Phoebe smiled. She liked those quotes that Katie told her. She'd have to remember those.
"I always had to find my quotes... from books and things. I remember my brother and i used a muggle device... called a taplap or something and it was really cool. We found lots of quotes." Phoebe said smiling broadly.
"I remember one... um.. it went somwething like... 'Promises are just lies with pretty ribbons tied to them'." Phoebe said with a small laugh.
"Oh and this is what my brother used to always tell me whenever he heard of me caling a muggle born a mudblood. This has helped me through alot... ' Be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle.'"

Katie smiled she really liked the last quote Phoebe said.
"A laptop or a computer their quite different a laptop is a computer without a monitor and it only one piece...." Katie almost going on but stopped herself.
"Sorry about that I always do that I have a couple more quotes myself" Katie said trying to remember them.
"Don't let today's disappointments cast a shadow on tomorrow's dreams." Katie said with a big smile.
"Hold that are dear to you because you may never know they might leave" Katie said with a big sigh.

Phoebe laughed at her own slowness.
"It's okay... I wouldn't have gotten it right if my life depended on it..." Phoebe said. She listened to Katies quote.
"I really like that one. It's okay. Everyone came into you're life for a reason."

"Wow. That was really sweet." Phoebe said looking at Katie eyes welling up in tears. Phoebe wished she had a friend like that... she did but Tim's gone.

"I sort of write poems but I play the guitar and sing instead" Katie said looking at Phoebe.
Katie knew how she felt. Losing someone so dearly that you hold to your heart. Her experience to her mother death was horrible.
"Don’t cry please you will find a good friend sooner or later" Katie said smiling.
"Maybe I might be that friend" Katie said giving Pheobe a big old smile.

Phoebe smiled. She knew her and Katie would get along in spite of their differences. She just hoped her father wouldn't find out. He would kill her.
"Maybe. You would never be able to met my parents though. Neither would Sapphire..." Phoebe said sadly.

Katie smiled she knew some Slytherin parents only expected purebloods not half bloods or even muggle or worse Gryffindors.
"That’s okay you can visit my home I live in London and my dad hes a muggle doctor so he’s barley even home...." Katie said continuing to look at Phoebe.
"It gets really lonely at my house it’s just too big and empty" Katie said trailing off.

"yeah... I suppose..." Phoebe said slowly.
"Well my house if like that too. It's so huge and when i get home it's rare that anyones home. My mum is sometimes home but she's always in her room or somewhere where I'm not." Phoebe said, realizing how lonely life at home is going to be without her brother.

"You live in a big house too?" Phoebe asked Katie with both eyebrows raised surprised.
She didn't think Katie and her father lived in a big house.. after all.. she wasn't sure if they could afford it and all.

Katie isn’t trying to say her dads better than Phoebes she was just giving the facts.

Phoebe shurgged. She didn't really know what her father did. Everytime she would ask he'd say, "Ministry business," or "It's not of your concern."
"I don't really know. All I know is that whatever he does do he gets paid a lot for it." Phoebe said shifting uncomfortably. What if her father really was a death eater...
"My mum is a nurse for St. Mungos." Phoebe said quickly.

"Cool so you’re from a pureblood family" Katie asked as her checks went red. Katie was really slow on things and she was often a dumb blonde.

Katie could feel her checks go done a bit. She than put her hand down in shame.
"I am nothing but a mud blood" Katie said looking at the ground.
She than touch the ground and pick up some dirt and it slid out of her hands.
"Nothing but dirt" Katie said bushing her hands on her pants and looked at the sky again.
She didn’t know what was wrong with her a few minutes ago she was strong but now she just..... not caring.

"Yes its just I don’t know I fell like dirt now" Katie said once again taking dirt off the ground and sliding it off her hands.
"Its not you its just me" Katie said taking a deep sigh.
