Dana yelped and threw her arms above her head as she two bucket-fulls of water were thrown at her at the same time and both crashed down on her head, soaking Dana. Wiping some water-droplets out of her eyes Dana grinned and shook her head causing water to fly as she raised her muggle toy – a water-gun – and attacked back. Some first and second years Dana sometimes tutored from Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff had been discussing muggle toys and they had introduced Dana to some of the more toys. Water-guns were part of those and now Dana was having a spectacular time having a rather intense water-fight with the first and second years. Even some third years had joined as well as other younger students. Dana didn’t even know all of them, but in the game it didn’t really even matter. Maybe because of this – Dana tutored and helped, offered advice and played with younger students, Dana was rather popular among the younger kids.
Besides it was a nice spring-day and a water-fight couldn’t hurt anyone. Everyone playing had fun at least and they didn’t even seem to bother others either, as they were out by the lake. And the few older people who looked, just laughed and smiled at the bunch of kids playing with water. Dana laughed with real mirth as she pelted others with water and moving along to the rhythm of music blasting near-by.
Slowly some people seemed to retreat to the castle again and the others decided to take a short break as well. Dana grinned and taking her water-gun – that she had conjured up to almost everyone playing, who didn’t know how to do it themselves – ran to the water edge of the lake to clean a small cut she had gotten on her knee.
Hearing someone approaching her from behind, Dana didn’t even think before reacting. Whirling around on spot Dana shot water again soaking the person who had been approaching her. Or maybe not even approaching her, but just having the misfortune of going by Dana decided as she noticed that the person who had approached her, was why too dry to have participated in the water-fight. At least so far. “Sorry, an automatic reaction,” Dana said with a grin and a twinkle in her eyes while lowering her water-gun once again and straightening up, “I could say I was sorry, but that wouldn’t be the truth as I really aren’t sorry. But it wasn’t done on purpose, I can assure that.”
Tilting her head Dana waited for a response of whoever she had just soaked with water – with the sun shining in her eyes she couldn’t really recognize the person herself.
((YAY, I got back my inspiration to post as Dana. ;D And couldn't help myself))

Katrina looked up from her book to look outside. It was a clear day with loads of sunshine.
No use staying inside when it's so sunny outside. Maybe i should take a short break and walk out to the lake she thought. Without any hesitations, she put down the book and went outside.
It's such a lovely day!! I wasn't wrong about coming out here. I wonder what the lake water feels like in this sunshine? she asked herself.
Well no use guessing!! I'll just have to see for myself I guess. She walked down to the lake, while feeling the wind lick at her body at the same time. It felt so comfortable to her. She didn't want to move.
At last, she made it to the lake. As she was just about to put her head in the cool lake water, SPLAT! Someone splahed water at her, making her dripping with water. She heard that person say her apologies, but she simply said, "It doesn't matter. I was going to wet myself anyway. And oh! What a you doing with a water gun? By the looks of it, you were having a water fight, weren't you? It's a shame I actually missed out on a water fight! Oh, and my name's Katrina or Kat. What's yours?"

Dana grinned as she moved closer to the girl. A first or second year probably as well by the looks of it. And rather positive girl y the looks of it. Gryffindor or Hufflepuff probably. Very energetic. “Some younger Ravens and Huffies introduced muggle-toys for me and I conjured them up. They’re rather fun,” Dana said with a smile towards the toy-gun. Which – thanks to magical improvements – didn’t run out of water. If Katrina was a pure-blood then the explanation should suffice and if not, then Dana’s words were still sufficient, “And yes, we gave them a test. See the others are there. We have been playing for rather long already, so we decided to take a short break to catch our breaths. I just came over – slipped and got a cut on my knee. I’m sure you are welcomed to join when we start again.”
Dana pointed over to where the other players were visible and smiled with a nod: “I’m Dana. Raven as well. Fifth year, to not keep you guessing.”
Kat smiled as she heard the girl known as Dana introduce herself. She smiled a bit more when she heard they were having a water fight. She was actually glowing when she heard she could join in when they start.
"You mean I can actually join in the water fight??" Without even waiting for an answer, she shouted,"Yea!!" Earning some glares from slytherins. "Oops, sorry!! But I'm just so happy I can....I mean we can have a water fight!! So when do we start?"

(('Ope yer dun mind me joining, but I says to meself, I says, 'they canna 'ave a water fight wit' jus' t'two o' 'em'!))
Melody pulled on a yellow t-shirt and some jeans, tying her Gryffindor jumper around her waist before heading outside. It was a lovely day. The sun was shining, and it was actually making a difference now as well. They had had at least three days of settled weather, and the constant sunshine had warmed up the air considerably. It was tempting even the most cautious of people out into the sunshine now. Even those that stayed inside over the winter, too scared to venture out into the cold, were now peeking their heads out through the door and finding it pleasantly warm. T-shirts were being donned and although Melody regretted the loss of the peace of the grounds, there was still always a quiet corner if needed.
When she got outside there were a lot of people there. She headed over to the lake. True, Professor McGonagall had told her to stay away from it, but she was sensible enough not to go too close. And if she did go close, she wouldn't be putting herself in any danger. It was one of the nicest areas of the grounds in Melody's opinion. She had always been drawn to water. As she neared, she saw what looked like one of the girls she shared a dormitory with getting attacked with some sort of jet. She jogged over to see what was going on. When she got there, she found two people she knew, Katrina Thompsam, who she did indeed share a dormitory with, and Dana Coran, who she knew a little due to their meeting by the lake beforehand. "Ey, Dana," she said, frowning at the older girl, "are yer responsible for t'rather wet state o' Kat 'ere?" Melody looked to Katrina as well, hoping to gage an answer out of one of them. They seemed to be talking perfectly civilly. She wondered what was going on.

"It was just a mistake, it's alright. Besides, I was going to wet myself anyway." Kat replied Melody with a smile.
"We were going to have a water fight! Would you like to join us?" Katrina asked Melody, hoping to get a yes as the answer.
((I don't mind one bit!! But I don't know about Dana here.))

“Hey, Melody,” Dana greeted the second year cheerily – they had met before. Dana grinned as Kat explained about the water-fight and pulling out her wand from where it was safe, Dana transfigured two random branches on the ground to water-guns as well, “Yep, had a water-fight. And just start the fight if you want – everyone can join whenever they wish.”
As if to prove her point about the water-fight Dana raised her water-gun and sent a blast of water flying towards Melody, before dancing towards a dryer ground with a mischievous grin: “I think you just got invited to the water-fight, Melody.”
Dana laughed and sent blasts of water flying towards the Kat and Melody once again with laughter bubbling out of her. Dana didn’t worry, even if the two girls would make a team against her – she was already soaking wet, so some more water wouldn’t make much of a difference. Tilting her head Dana waited to see the reaction from Kat and Melody.

Cairo watched the other kids play water fight and a smile slowly come over his face. Muggle toys eh? He thougt to himself. "Hey Dana!" He shouted "Another muggle past-time!" He filled some balloons with water and lobbed them straight at Dana's head. "Water bombs!"

"Ey!" Melody squealed as Dana squirted her with rather cold water unexpectedly. "Yer off yer rocker or summat? Tha won't survive, I can tell thee that now!" She picked up one of the water guns spiritedly, grinning as she did so, took aim at a nearby tree, and fired. She ran towards Dana, squirting all the way. Eventually she started sending the water in short, sharp bursts - it travelled faster and so was harder to dodge. Some of them had to hit the older Ravenclaw, surely.
" 'ow much will tha wager me now I'm wetter at t'end o' this than I was the first time tha met me?" Melody shouted at her excitedly, shooting at her again, ready to dodge behind the tree in her near vicinity if need be. She looked around for Kat. Where was she? And was she friend, or foe? There would probably be time to find that out soon enough. "Blimey!" she said, realising that the gun hadn't run out of water. "Do they auto-refill?" Certainly a positive attribute in a water gun. Although it meant the water fight would be rather exhausting. Melody shot another jet of water at Dana. She was probably going to get rather wet sometime very soon.
At this point she noticed a young boy lobbing a water balloon at Dana. "New attack!" she yelled, launching a jet of water at him. she was getting a bit carried away, perhaps, but there was no reason why she shouldn't have fun after all. She alternated her attacks on Dana and this boy, making the intervals random so as to take them more by surprise.

Katrina dodged the blast of water that came from Dana. "Nice shot!! But you missed!!" Then grabbing one of the water guns, she aimed at Dana and fired. "It got ya didn't it?" she screamed at Dana. She hid behind a tree and waited for the water blast to pass her. She took aim again and shot ahort and fast squirts at Dana. "Are you wet yet?" she shouted.
She looked around and saw another boy holding a water balloon and throwing it at Dana. She heard Melody shout new attack nad saw her fire at him. She ran towards her and helped her to block Dana's attacks while Melody aimed at the little boy.

Dana laughed out loud as both Melody and Kat attacked her with water from the water-guns they had picked up. “I was wet before you two even started!” Dana shouted to them cheerily trying to get out of the way of the water still as she blasted water towards both of the girls none the less. One towards Meldoy, two blasts towards Kat, two towards Meldoy, one towards Kat. She shoot randomly at whoever was closer. Or had the misfortune of getting in her line of fire first.
Dana laughed – muggles certainly had some very clever inventions. And Water-guns were starting to become one of Dana’s favorites of them. Slipping on a puddle of water Dana fell and glided forward on her back. She got a new bruise without a doubt, but right now it was too funny for Dana to stop laughing as she tried to shoot at Meldoy and Kat from this position.

(( I am approved now ... I'll go back and redo the last message )) Tristan inhaled the sweet spring air outside the castle. He could hear the sparrows and wrens laughing in a nearby oak tree and could smell the jasmine which grew up the wall of the ancient hogwarts castle. Tristan was so sick of studying for his upcoming exams and he had decided to take a break. He closed his eyes as he walked towards the edge of the lake. His ears picked up on an ever growing in volume cacophany of playful shrieks and laughter. He was obviously coming close to a group of students. SQUIRT!!!!!!!!!!! "ARGH!!!" Tristan cried as he was hit with a strong jet was cool water, drenching his Ravenclaw robes. His eyes flew open in surprise. There was a group of three girls in front of him. One of which was on the ground

Melody was getting rather wet now, but she couldn't have cared less. She was having a wonderful time, going completely wild, to an extent she didn't usually get to go wild to. As Dana slipped, Melody grinned and shot a few more bursts of water at her, as well as at the other, younger, boy who had attacked Dana before. She would have to give Dana a moment's truce to make him a water-gun too, he looked like he was a first-year, and Melody didn't know how Dana had made such great water-guns that didn't need refilling, so she very much doubted he would know how to.
Unfortunately, someone's water-jet went astray. Melody didn't know whose water-jet it was - it could well have been hers - but it certainly didn't go where it was intended, even if it in fact hadn't been misdirected. It looked as though a boy, who looked slightly older than her, had just walked into the middle of the water-fight. Melody stopped shooting at everyone else and walked up to him, unable to supress the grin that was breaking out across her face. "Tha should ne'er walk near t'lake wit' yer eyes closed," she told him, pretending to reprimand him but actually in very high spirits. "I'll wager that did nay see that comin'... but there's no point bein' a wet blanket 'bout it now. Yer want ter join t'water fight or nay?" She pointed the water-gun at him with glee.

Tristan stood still for a few minutes, admiring the water guns the girls used. They were really cool. the guns were too ((lol don't worry i'm joking)) . He hoped ho could get a gun. It was great fun having a water fight and the day was warm and bright so he would dry fast afterwards anyway. He approached the oldest girl, from his own house. He had seen her before and she was friendly enough, "May I join this water fight?" Asked Tristan, dodging a rogue watter bomb which was headed for his face.

Dana laughed and climbed onto her feet easily, listening to Melody’s and Tristans conversation with a grin and a mischievous twinkle in her eyes. “Of course you may join in. The more the merrier, right? Besides you already got wet,” Dana said with a grin sending two blasts of water flying towards Melody and Tristan both, before lowering her gun and pulling her wand out once again. It had taken about an half an hour before Dana finally understood what water-guns were all about, but once she understood the point, the transfiguring spell was rather easy to do. It was easier to just create the water-guns than start teaching the spell however. Using her wand Dana created three more water-guns, incase someone else would want to join as well. Tucking her wand safely into it’s inside pocket again Dana raised her gun preparing to answer to any blast of water that might be heading her way.

Tristan Greatfully accepted the water gun from Dana. He ran to a farely large rock and hid behind it planning his next move when SPLASSSSSHHHHHH! He found himself drenched head to toe in icy water.
"Alright!" Tristan yelled playfully, "Who was it? Come on own up!" He ducked behind the rock and waited for a reply while he magically filled a bucket with waterbombs

((YAY!!! I"M BACK!!! so sorry for not posting!!^^))
Katrina watched with amusement as a boy older than her got soaked. Oops! That wasn't me, was it? Anyway, where's Melody? Hope she's still on my side! Katrina continued to squirt short water squirts at different directions. "One of them did get you, didn't it Dana? Haha!" She continued to squirt water everywhere, enjoying the summer breeze and the fun of the water fight.
"Melody! Where are you? Still on my side or not?" Still squirting water everywhere, she turned around just in time to see someone use magic. Wasn't that the boy that got soaked earlier? It wasn't me that soaked him, was it? Then smirking as she thought of a plan, she took a water ball and climbed up a tree. She took aim and SPLASH! "Critical hit Katrina!" She whispered to herself. She heard him shout something as he used magic to fill up a bucket with waterbombs.
"Hey! ! No magic! That's cheating!" Katrina took aim, and shot three, short but powerful squirts at the newcomer. "Got ya! Haha! Soaked yet?" She jumped off the tree and hid behind it while looking for Melody.
((no magic, right??))
