It's Friday Evening 6:00 (Anyone)

Justin was extremely exausted after all his classes. He decided to go sit under his faviorite tree ,just so he could have a rest. As he made his way out of the castle ,after dropping off his bag in the dormitories ,he ran across few familiar faces ,but did'nt stop to say hi. He walked down the stairs and hardly noticed that he was about to run into someone. He just knew that all of a sudden he ran into a girl that looked like she was in his year. He stood up and brushed himself off and looked at down at the mess he had caused. The poor girl was frantically trying to grab all of her items. Justin bent down and said " I'm sorry 'bout that ,here let me help." He pulled out his wand and said "Accio parchment." the parchment flew to his hands and he straightened them out. He handed 'em to the girl and said "I should've been watching where I was going." he then picked up her books ,handed 'em to her ,said one last appology and went back on his way outside.

When he finally reached the bottom of the stairs he sighed and headed outside. He walked over torwards his faviorite tree and laid down on the grass. He watched the sun on the horizon as it was slowly lowering. He started to doze off and did'nt notice that someone was walking torwards him.

Kiyla was happy that the day was pretty much over, well the classes anyway. She walked outside hoping to get away from everyone. The hallways always seem to get a little uncomfortable at times like this.

Kiyla had opened the door and she was outside. She smiled as she looked up at the sky and then focused on another person who was outside. She began to feel uneasy because she wasn't sure if she should turn back when she realized that they looked familiar.

"Justin?" Kiyla said hesitantly as she drew nearer. He seemed to have been dozing off.

"Justin!" Kiyla said again trying to wake him.

Justin awoke with a start. He looked up and realised that Kiyla Johnson , (a Hufflepuff 3rd year) had woken him up. He smiled and said " Hi Kiyla whats up?" as he stood up and looked around noticing that the sun was still setting. He said " Guess I was'nt out of it to long." he then said " What brings you out here?" still smiling.

Kiyla smiled at Justin as he awoke.

"I suppose not. I just came out to escape everyone else. You can sit down. I'm not that important." Kiyla said with a giggle as she sat down under the tree.

Justin smiled and said " Ok if you say so." he let his body fall back onto the grass as he was still tired. He the looked back at the setting sun and said aloud " It sure feels good to lay down on this soft grass after this long day of school. I think I hate Potions more than ever." He pulled out his wand and drew his name in neon colors and watched as each letter blew up like tiny fireworks. He then said " How was your day?"

Kiyla looked laxyily at the sky then at Justin.

Well now I see why he almost fell asleep... Kiyla thought with a yawn.

Kiyla smiled as Justin wrote his name in the sparks. "Hey Payton knows how to do that too..." Kiyla said lazily as her eyes started to close.

"My day was... long... and uneventful..." Kiyla said closing her eyes. She could feel the sleep starting to inch over her.

Justin looked at Kiyla and smiled ,saying " He does ,well most people do'nt know how to." He then saterd at the sunset and sighed saying " I wish my brother were here. We would cause all kinds of mayhem." he then layed back and stiffled a yawn and said " My day was exhausting. Double potion was almost as bad as ever. The only good thing about today was Care of Magical creatures and this sunset." He the looked back at Kiyla and said "Well what do you want to talk about?" he noticed that she was dozing off so he pulled out a jumble of fireworks and laid them down on the ground. He pointed his wand at them and said " Wingardium Leviosa." and made them all jumble up together in the air and rose a few feet off the ground then he said " Incendio."and lighted the fireworks and they turned into imense explosions in the air ,but they were'nt all that loud. They were a new kind of fireworks that the Weasley twins had invented.

Kiyla opened her eyes quickly. She hadn;t fallen asleep, well not yet. She looked at Justin and smiled faintly.

"I don't take that class. And this sunset is rather gorgeous." Kiyla said yawning. She looked at Justin to see he looked tired as she felt.

"Maybe we should take a nap." Kiyla said closing her eyes and leaning on Justin's shoulder. She flet strangely comfortable. She smiled faintly and said, "YOu make a nice pillow...."

Justin looked over as Kiyla said that she did'nt take Care of Magical Creatures. He then looked back at the sunset. WIthin a few seconds he felt a head fall on his shoulder and say that he was a nice pillow. Justin sat stock still and stood up. He was'nt one to not let a girl do that ,but his girlfriend would say something about it. He looked at Kiyla and said " What do you want to talk about?" he was fully awake now.

Kiyla felt Justin get up and noticed that he looked uncomfortable.

"What's wrong? I'm sorry!" Kiyla said feeling kind of bad. She didn't even mean to do that she was so tired but she was awake now.

"Um... I don't know. Are you on the Quidditch team?" Kiyla said trying to make a lame attempt of conversation. She saw that he was still standing.

"Look I'm sorry, I didn't know I shouldn't do that... You can sit down now. I promise I'll keep my hands and feet to myself. Here I'll even move over a little." Kiyla said moving more than a foot away from where she was before. She pointed to where Justin was sitting before.

"See? All better." Kiyla said feeling kind of... dissed. She hugged her knees as she felt a cool breeze.

Justin felt that he had made that a tad bit unnecessary. He looked over at her as she asked a question. He then heard her say that she was sorry and that he could sit back down. He sat down feeling that he had acted as though he had given her the third degree. He then noticed her hug her knees. He said " Look I'm sorry if I was in anyway mean." He then said " It's ok ,I'm the one who overreacted." then he pulled out his wand and said " If your cold here wear this." He drew a jacket in the air and said "Here you go." smiling.

Kiyla smiled faintly as she took the jacket. She stood up and gingerly put it on. She laughed imagining herself in it because it was so big. The sleeves were inches too long and the jacket went just over her knees. She sat back down this time a little farther from Justin.

"You weren't mean, I'm just... i don't know. It's okay. I understand... I suppose." Kiyla said lost with what she was trying to say. She was just talking and barely making sense. She looked at Justin and shivered slightly.

Jordan's feet slapped against the hard pavement as she breathed in and out as she raced to find Justin. Finally she spotted him and Kiyla under a tree. Breathing out with reliefe she approached the two.

"Justin! I have been looking ALL over for you! Some firecrackers went off in the corridor down from the library and everyone is looking for you. You better hope to Lord that they dont find you." Jordan said trying not to break out in a smile. She turned to Kiyla.

"hello Kiyla. How are you doing?" She asked, still trying not to laugh.

Kiyla sighed as she saw Jordan running towards her and Justin. She laid her head on her legs as she hugged them tighter and turned the other way towards the castle not looking at Jordan or Justin. She sighed deeply.

When will I ever learn? You can't get close to any guy. They'll only reject you. Kiyla was thinking to herself when she heard her name. She looked up slowly towards Jordan and Jordan asked how she was doing. Kiyla shruged and turned away again.

She didn't know how she was doing. She felt rejected again but she knew she would live. She closed her eyes and thought more.

Jordan raised an eyebrow and sat down next to Kiyla.

"Dont look like nothin." She said to her. She hugged herself against the cold and looked up at Justin, then at Kiyla.

"Did I interupt something? If I did, I'm sory. I'll just...I'll just go. Alright? Bye. Heh." Jordan smiled and got up she started to walk away, turned around took one last look and continued walking.

Kiyla sighed as she heard Jordan sit down then get up.

"I'm fine. You don't have to go." Kiyla said as Jordon started to walk away.

"There wasn't anything happening that was worth interupting." Kiyla said coldly looking at Justin. She didn't know why she was acting like that but she did. She shivered as she turned back towards Jordan.

"Don't go." She said quietly but loud enough for Jordan to hear.

Jordan smiled and ran back over to Kiyla.

"Dont worry, i wouldnt leave you with him. Just kidding!" Jordan said quickly, looking at Justin. She smiled slightly at him as she sat down and pulled her feet under her.

"So? Who you going to the ball with Kiyla? Oh, you can answer this too if you want Justin." Jordan asked, her eyes twinkling with curioustiy.

"I probably won't even go to the ball." Kiyla said lifting her head from the legs and looking at Jordan. She hugged her legs tighter out of habit. The jacket felt warm yet huge on her but she liked it. She put her arms out and looked at her sleeves once more and laughed then put her arms back around her legs.

"What about you Jordan? Who are you going with?" Kiyla said smiling, well at least attempting to.

"Not go?! Kiyla you need to go! It would be ruined if you didnt go! We could get ready together! Oh! Please come! I promise it will be one night you wont forget! PLease please please Kiyla! Me? Oh, I'm going with Dillion Moore. You know the 6th year? Payton's brother. BUt besides that, please please please come Kiyla, it will be loads of fun, wicked time. And if all else fails we can hang out together." Jordan propped her chin up on her hands and looked at Kiyla, her eyes misting with fake tears.She stuck her bottom lip out and made it quiver.

Kiyla laughed.

"Dillion! Aww isn't that so cute!" Kiyla said with a smile. Truth was she knew about Dillion from Payton, his twin.

"When did this happen?" Kiyla asked Jordan interested.
