It was a cold, Saturday morning. Molly had just awakened from a goodnight's rest. She pulled on her clothes and her robes over them. She had told Jordan she would meet her out in the courtyard. Molly ran down the spiral stair case in such a hurry she alsmost stepped on her cat.
When Molly got out into the courtyard she could idmeddiatley feel the cold, crisp breeze on her face. There was still six inches of snow on the ground. The sun was shining, but was not making it any warmer.
Seeing no sign of Jordan, Molly went over to thesnow covered water fountain and cleared some snow off so she could sit down. Getting rather bored of waiting Molly pulled out her notebook and tore out a peice of paper and a pen and began to write a letter to her father.

Jordan, being the hyperactive bundle she was, slid down the banister of the staircase to the Great Hall. She opened the doors, and stepped in. Walking to the Hufflepuff table, she said hello to her friends, grabbed an apple and made her way back out into the corridor. She ran down the hallway, and slid to stop as she neared a corner that was sharp.
She gathered herself and continued to walk to the Courtyard where she had told Molly to meet her. Jordan had just recently met Molly in the Student Lounge, she liked Molly. Molly was an older version of herself, someone Jordan could relate to.And Jordan needed that lately. With a twisted smile she braced herself for the cold and stepped out into the Courtyard. The snow was pearly white, but was being destroyed by Jordan's moving feet.
She looked up and saw Molly sitting by the fountain. Before Molly could see her, Jordan crouched down real low and picked up some snow, packed it together and threw it att Molly as hard as she possibly could. She watched the snowball soar into the air and hit Molly on the hit, leaving a big white chunk of snow to rest in her hair. Jordan giggled, and hid behind a snow covered chair.

Molly looked around stunned, for a snowball had just hit her on the head. She put her letter away and grabbed some snow off the ground and started making a rather lumpy snowball.
She thought it might be Jordan, since she knew of no one else that would want to hit her. Molly tip toed around the fountain and saw a glimpse of what appeared to be Jordan dashing behind a chair.
Molly slowly walked over to the chair and threw a snowball hard on top of Jordan. "Ha! I got you back! No need to hide from me. What have you been up to latley, besides bombarding me with snowballs!" Molly laughed and offered Jordan her hand to help her up.

Jordan took Molly's hand and pulled herself up. She then shook her head, letting the snow flakes fall out of her long brown hair. She looked up at Molly and shrugged.
"Oh, bombarding other people with snowballs." She said with interest. Jordan took a seat on the cold bench and blew into her hands that were getting cold rather fast. She smiled up at Molly.
"And you?"

Molly pulled Jordan up and took a seat on the frozen bench. "Oh well . . . you know studying, pranking, thinking about boys, writing letters, pranking . . . the usual." said Molly with a smile. "hey I've got an idea! why don't we go back inside since it's getting really cold in here and maybe we can catch lunch!" Molly hurried into the castle and went into the great Hall where a few people were eating an early lunch for it was only 11:00 pm.
Molly sat down at the Gryffindor table and urged Jordan o come and sit with her. It was probably not aloud that a Hufflepuff eat at the Gryffindor table but whatever, not even a teacher was there yet. "let's be quick so we don't get caught." said Molly as she started filling up her plate. She had a turkey sandwich and a sweet potato. She hurridly ate her sandwich and started on her sweet potato which she put brown sugar on along with some butter. It tasted very good. Once in a while she would stop to sip her pumpkin juice. Once she had finished she waited for Jordan to finish. "lets go back outside." said Molly as she saw a teacher walk in, she grabbed Jordan's arm and pulled her out into the cold, crisp air.
Molly ran away from Jordan and began to make snowballs. "Bombs away!" called Molly from behind a tree and the snowball landed on Jordan's head. "Sorry!" called Molly haistily and went to go help jordan brush it off, laughing the whole time. "Okay now I think we should go and try to see who we can hit." she said excidedly waitng for Jordan's reply.
((Jordan can get Molly back for hitting her if you want))
