If you are back home yet, I need you to send me a sketchpad. If one of you house elves are reading this, have one of my aunts send me a sketchpad and tell them that I will repay them say soon as I can. Also, please send more parchment, quills, and pencils.

Liam, when I stopped at the manor, one of the elves gave me the letter you sent your grandfather. I have the things you have asked for and am sending them to you with this letter. I have heard from Father a couple of days ago, and he said to send you his love. He will try to send you an owl soon.

Aunt Marie,
Thank you for sending me the things I asked for. They will come in real handy with some of the projects I have going on here. I have made a new friend who is teaching me to do art the muggle way. Also, I am going to the Halloween Ball with a girl in my house. I really like her and I get the feeling that she likes me too. Please send my love to everybody, and tell my cousins that I left something under my bed for them.

I was wondering if it would be okay with you, if I spent my Christmas Holiday with a friend here at school. It would mean a lot to me if you say yes. Let me know as soon as possible.

Yes, it's okay if you spend the holiday with a friend. I hope you and he have a good holiday, since you have never really had one. I'll send your presents to the school and you can open them when you return from break.

It was good to here from you again. How was your trip? But, my friend isn't a boy, rather a girl, the same girl I took to the Halloween Ball. But, don't worry, nothing will happen since we are going to her parents home and you raised me to be respectful of the opposite sex, didn't you?

Japan was fine. Okay, I trust you to do the right thing, and yes I did raise you. Remember to be pollite and please don't get yourself in trouble. Also, as I am writing this, I am preparing to leave for America and won't return until after you get home for the summer, you aunt will pick you up at the station.
