The most boring day of the year so far, was drawing to an end. It would have been a very quiet night, had it not been for the fact that one young wizard could'nt get to sleep, though a few of the other witches and wizards could'nt either. Justin Lionheart was pacing back and forth in his dormitories. " Why could'nt she just listen to Jay, why did she have to choose right now to act like me and him." Justin thought aloud. He was of course talking about his cousin. SHe had gotten an offer from the ministry for a job and she had turned it down. Only thing wrong with this decision, is that she had only turned it down because of her parents and his parents. All of them worked at the ministry and she just did'nt want to work with them. SHe was usually very strict and would'nt turn down a oppurtunity like this, but Justin would, so she decided to do something that he would do and not take it and not just sday no, now she was somewhere in Egypt, but she had'nt told anyone that she was leaving.
Justin could'nt keep thinking about this. Deciding that he needed a walk to get rid of his built up tension. He grabbed a cloak and his wand, then headed out the dorms. He walked down the stairs to the common room and out the entrance.
He walked down the tremendously long stairs, until he reached the third floor. He remebered that he had met a few people here a few nights ago and decided that it would more than likely be desrted tonight. It was still early, but many of the students had went to their dorms earlier. He walked down the passage to his right and suddenly he heard footsteps behind him.

Dana wasn’t sleepy and her new book was rather interesting, so she wasn’t even dressed in her pajamas despite the fact that it was already rather late. So slipping out of her common room she headed to the kitchens to get a cup of cappuccino or hot chocolate. Dana couldn’t decide which she wanted more yet. Getting the cup of the drink without any problems Dana whispered ‘Lumos’ to her wand and holding the cup in one hand and the open book and the lit wand in the other, Dana wandered down a hallway, already reading again.
Since she wasn’t watching where she was going, Dana’s leg got stuck on some crack on the floor, sending Dana flying towards the floor once again. “OW!” Dana yelped, feeling the hot drink spill on her, although it wasn’t hot enough to burn her luckily, but she did scrape her knees. Her book and wand did went flying with a high arc though. Noticing someone standing near, Dana mentally slapped herself – of course she had had the luck to stumble and fall in front of someone again.
“Hi,” Dana peeked up to see in front of who she had managed to fall once again and smiled, recognizing the guy as Justin Lionhart. A fifth year Gryffindor, who Dana had stumbled into before as well, “I seem to make a habit of falling every time I see you. I should really work on breaking it though. If I keep stumbling and falling as much as I do, then the floor around here while get dented sooner or later.”
Dana climbed to her feet, smoothening her skirt out and looked around, wondering where her wand and book had ended up as they weren’t in view right now. She needed her wand to heal the cuts on her knees, so she turned and smiled at Justin once again: “Did you happen to notice where my wand and book flew by ay chance? Or use ‘accio’ on them?”
Looking more closely at Justin Dana noticed that he was a bit tense: “Everything alright? You seem a bit tense or thoughtful or worried. Anything I can help with?”
Justin turned and saw a girl fall down. He recognized her as Dana Coran, a Ravenclaw fifth year. Grinnig, he listened to her and sid " I tend to have that effect on girls. Anyways, yeah I saw where they went." He pointed his wand at her book and her wand, then said, "Accio." twice in a row to bring them to him. He handed her the items, and held out a hand to help her up. " Oh yeah, everythings okay, with me." said Justin, lying. He did'nt know why, but he hardly ever talked about his problem with his friends.
Looking around, he said, " Why are you out here, I do'nt mind the company though, but I've hardly ever seen you around whenever I went for a walk." He thought for a second, then said " Everything okay with you?"

Dana made a grimace towards Justin, as he said that he has that effect on girls. The grimace was amused though, rather than annoyed. “Thanks,” Dana said as Justin helped her up and handed Dana her wand and book. Bowing a little, Dana pointed her wand to her knees and muttered a healing charm watching contently as her knees heeled: “Much better.”
Dana looked at Justin again and grinned – his statement that everything was fine hadn’t sounded very sure, but Dana didn’t press on it. If he wanted to tell her, then he would, if not – well, then not. “Yep, I’m fine. Went to get a cup of cappuccino while reading and then turned into some random hallway – this one here and you know the rest,” Dana felt her cheeks get a redder tint, but shook the feeling away quickly, “Reading and walking at the same don’t really end well for me. But I still try to do in constantly for some reason – maybe that’s why I fall so often? But what can I say – I’m addicted to books.”
Dana grinned again: “You were on your walk? Mind if I join you for a while, unless you are hurrying off to some hot date? I don’t have a clue which way you were heading though.” Dana looked at both ways in the hallway and figured that Justin must have been heading the same way she had been. Where ever that way lead to.

Justin flashed Dana a grin and said " No prob, thats what friends do for one another, help each other." He listened to Dana, what she said was sorta funny, but getting lost in a book, e could understand that feeling, though he was'nt much of a cappucino kind of guy. Looking around, he had the feelingt that tonight would be pretty normal, well normal as could be when it came to his little night-time strolls. " Sure you can join me, the more the merrier, and I have'nt had a date since the whole Molly thing." said Justin.
Looking around, he realise which way he had been going, and he turned around, looking at Dana, saying " ALright, I've gotten my bearings, but we're in for a dul night... maybe." He turned back around then said, " Well, ladies first, or would you rather I go, never know whats lurking in the shadows of the night." This last bit was true, one time, Justin had accidentily stumbled upon two of his fellow Gryfindor's, uhhh, snogging, as some people would call it.

“Well, I don’t really know about the ‘Molly-thing’, but I’ll take it as if you haven’t had dates for a while,” Dana said with a grin, “And who says this is going to be a boring evening? If it will be dull, then we just have to liven things up for bit. I give the ‘famous Gryffindor pride’ a chance of doubt that you wouldn’t back out of something amusing. Or am I mistaken?”
Turning and stepping into the shadowed hallway first with a mischievous grin and an almost arrogant flick of her hair: “And it takes more than a snogging couple to scare me.”
Dana stopped at the thought and pondered about her statement: “Alright, I’ll take that back. I would be scarred for life when I stumbled upon Snape and anyone snogging in the hallways.”
Dana moved forward, falling into step with Justin once again and glanced disinterestedly towards a painting they passed and continued: “So were you just out for a regular stroll or up to something amusing?”
