Osiris had just gotten out of charms class and didn't feel like staying in the castle anymore. Even if he did have homework, which he quickly forgot he had on his way to the common room. He ran up to his bed and dropped his bag on the floor when to his trunk and pulled out his flute. He put it in his back pocket and ran out of the common room and right to the entrance of the castle. Osiris would have gotten there but the stair cases moved on him and he toke a wrong turn.
When he got outside it appeared he wasn't the only one who wanted to be out of the castle today. The sun was out today and there was a nice breeze going. Osiris looked around and the courtyard was full of people so he decided to go out to the lake. Not many people were by the lake. Osiris saw that the far side of the lake was clear of people so he went that way. He found a nice tree to sit down by, but first he made sure this one wouldn't attack him like the first time he left the castle. He still had a scar on his arm from when its branch hit him.
After a few seconds of checking the tree it appeared it wasn't going to attack him so he sat down in its shade. He pulled the flute out from his back and didn't know what to play so he just played a nice melody.

Jack strolled around the Grounds, wanting to pick on someone. A nice mudblood or a little mudblood would be nice. Just someone that I could enjoy abusing. He didn't want to see Bee at the moment, after his talk with Mary he wasn't sure what to think about her. He walked away from a group of Hufflepuffs and headed toward the lake. It didn't seem that far away, but it took Jack ages to finally reach it.
He wasn't in a good mood today and as a younger Raven passed he stuck out his foot and tripped her. "Sorry," He muttered with a nasty smirk and walked away from her, who was still on the ground. He laughed lightly to himself and continued on his way. He just wanted to spend a day alone at the lake.
He looked around. A group of Gryffindors where on the other side of the lake. He didn't want to go near them. He was about to turn around when he heard music being played from somewhere nearby. He turned sharply and his blue eyes rested on a boy sitting underneath the tree, playing something. Some kind of instrument. This could be fun. He looks about two years younger than me. Jack walked over to the tree swiftly and looked down at the boy, his eyes gleaming maliciously.
"What's that you got there, Gryffie?" He asked while snatching the thing away from him. He held it up to the light, a look of fake concentration on his face. "Should I keep it as a souvenir or should I trash it?"

Brooke walked out of the castle. Her day was long and she wanted to enjoy a quiet afternoon. As she stepped out on the steps the bright sun blinded her for a second. Finishing her walk down the steps she walked onto the beautiful yard. It was miles of green. Smiling she loosened her tie so it hung loosely around her neck. She broke into a run. Her blonde hair flew behind her.
Slowing down she reached the lake. She was about to walk to the other side when a voice grabed her attention. Turning around her emarld eyes landed on a worthy sight. A younger Gryffindor that she din't know was looking up at an older student. A Slytherin. Someone of her blood and year. The only thing they had in common. Walking over to them she leaned on a tree. After a couple minutes of watching she toke out her wand. " Neither Mr. Rendel." She spoke with a laugh in her voice. She swished her wand and the thing in his hand floated up and dropped right by the little Gryffindor.
Stepping out of the shade she smiled a small smile to the Gryffie. Then turned to Jack. She raised her eyebrow. Her look clearly stated what are you gonna do about it.

Osiris had been in enjoying himself playing his flute alone. A few minutes into his melody he started hearing footsteps around him. He didn't open his eyes to see who was making them he just kept playing then when the footsteps stopped right next to him. He opened one of his eyes and saw a student older then him looking down. He looked down on uniform and saw he was a slytherin he thought to himself. ” Great all I wanted was peace and quite and I get this."
He just kept playing ignoring him when he was talking he could hear him over his music. After he stopped talking he played a few more seconds then stopped he was about to tell him to leave him alone when a blonde girl came from behind him. She smiled at Osiris then looked over at the slytherin. Osiris wasn't really scared at all to being with; he just felt better having another person here. He smiled back at the girl.

Seeing the boy relax Brooke had a celebration party inside. Go me!! I rock. Now to give Rendel a peice of me. " So Rendel your so stupid you had to come and pick on an younger kid?" She asked. Her Emarld green eyes laughing. After the last couple of days she was able to teach her self to be what she wanted to be. Right now she wanted to be a caring Ravenclaw. She was that. Most of the time.
Her eyes looked at Jack. Then quickly darted away. She din't think he was over their blow out. But inside she was hoping he was over it. Because she wanted to be his friend. She knew he might not be ready to be her friend but it was a try.

Jack smirked down at the boy. He was just gong to say that he would trash it when a voice sounded out beside him. A voice he had hoped he wouldn't hear again in a long time. He grimaced, his eyes wide in hatred, but did not turn, even when she used her wand to return the thing back to the small student. He eyed her, his eyes showing no emotion toward her.
"Well, mutt, you were stupid enough to come over here and get me angry!" Jack snarled at her before taking out his wand, just in case he felt like using it. He preferred physical strength instead, but Brooke didn't know that. "I suppose you don't know what mutt means? Seeing as you are a half-wit. I would tell you, but you aren't worthy enough. Now, go away unless you wish to get hurt." He said, directing his words at the Raven. He gave a half smile toward the Gryffindor as if to say: "Don't think I've forgotten about you" and then eyed Brooke coldly.

" Mutt means pureblood unworthy of the title. Do you think you gave the wrong name to me? As if you could call me... beautiful." Brooke said. Her joking tone still as it was a second ago. She lend again against the oak.
You don't know me. You can't do anything to me. And you know it. Brooke said. Her smile into a smirk she looked up at him. Don't..... Her mind was racing for a great comback.

Osiris Toke his flute from the floor and stood up the whole time looking right at Jack. He put the flute into his back pocket. He didn't know him from anywhere but right away he couldn't stand him. Osiris Could feel that his wand was in his front pocket but seeing that the kid was older them him meant he would have known more magic then Osiris could have. So using magic probably wouldn't help him here. So he didn't even pull his wand out like Jack.
Osiris was a little confused on what do to here. Then again there wasn't much he could do and he wasn't about to run away from him so he just stood there. He listened to Jack making fun of Brooke and thought to himself ” I hate people like this guy, thinking there better then everyone else I guess every slytherin is like this." He wanted to speak up but the little voice in the back of his head told him to just be quite for now.

Jack smirked at Brooke. "Good. I see you've learned something during your miserable life." He gave a hallow laugh. "Beautiful? You would be beautiful if it meant something on the bottom of my shoe." Jack told her with a mean glare. She just doesn't understand what I can do to her. She has no idea and she's trying to play it cool. I hate people like her! He gave an approving look toward the Gryff. Good, he knows his place. Unlike this girl in front of me. He turned his attention toward Brooke.
"I'm afraid you caught me in a bad mood, if you haven't noticed. If I were you, I would walk away before someone gets hurt." Jack growled. He wasn't about to hurt anyone, but that didn't mean he could in the near future. He tried to calm himself down; he wasn't normally like this. He was usually one of the nicer Slyths, the one that gave second chances. These two just have to be the unlucky ones to come upon me in my bad day.

Cassandra pulled on her faded blue jeans and her Def Lepard baby doll tshirt. It was a relief to get out of her school uniform. The stuffy shirty and tie just really wasn't her style. Leaving the common room and padding down the stairs in her tennis shoes, she decided to head down to the lake. Most people who would see her at this moment wouldn't realize that she was really pureblood wizard. In fact, she didn't know she was a pureblood until recently. Feeling the fresh breeze hit her face as she left the castle, she thanked God classes were finally over. She just wished the summer would quickly approach. She would be spending some time in France with Dana, and she had plans with Caiest. She did consider them her two closest friends at Hogwarts, and she was pretty sure she couldn't have survived the year without them.
Nearing the lake, she saw several people. Brooke, a Slytherin she didn't recognize, and a first year from Gryffindor. Coming closer, she heard Brooke explain to the younger Gryff what a mutt was. Cassandra had never heard the term before, but it was an incredibly rude thing to say. Deciding to save the young Gryffindor from the other students, Cassandra walked up to the group. " A mutt, Brooke? You must be referring to what you look like. You see, you almost remind me of pug face Pansy. Only, a million times less powerful and pretty."

Jack was too busy glaring at Brooke to notice that someone had come up on the group. It was another Gryffindor, to his pleasure. He looked at her carefully, trying to judge who she was. He had sworn he had seen her before. And heard of her. He couldn't remember from who, but that didn't matter at the moment.
"You're Cass, aren't you?" Jack asked, not taking his gaze away from the awful Raven. "I must say, I do agree with you on that one. Even though Pansy isn't what I call..ugly. I have seen uglier in your house and others." He told the girl he thought was Cass.
"I'm afraid you're mistaken. I was calling Brooke the mutt, not this little fellow." He motioned toward the Gryff that was either a second year or a first. "I don't know him. But I do know Brooke, and she does deserve that...awful title."

Her head was swimming, Mary felt lost. She didn't know how she got to the point in her life that she was at and it scared her. One day she's friends with muggleborns spouting the "everyone is equal - it's not their fault they were born to muggle families" dribble and now... she couldn't even think about it without feeling sick. As she wandered around outside she heard something odd; a familiar word coming from an odd source. Mutt that was Dix's word. Mack used it sometimes too and it had become something familiar in Slytherin; but now if Mary wasn't mistaken the one speaking was Cassandra. 'Why would Pyro's little pet be using such a word? Isn't she supposed to be a holier than though Gryff? Muggleborn the poor kid.' Mary thought as she approached the group to see what was the matter. It made sense quickly as she saw the group assembled there; Jack, that conceited Raven Brooke, Cassandra, and some little kid who was of no consequence.
"My, my, how dare you insult a Queen in such a way Cass? I had thought you had more sense than that." Mary spoke with venom. "Pansy only a million times more powerful than this little girl? Multiply zero by a million and you still only get zero you know. See Pansy actually matters. People actually care; she can actually do something to you, or have something done whatever the case. Brianna here, on the other hand, can't do anything to anyone. I heard she can't even come up with a decent come back. The only thing people care about when it comes to her is the fastest way to get her to leave."

Osiris Didn't like the looks Jack kept giving something seemed evil about them. The more Jack talked the less he could stand him. The insults were getting to Osiris even if they weren't insults to him. He just kept talking insults Osiris just talked in his head. ” You need to say something stand up." But Osiris still didn't say anything. Then another girl came he had seen her in the common room so of course she had to be from his house. She having come in a little later thought she was calling him a mud.
Osiris was about to correct her till jack jumped in and told her. A few moments later another girl this time from slytherin came Osiris didn't even see her coming. Osiris said under his breath "Where do these people keep coming from?" He said as a joke to himself. Then she started making fun of the one girl who came to help him.
"Why don't you just leave her alone?" He didn't even think about what he said or he said it to the words just came up.

Looking at the new arrivals Brooke rolled her eyes. Great!! She thought. " Look Rendel. Your rescures are here. And before I leave I need this photo to show everyone the eviedence. You are nothing. Because everything you try to be and scucced. Is with the help of one of your rescures." She said as if she was to leave a place and they need to ecpt that. " Oh dear Cassandra. Why don't you stick that unwanted nose in some other buissness. Like yours." She said to the girl.
During her little talk the whole time Brooke was think : And I thought we were friends.

Jack gave a small smile toward Mary, but otherwise said nothing to her. He took turns glaring at each of them in turn, Cass, Brooke, Cass, Brooke. He didn't mind the younger Gryff until he spoke up. He smirked at the boy but swallowed a rather rude comment. Brooke made his blood boil however.
"You're the one who will need the rescuing!" Jack snarled at her while taking out his wand and twirling it in his fingers. He wasn't about to do a hex until he thought of a really good one. Something that would make Brooke never want to see him again. He was deep in thought, thinking of what would be a good thing to do to get the rotten girl off of his case.

" Why don't I do you a favor and leave because then you get a big bright star for minding your manners." Saying this she looked into his eyes. She remebered when they first met. He was better than. Why he hated her now was was a puzzle. The peices were there but she con't put it toghter.
Picking up her bag she looked at the boy. Her eyes saying its over they have you beat. Turning to Jack she gave him a look. Then under her breath she whispered " You screwed up. Why?"
Finishing putting her stuff in her bag. She turned to leave. But turned around and waved good bye.

Jack watched as Brooke said something, he wasn't really sure what. He found that it was useless to listen to her. Nothing important or intelligent came out of her mouth, even though she was a Ravenclaw. He heard her mutter why he had messed up. He gave her a malicious smile. "It was because of you, Brooke. I couldn't stand you." He then noticed she was getting ready to leave. He smiled; thank god she was leaving!
"Goodbye! Don't hang around here, people can't stand to look at you."

" People can't stand you period." Brooke said looking back. God dammit he's really changed.
As she turned to leave her eyes got hazey. She could barely see. But she knew no tears would fall for him from her eyes any more. She knew if he was to look at her he would see Bee. As he said before. He was diffrent. She con't change him back. She din't a tough guy. All she wanted was her friend back. If she con't have her friend... well she would try. She never gave up.

Bee stomped out of Hogwarts in a fury, feeling utterly alone. She wanted to go somewhere, away from here. Where, she didn't know. Something that could take her mind of exams for a while. She felt the sun come out and warm her face, which felt pleasing, but she didn't stop to enjoy it. She moved on into the courtyard. She found it filled with people, who were all talking loudly and joking with their friends. Bee sat down at a table near the water fountain and looked out at the shimmering lake. It hurt her eyes to look at it at first, since the sunlight was reflecting off of it, it dazed her. She smiled contentedly, and looked at the other people. They all seemed to be younger than her, enjoying the weather just as she was. She grabbed a book out of her bag and read a chapter before putting it down and walking out of the noisy courtyard and onto the Grounds.
Bee felt strange as she walked toward the lake. People were everywhere, and there was a big group of people under some tree. At first she couldn't recognize who they were, but as soon as she walked closer she could tell who they all were. Cass, Jack, Brooke, Mary and Osiris. She sighed, knowing that they were probably all in some argument about something that's not worth arguing. Bee frowned and hovered at the spot, unsure of what to do. She decided it would be best to go help out Osiris, considering he was the youngest. Bee walked up to the group and heard something about no one can stand you period. Brooke was the speaker and it appeared that she was landing this insult on Jack. Bee rolled her eyes and walked up to Osiris, who was the nearest to the tree. She smiled at him and then turned to face the others.
"So, you Slyths can't stand the indoors? Have to come out here and bully someone, do you? Not my idea of fun, but I'm not in Slytherin, thank goodness." Bee glared at Mary and then Jack, her green eyes shimmering. She stiffened, waiting for the insults to start pouring out of Mary's mouth, or perhaps Jack would laugh at her and say her nickname: mudblood. She didn't take her eyes away from the two, although her mind was frantically signaling her body to get away from them.

The Gryffindor boy spoke but was ignored by all it seemed. Mary simply watched the bickering match between Brooke and Jack – or more like Jack throwing insults and Brooke making unintelligible comments. Finally she left in a huff though and Mary was grateful for it ((lets just say she left since she can’t post anymore and it will just make it easier )) despite the fact that yet another Gryffindor showed up. “Well if you care to notice Bridget there happen to be more Gryffindors than Slytherins here so why don't you put your “witty” comments about Slytherins being outside away. Though I must agree thanks are to be said about the likes of you not being allowed in Slytherin. Not that you would even be allowed in was your family worthy of consideration. See we have something known as standards and you must be above not below them like your house. Though I suppose they had no choice but to make a place for everyone with the ministry demanding every mutt and muggle-born coming here.” Mary said in a patronising tone.
