentrated on chopping the roots hadn’t even noticed that Dwyane had blushed. So she was a little startled when Dwyane handed her a bottle of butterbeer, but she accepted it gladly.

Kat took a zip of the drink and was once again amazed by how good it tasted. She had only had had a chance to taste it once, when she had been at Diagon Alley to shop for school for the first time.

Kat took a sip and then put the bottle aside to finish chopping the roots before drinking it, as the roots were already almost finished as the potion didn’t require very much of them.

“That’s done,” Kat exclaimed happily after cutting the last piece and leaned back with her bottle of butterbeer then, ”I really like butterbeer. Haven’t really drunk it often though, as I’m a muggle-born.”<br>
Kat reached for her camera and snapped a quick picture of Dwyane.
“Sorry, couldn’t resist the temptation, ”Kat grinned at the boy putting the camera away again, “It just was a good moment. I think it should be named as ‘Clever prankster working on his next trick’.”<br>
“So, tell me, oh obi-wan, how are you planning on slipping the potion to Katie? For some reason I doubt it she would just accept something that easily from you,” Kat grinned standing up and taking a couple of steps to see the instruction for the potion

“Rip up the Leaves of a Flitterbloom into tiny square chunks,” Kat read the instructions loudly before putting the sheet down again, “I’ll better start with that, so you can start brewing when you are ready with powdering that stuff.”<br>
So, Kat slowly drank her butterbeer while starting to rip the leaves, ”Seems as you aren’t exactly new to pranks? Have you ever pulled anything bigger?”<br>

Dwyane said, “Well the only time I ever had it was in Diagon Ally, when my Uncle Tom brought me there, but it is good isn’t it?” when he had just finished grinding up the Root of powdered asphodel with Powered moonstone and was just about adding the water when Kat snapped a picture of him, he hadn’t even noticed her move to get her camera, Dwyane started off blushing again and asked, “So does that produce magic or muggle pictures?”<br>
“I plan on using the force my young pad-wan learner” Dwyane said in his best ‘Luke Skywalker’ voice, as he started giggling. “No, I was going to put it in her drink, but that means going to the kitchens and getting to where the house elves keep the pumpkin juice.” A grin growing wide on his face, “The only drawback to that would be that I would have to either do all the pumpkin juice for the Gryffindor table or the whole school. But I think it should be worth it, as long as we keep it away from the teachers table! Unless my partner in crime has a better idea?”<br>
Dwyane started to brew the potion, and added the fine dust which was originally Root of powdered asphodel with Powered moonstone he next added chopped daisy roots along with 5 drops of water and said “As soon as you’re done we can add the Unicorn tail hair and let it soak.” He said as he took a sip of the butterbeer.

“It’s fantastic. For me this is also the second time I taste it – the first was at Diagon Alley while shopping for school,” Kat answered finishing the ripping which wasn’t very hard, as the leaves were quite soft, ”I’m done, so let’s see if it works.”<br>
Kat laughed and leaned back in her chair once again wishing for an apple in her mind. As the apple appeared she picked it up and sighed happily: ”Well, it depends on how the pictures are developed, whether they are muggle or wizard. I was thinking on making it a magic picture.”<br>
Kat laughed as Dwyane imitated Luke Skywalker, enjoying herself. “You do great imitations, you know?”<br>
“But actually – picture Snape with pink hair with red and silver sparks flying around him. Or Dumbeldore and McGonagall,” Kat imagined the picture and started laughing again, “It would look great although both Gryffindor and Ravenclaw would probably end up in negative. Although Snape should really award points for brewing a potion!”<br>
“The Gryffindor table or whole school,” Kat pondered aloud biting into the apple, ”That is the question. Well, I doubt that the juice for all houses are kept separate, so seems as if the whole school is going to get a new hairstyle. Are you going to drink the juice to keep suspicions away?”<br>
“Although I could always cause some diversion at the Ravenclaw table or maybe a stink-bomb to the SLytherins? That way you’d have a chance to drop the potion into Katie’s goblet while everybody are watching what’s happening,” Kat pointed out one more chance.

Just as Dwyane added the Unicorns Tail Hair, the potion turned a light orange “Well, that’s going to hide it when it’s put in the pumpkin juice.” Dwyane said with a slight laugh.

“Well if you do want a picture of me, magic or muggle, then I think it would be best if it was a picture containing me with pink hair!” Dwyane exclaimed, “As soon as the potion is ready, I will give it a try and if you want you can take a picture then.” Dwyane said while trying to imagine himself with pink hair with silver and gold stars shooting from it whenever he moved his head.

“No, I’m not that good…. I just like to do it.” Dwyane answered, thinking about his ‘Luke Skywalker’ impression.

“Actually I don’t want to picture Snape with pink hair, imaging he would become so bad tempered it wouldn’t only be Gryffindors and Ravenclaw who will be in negative points,” Dwyane said his laughter getting harder as he thought of it “it would be the whole school except the Slytherins, but I guess they would have McGonagall to deal with if it happened.” Dwyane said, as he fell into a chair laughing.

“I was thinking about that, but it all depends on who reaches for a drink first.” Dwyane said while deep in thought “If…and only if someone I can see someone takes a drink and their hair turns pink, then that means I wont have too, as other people would have noticed too. But if I cant see anybody, then yes I will have to drink the potion and have pink hair too. Also slipping it into Katie’s drink will be impossible, as she will be on the lookout for me doing anything so I wont be able to get near her!”

Dwyane now looked at Kat, “What about you? Are you going to drink it?”<br>

“You with pink hair,” Kat smiled as she watched the potion turn orange, ”The potion will ware of before dinner then, I hope! But I will be ready with my camera!”<br>
“Is it even possible for a house to go into negatives?” Kat inquired next watching Dwyane still the cauldron while she was finishing her apple, ”But I think Dumbeldore would quite like the change. That guy maybe be smart, but he is SERIOSULY off his rocker.”<br>
“Should I take it,” Kat wished for a mirror on one of the walls and it appeared wuite quickly. Kat examined herself with a twinkle in her eyes, ”I think it would look horrible on me. Dunno – the same like you I suppose – if someone else drinks first and I can see the change, then I’ll avoid it.”<br>
Kat eyed the potion with some suspicion: “I think it would actually be fairer if we flipped a coin to see who will test it.”<br>

"If you want to flip a coin, i'm game." Dwyane said, as a coin appered, this coin had the Ravenclaw creast on one side and the Gryffindor creast on the other.

Dwyane picked up the coin and had a look at it, the fire shone off the creasts on it.

"But who ever takes the potion to test it, will have to be careful for the next hour os so, so that they wont get in trouble when its released in the great hall." Dwyane said warninly.

"So do you want to flip the coin?" He asked

“Nice coin,” Kat said loudly smiling quickly, “Do you think the room would understand if I said ‘thank you’ to it? I mean it has to have some sort of senses or mind to be able to see what people are thinking of.”<br>
“And I was also wondering- what if two people in the room wish for two completely different things at the same time? Whose wish will be granted or will they neutralize each other?”<br>
Kat finished her apple and butterbeer and rose to sit on the armrest of her chair after placing the camera on the table: “If I get it, you’ll have to take a picture of me as well!
So shoot – let’s see who is favored today by Lady Luck.”

"Well if I was Dumbledore I would have to say, that this room most proberly can understand you if you say thankyou to it. But i'm not, I think that the room while it can understand us, it dosent have a will of its own so I dont think it would notice if you said thank you to it." Dwyane said whilst scratching his chin "On the other hane, I could of just insulted the room, and it will never help me again." He said as an after thought.

Dwyane listened to Katie and replyed "Well it wont netrulise, more probely if you wanted yellow walls while I wanted green walls the room will split itself in half, half yellow half green!" Dwyane said trying to stop him self from laughting at the picture in his head of a half yellow half green room with him and Kat trying to make it all one colour.

Dwyane flipped the coin high in the air, it was spinning over and over.

“That even made sense somehow,” Kat remarked laughing at the thought of yellow and green room, “And let’s agree not to make the room look like that? It would certainly be interesting, but I don’t think my eyes could take it.”<br>
((Why I have to decide? I’m awful at deciding things! Oh well, I’ll flip a coin in reality))

Kat watched as the coin Dwyane flipped spin in the air finally faling on the table with the Ravenclaw crest shining on it.
“Guess, I’m the lucky girl,” Kat muttered and wished for a glass, “But you know – next time, should we pull a prank together, that requires a potion – YOU’ll be the one to try it then!”<br>
A tall glass appeared on the table and Kat filled it with a ladle from the cauldron.
“Well, cheers!” Kat said staring at the potion with some doubt, before smirking and drowning it with two big gulps.

“The good news is, that it doesn’t taste half as bad,” Kat said putting the glass down and turning to look at the mirror. Her hair hadn’t changed. Kat watched for a little longer and then – after about 20 long seconds – her hair flashed into pink.

“Uh, not the best color of choice,” Kat made a grimace towards Dwyane while stepping closer to the mirror and shaking her head making some sparks fly around her.

“But looks like it worked!” She added with a broad smile turning around,. Causing more sparks to fly.
