Rayne smiled gratefully and picked up her cocoa again dimly realizing that her hands no longer hurt. "Thank you." She said taking a sip and looking off into space. That's when she realized that he'd mentioned knowing Dana.
"That's funny I know Dana as well. In fact she and Jordan got me to dance in here once. They taught me...I think it was the salsa if I remember correctly. Very fun, very embarassing." She said smiling into her cup at the memory.

“Naturally I know Dana. She is ma cousine after all. Even if we have been brought up as a sister and brother rather,” Kris explained. Kris and Dana didn’t tell anyone about them being related at the first meeting, but they never hid the fact either. “But I know what you mean. It’s hard to say no to her, when he’s very set on something,” Kris shrugged – if Rayne had met Dana, then she should be able to understood her composure and rather unbending will-power herself, so no words would be necessary.
“Salsa. Well then, I have to see how good you learned your lesson then and take you up ona a dance,” Kris said with a sly grin, he usually used when he was carming some girl.

Rayne was rather surprised when Kris mentioned that he and Dana were cousins. "Oh then you're the cousin that Jordan didn't want to talk about when they so kindly decided that I had to learn the salsa." Rayne said smiling
"As for her will power yes she can be very persuasive when she wants to be." She said remembering the way Dana refused to let her leave the room when they decided to teach her.
Rayne looked almost horrified when he mentioned having to see how well she'd learned her lesson. "Oh no no no no no. I'm horrible and I'd just embarass myself." She said shaking her head.

Elina leaned down and picked up Ceuici, touching the kitten's black nose lightly. She smiled and looked at Mia. She nodded and listened as intently as she could to the other two's conversation but, found herself starting to lose absorption in the conversation. Elina tickled the kitten's stomach before going back to her place on the couch, setting Ceuici down and packing up her things. She looked at the group of students who she had come so close to socializing with before starting to leave the Lounge.
She stopped in the doorway and cast a look at Mia, her blue eyes extending the invitation to join her outside the lounge somewhere else. She figured if she wasn't enjoying the conversation, neither would Mia. Seeing as Maria mightn't have saw Elina's glance, so she walked back to the little group. Kitten still in hand and a smile across her face, "Mia, would you like to come with me? I need to run some errands and such and your company would be much welcomed." Elina said to the Gryffindor with a warm and welcoming smile.
She waited for Mia's answer, seeing as that was the right thing to do. After all, Elina had invited Mia to join her so why would she just walk away without knowing the answer? Mia seemed to be someone Elina would like to get to know better, and she really did want to get to know her better...Seeing as Elina wasn't near as social as she used to be.

Mia was sitting down with her legs crossed. Her foot tapped in the air lightly as a smile grew on her face. This was the first time she had been in the lounge. Normally she was always too cared away with going outside and having snow ball fights. Mia was an active person and always loved to do sports and just help around. Her foot continued to tap in the air and she crossed her arms over her chest and looked into the fire. It roared upward and became peaceful again. The fire seemed to make anyone feel at home and welcomed. Another large smile grew on her face as she remembered Ty. One of Heartland stable boy and a healer as well. As Mia thought of her best friend she than remembered Jasmine. "Oh.... no...." Mia thought in her mind uncrossing her arms and taking out a note book. Looking through her neat hand writing she scanned the pages of horses and people names. Jasmine name appeared twice for two of her horses. One of them was very afraid of humans and the other would take off with riders.
Tucking some of her brown hair behind her ears she took out her muggle pen and clicked the end of it. She than wrote a couple things down and circled them so she would see them. Tucking her note book back in her bag she turned towards the two who were having a conversation. It seemed like they didn’t won’t Elina and her to join so she stayed out of it. Blowing a strand of hair out of her face she took a deep breath and let her air go. Moving her eyes she tired to entertain herself. Lou would always say that Mia could not stand around for more than five seconds and probably was one of the most hyper seventeen year olds in the history of the world. No not the history of the world but some where along those lines. Mia giggled under her breath as she remembered her sister. Lou had just gone out with Scout, Heartlands vet, and are about to get married. Mia really liked Scout but it would be weird. She didn’t know what to call him or if he would respect that Mia was magical.
Feeling even more bored with her thoughts she stood up from the couch. Stretching her arms into the air she yawned and looked at the group. Her eyes grew big with shock as she looked at younger Gryffindor. "Must be a first year." Mia thought in her mind with a smile. She remembered her first. It was horrible and she flunked all her classes. Well until she met Jasmine and she helped her along the way. Jasmine seemed to be Mia's only friend at the moment. It was like no one wonted to be friends with a seventh year exact other seventh years. Putting her hand up to her mouth she yawned and turned towards Elina. Her eyebrows rose up in happiness as she was saved. "No offense but it’s kind of boring hear and I don’t wont to think anymore. So what kind of arrondings are you going to run? Owe does it have to do with going to the library. I like the library it always so quiet there and no one talks." Mia said linking her arm with Elina's and walking out of the lounge leaving the two to have their conversation.
