Jordan looked at Valerie and nodded. Encouragement was what she needed right then. So as she saw a bludger heading towards her, Jordan raised the bat. Aimed it at Celina and waited for the right moment.
Three...
Two...
One...SWING! Jordan swung. Wishing that this time she would hit it and not miss. She needed to get that quaffle back in Hufflepuff's hands!

Jaquin, soaring around the stadium at a prodigious speed kept a vigilant eye out for any bludgers heading towards the chasers. His sharp eyes immediately found one of the Hufflepuff beaters hit a bludger at Celina. Jaquin sped towards the bludger, and swung with all his might at the bludger, directing the black ball back at the originator (hits it back at Jordan Cortes).

Grabbing hold of the quaffle, Celina zoomed towards the goal hoops. As she neared the keeper, she quickly dropped a few metres and swerved around, looking for another chaser. As she caught sight of Catalina out of the corner of her eye, she shouted out, "Cat, catch!!" and threw the quaffle at her teammate.

She hadn't managed to get the quaffle one today, and the guilt was already making her stomach flip. After their pratice everyone was saying she was the best on the team, and now she coudln't even get the quaffle once!
She deicded that all she could do was keep trying and rushed towards the red ball as it left one Ravenclaw and headed towards another, trying to intercept it.

Ivy groaned as Nokomis failed to intercept the Ravenclaw Chasers' pass. She moved forward to support Nokomis, trying to think of a way in which she could get the Quaffle. It seemed a hopeless case, even now, but Ivy wasn't allowing herself to think such negative thoughts, as she had to try to concentrate on the game.
Ivy looked at Nokomis and grimaced. She might as well try. Valerie had said to not let the older girls push them around. She couldn't just let them dominate the whole time. Although no doubt she'd fail. Like she already had.
Ivy made a swift movement forward and attempted to steal the Quaffle from Catalina.

Catlina saw the red ball flying towards her and so she turned her broom and raced towards it. Reaching out she caught it in her hands just before the Hufflepuff chaser could get it. Quickly she turned again and zipped forward right towards where Kim was waiting. As she closed in a Hufflepuff chaser closed in on her trying to steal the ball! Clutching the Quaffle tightly to her side Catalina swerved away from the girl. 50 feet...40 feet.... 25 feet... closer and closer she came to Kim, finally she turned sharply to the left and threw the Quaffle as hard as she could towards the far left goal hoop.

Kim gritted her teeth as the Ravenclaws again came at her. She was ready this time, she wasn't going to fall for any tricks either. Keeping an eye on the Quaffle she focused all her energy on it. out of the corner of her eye she could see a yellow robe flying at the chaser, she didn't know who it was but hoped they'd be able to do something to help. When Catalina threw the quaffle, Kim chased after it and reached out with her hand to stop it from entering the goal hoop.

Kim slammed her fist against her leg as the Quaffle once more went through the hoop. Quickly racing after it she threw it as hard as she could to Kiyla. "YOU GUYS DO SOMETHING! JORDAN! DO .. HANNAH! GO! KIYLA GET IT.. VALERIE GET THE SNITCH! COME ON!!!!!!" Gripping her broom handle as hard as she could Kim circled the goal hoop and looked for any sign of the snitch, they had to get it.

"Wooooo!" Catalina enthusiastically said as she watched the Quaffle sail through the goal hoop once more. Kim also was now yelling at everyone, "we've got em!" Catalina thought to herself as she watched Kim's mini tantrum. As the Quaffle went through the air from Kim to a chaser, Catalina flew over and reached out to take the Quaffle once more.

Catalina once more caught the quaffle in mid air before it reached the Hufflepuffs. With a grin on her mouth she raced again straight towards Kim. Should she score again and get her Hat Trick? Or should she get an assist. Flying right at Kim she spotted a blue robe to her left. Taking a quick peek over it was Alexa. "LEX!" Catalina said as she quickly threw the Quaffle over to Alexa.

The sick feeling in her stomach was getting worse as the game contiued, and it was all she coudl do to keep from dubling over on her broom.
"I can't to any worse than trying though"
she mumbled to herself before seeing the Kiyla was heading towards the other team
"Get it Kiyla!"

Kiyla moved quickly towards the goal hoops then groaned inwardly as she saw the Quaffle got through the hoop.
'We so lost.' Kiyla thought with a sigh but she instantly snapped out of her negative state. 'think positive!' Kiyla urged herself.
She moved closer to Kim and heard her yelling at everyone and next thing she knew the quaffle was flying towards Kiyla. Kiyla saw Catalina coming for it so Kiyla moved up some but Catalina caught it before she could. She bite her lip and flew as fast as she could to try and catch teh quaffle that Catalina was trying to throw to Lex. She made a quick grab for it and hoped to God that she's get it.

Jaquin continued to soar around the stadium, unsurprised that he had nailed the oblivious, opposing beater. The Hufflepuff teams' minds seemed to be wandering and unfocused. In their previous matches, the Hufflepuffs always had a plethora of clandestine strategies at their disposal. However, they seemed less ambitious and concentrated this year. Holding on to his broom with one hand, Jaquin twirled his beater bat, as he spotted another bludger and whacked it towards the enemy seeker. (Valerie)

Jaquin had not been paying attention, so, his bat scraped against the metal ball, and failed to change its course. "I won't fail this time," he said with a bit of anger. He soared towards the other bludger, and with his mind completely concnetrated on the bludger's every move, Jaquin swung his bat, directing the bludger towards the enemy chaser. (attack at Nokomis)

Hannah looked up to see Jaquin hitting a bludger at Nokomis. She gritted her teeth and flew after it. Raised her bat and swung, trying to block it from Nokomis. She was no way going to let it hit her. Hannah hadn't been playing her best tonight, but that was going to change. She wasn't going to let Hufflepuff down. Sure, they were behind now but that meant nothing at all. Valerie could still catch the snitch and that was what they needed.
