Jordan and Cass entered the Hospital Wing, Jordan wincing slightly at the pain that was surging through her arm. She sat down on a chair and looked around for Madame Pomfrey. No sign. She sighed leaned back in her chair, carefully cradling her arm. Jordan turned her brown eyes to Cass and smiled warmly, "You have good aim." She told her in a friendly voice. Which was true, Cass did have good aim, and Jordan was thankful that she had defended herself. But, now she didn't see why she had, either way she would end up getting hurt.
"It was a good game. At least we didn't lose as badly with Gryffindor as we did with Ravenclaw. They murdered us! And I suppose, you guys did too. Oi, we suck at Quidditch." Jordan's voice was wary and she was starting to ramble, but she was sure it had nothing to with her arm. She didn't have any pills, so she was a little bit out of it lately. She rubbed her eyes with her left hand, the only hand that seemed to work, and looked down at the arm that was harmed. It was swollen and looked like a balloon.
"Hm, I wonder if you take a needle to this, it'll pop? Do you think it would?" She smiled at Cass with a slightly amused tone in her voice that indicated she wasn't upset over the arm. With the things Jordan had been through, being upset over a hurt arm was among the mild, if not, below mild.

Cass helped Jordan to the Hospital wing. She felt just horrible about it. It would of been one thing had it been in the middle of the game, but with Harry catching the snitch a few moments after she sent that bludger careening towards Jordan...she just felt terrible.
She sat beside Jordan as they waited on Madam Pomfrey to come and look at Jordan. She jolted out of her reverie when Jordan commented about her aim.
" Yeah, thanks, " she said uncertainly, " But, my good aim seems to be the problem here. I feel awful terrible about this. If I had known,......I just feel awful. It's not like me to do things like that."
She was terribly wet and cold in her Quidditch uniform, and she knew Jordan was too. She ran over to one of the empty beds and retrieved a blanket for Jordan and draped it over her shoulders.
" I know I'm freezing so you must be too."

Jordan accepted the blanket from Cass greatfully, and smiled with happiness. She tugged the blanket closer around her body so that she could drvie off a bit. Her hair was now out of it's pony-tail that it had been at the beginning of the game, and her ends were frozen. But, it didn't bother Jordan any.
"To tell you the truth, I would have done the same. You just seemed to get to the bludger first. Though I have never been hit by a bludger, and I don't want to be. I am just glad I can defend myself, playing beater and all. No need to feel sorry, Cass. You're a beater, that's your job, ain't it?" Jordan raised an eyebrow and then smiled again, running her left fingers through her hair.

" I know thats my job, but thats not the point! It just seemed so futile to cause you an injury like this. If it was the middle I could see it, but not at the very end. I just feel awful," she said exasperately, hoping that Madam Pomfrey would hurry and help her. Compared to the other Hufflepuff member, Jordan was in good health.
Cass plopped down in the chair and felt her wet, black hair move. The curls were all very lank. She pulled it back in a ponytailer she happened to have on her wrist. The water shlept out of her hair and onto the floor.
" Evanesco," she whispered and it cleaned itself up.
" You fly very well. I wish I could be that good. I only got my first broom a week ago. My grandma sent me the money to buy it."

"Oh, you didn't cause this injury. No, I blocked the bludger. It was when Harry caught the snitch, that I slammed back on my broom, and it lurched me forward, causing me to fall and hit the ground. Luckily i wasn't that high up." Jordan told her, hoping Cass didn't think it was her bludger that had caused the damage to her arm. Jordan looked at it once more, and realized it was still swollen. Where was that blasted Madame Pomfrey?
"Haha, thanks. I've been flying for three years. I know they said first years couldn't have brooms, but I got one anyway, and flew past curfew. Never got caught either. Which was very very good." Jordan smiled as Cass complimented her on her flying, "The good news is, that after your first flight and game, it can only get better. But, in Hufflepuff's case, it didn't go anywhere." Jordan took out her wand, which was tucked in her Quidditch robes and tapped her head. In a flash, she was dried and in her regular clothes, her hair up in pigtails.

Jordan was being so cool about this, and she knew it wasn't completely her fault. But, you know Gryffindors...
" I guess that is the risk you take playing Quidditch," she forced herself to say that," I wish she should hurry up. You shouldn't have to suffer long."
She felt really bad still.
" And Hufflepuffs not that bad, we have alot of new players too."

"Yeah, Quidditch equals risks. Yeah, new players. But you guys still won. I don't know. Maybe I'm in the wrong house." Jordan giggled lightly at the thought and looked at the entrance to the hospital wing, not knowing where the nurse was. She rolled her eyes and was about to settle on just finding a spell to heal her arm, when she sighed and decided against it.
"Maybe we should go find her." Jordan said to herself and to Cass as well. Starting to worry herself. She had read that if a broken arm didn't get attention, it could become worse and she didn't want that. Not with her drawing arm.

" Let's. Muggle nurses have a tendency to sit in little cubicle sipping tea while all their patients die," she remembered the one time she had a surgery. She thought she was going to die from the inattention.
Cass got up and began to mill around. She finally found a studen worker behind a bed reading, and she told him to go fetch her someone to help Jordan.
" Now that should get some attention."

Jordan nodded, "And if it doesn't, we can always set something off to get some attention around here. You know what I think? I think they should have more than one nurse in here. Because, it's a lot more easier than to have to wait for just one." JOrdan looked at her feet, which didn't even touch the floor. She swung her legs back and forth, and laughed. She was feeling giddy. And it was a good feeling.
"So...oh I know! Let's play truth! Do you wanna?" Jordan asked eagerly, feeling quite bored but wanting to do something that didn't involve her arm.

" Sure but don't expect much out of me. I'm not very good at this game," Cass smiled.
" You go first!"

Jordan laughed, she wasn't very good at truth or dare, but truth was another story. She strummed her fingers on the arm rest and looked at Cass her eyes dancing, "Like someone?" She asked, in that girlish tone she used when she was very curious. Jordan herself liked someone, but she didn't know if she would admit it...considering wow, admitting it. The first step in realizing it.

Cass laughed louldy. Liked someone, that was an understatment! She was cornered now though.
" You mustn't tell a soul!," Cass looked around the room to see if anyone was listening, " I kind of got if for Pyro Blackfire in Slytherin."

"You like!" Jordan whispered now, "Pyro? I've met him! Haha, he knows my secret. Weird. Anyway, you're turn! Ask me ask me!" Jordan was jumping in her seat. She looked at her arm, the swelling was going down a bit. She smiled and waited patiently for her question.
"Oh! And I won't tell a soul, I promise! What said in here, stays in here!" Jordan said, taking her left hand and crossing her heart.
(I'm closing this to just you, okay?)

(( That's fine. I don't mind it! ;D))
Cass got up and started to pace the room. As she did, she pulled of her Quidditch padding and began to throw them in a pile in the floor.
" I know, what's your favoriate muggle obsession?"

"Musicals! I love musicals!" Jordan answered with enthusiasm. She loved all musicals, for some reason they just satisfied her. Actually, anything with acting. She loved to act, and was pretty good at it, she just didn't like admitting it. She crossed her legs and looked at Cass, trying to think of another question.
"Um, I know! Greatest weakness?" Jordan raised an eyebrow in Cass's direction, wondering what she would say. Jordan knew what she would say on the top of her head. If someone took Dillion away from her, she would be scarred. Dillion was like a brother she never had, and she didn't want that to be gone.

" You know, I love musicals too. My greatest weaksness......" she never really though of herself as having a weakness.
" Oh, I'm dead clumsy. That Bludger that hit your arm. I will never be able to do that again. Oh, and i have no sense of direction. I can't find my dorms sometimes!"
Cass thought of a question to ask Jordan, " What did the Sorting Cap say to you at your sorting?"

"Oo sense of direction, I'm not very good with that either. What did the hat say to me? Well, it said I had a fast temper, I'm snappy, so I might be a Slytherin. Then, it said I also have a loyal, sweet, and kind side. So I might be a Hufflepuff. It couldn't seem to make up it's mind. Finally, I suppose it drew a name out of a bowl or something, because well...I got stuck in Hufflepuff." Jordan answered thoughtfully, remembering the day as if it were yesterday.
"Ok, let's see...favorite type of dance?" Jordan asked her. Her brown eyes gleaming with wonder.

" You know, I'm not much of a dancer. It would have to be swing dancing I guess. My grandfather and grandmother taught me how."
" I got one for you. Whats the worst thing you've done to Snape?"

"Swings fun! Oh, worst thing I've done to Snape, eh? Well, um...nothing. Disrupting his class I suppose. I mean, I don't really do anything to the professors." Jordan answered with a slight look of confusement on her face. What kind of prankster had she been? She hadn't done anything to Snape? Ah, she had failed in her pranking days.
"Who do you absolutely despise among the students here at Hogwarts?" She asked, looking at Cass.

" Who do I despise? That's kind of a hard one," she thought to herself.
She really hadn't hated anyone she met at Hogwarts.
" My first day here, a Slytherin 7th year tripped me up on the way to the sorting hat. Your a third year, you must remember that? I just remember the hat telling me in my ear that I was going to be in Ravenclaw, and then I thought about getting back at that boy, and then he announce I was a Gryffindor."
" Turn abouts fair play. Who's your secret crush?"
