Cassie held onto the sid of the dufflebag as she rushed towards the castle. She had been out reading her transfiguration books that McGonogall had given her as storm clouds rolled in overhead. Not wanting the books to ruin, she packed them up in a rush. I mean, the books were older than her!
Coming down the hill she had just walked up, she saw a couple of Slytherin first years talking in a group. Stopping for a moment, she couldn't help but let the corners of her mouth turn up in a mischeavious smile. Pulling out her wand, she hid behind a wall that separated what looked like a garden and the rest of the grounds. Putting down the bag, she peeked over the top of the wall and noticed that they were engrossed in conversation. Taking aim, she waited for the best moment to send her hex at them.

Laura’s pencil was moving over the paper with quickly as she colored the picture of a group of younger years studying and laughing together. She was so immersed in her drawing that the storm clouds appearing surprised her. Quickly covering her paper and pencils Laura didn’t care about getting wet herself. It was much more important to get her things dry first.
Smiling as she managed with the work Laura headed towards the castle – she might actually reach the shelter there before rain began. Rummaging in her bag to see if she had remembered to take the green pencil as well Laura walked into someone. “Oh sorry,” Laura mumbled glancing up warily, hoping it hadn’t been some Slytherin. “Watch it,” came a quick reply but they were only first years so the small group turned around and left moving out of sight rather quickly. Laura just sighed and let them go without commenting on their behavior.
Lowering her eyes back to her bag Laura sighed – she had taken the green pencil, but it was the blue one she had forgotten behind. “Accio blue pencil!” Laura demanded pulling out her wand and pointing it towards the direction she had came from and some moments later the blue coloring pen slowly came floating. Laura smiled catching it and tucked it securely into her bag when she heard a sudden noise from somewhere behind her.
