The sun had settled below the horizen for just over an hour when he made his way down to the lounge, an astrology book tucked beneath his arm. He made his way first to a table near the end of the room, one that had been set up with hot water, milk and coco. He fixed himself a mug before turning around and look out across the room. Many Hogwarts students had made there way down to the same room and were scattered about, making themselves comfortable on the many coutches and overstuffed chairs. After pausing for a few moments he made his way to one of the chairs by the fire, and settled down, opening his book to the ninth chapter.

Parvati looked at the pencil in her hand, and threw it over her shoulder, realizing it was one of Padma's "curse me" pencils. She then looked at another one and nodded with satisfaction, it was Jasmine's pencil so it wasn't cursed...or as far as she knew it wasn't. She grabbed her sketchbook, and headed down the stairs. Stopping for a moment, she pulled her long black hair back, and brushed her bangs out of her eyes before continuing and nearly falling down the remainder of the stairs.
"Oh!" She said as she dropped her sketchbook on the floor in the lounge. With a sigh, she swiped it up quickly and checked it for any damages. Nope, none, thankfully. She smiled and crossed the room, when she spotted Kam. Changing directions, she thought she should talk to him. She hadn't talked to him in awhile, in fact she hadn't talked to anyone in awhile so she had a lot of catching up to do.
"Hey." Parvati said in greeting as she sat down in a chair and opened her sketchbook to an empty page. She put her pencil eraser to her lips and tapped it in deep thought. It was getting harder to draw these days, nothing really to vent at...considering the thing with Padma had been resolved.

Hearing a voice near him he glanced up to see Parvati sitting down in the chair next to him. He didn't know her well, but they had an intresting onveration one night on the stairs at Hogwarts. He gave her a friendly smile, resting a hand on his book to keep it from closing.
"Hello Parvati, how are you doing these days?"

"Better then before. Much better actually. How about you? It's been forever since we last talked." Parvati answered, tearing her eyes away from the fire in which she had been staring at for inspiration. She smiled and curled her legs up under her as she continued to think. Slowly she began to draw, but nothing that really inspired her to continue.

He nodded in agreement to her comment. It had been a while since thier last converation, though he remembered it well. Parvati was frustrated with the relationship she had with her sister, and had been wandering the halls of Hogwarts not long before cerfew when she found him sitting on the stairs trying to read. He remembered so vividly because she let him look at the doodles she called worthless, though to him they were drawings of gold.
"Life seems to have run away with me. One minute I think I have it under control and all the time in the world before me, and then I turn around to find out the year is over. I have been well though, just busy."

"Busy? Well, at least you had something to keep you occupied. My drawings have all gone dull, and my mind is blank. Mum insisted on sending me and Padma to councelling, so all my rage is gone and my sketchbooks are doodleless. It's sad really, I'm starting to miss those doodles." Parvati said as she stopped drawing. She couldn't think of anything to draw, she was finding that her mind came up blanks lately and it made her mad and sad at the same time.
"If I may, what have you been busy with?" She asked, keeping the conversation up a bit...that was another thing that made Parvati so different, she didn't talk nearly as much. This scared her. It didn't anger her. But, it scared her.

He smiled ather comments about the dooding. He guessed that to an artist, having no inspiration was even worse tha having to doodle your frustrations out. He wished to ask her about her therapy, having a desire to become one of the very few wizarding world psychologists one day.
"School work....quidditch...."
He paused for a moment, glancing over at her again.
"So can I assume that your days have not been filled with as must drawing as normal?"

Parvati nodded at Kam's comment about schoolwork. She had loads of that also, the Quidditch thing though...she was neglecting that as much as her art, and that was never a good thing. Actually, neglecting anything was never a good thing.
"Ugh, drawing right now is very very scarce. And even if I do get inspiration, I can never draw...no, I'm far to busy with things that I have to do, that I can't just sit down and draw it. Sometimes, I just want to snap their heads off...I can't do everything on my own, I understand that she's sick but, honestly! She can get her own tissues that are by her bed..." Parvati started, she didn't realize she was starting to doodle. And she stopped when she did realize she was ranting. She sighed and looked at Kam.
"Sorry. No, not a lot of drawing...but, a whole lot of arguing. And just as I got over it with Padma. I start it with my mum. Oh well, at least she won't send herself to councelling." She apologized and looked at her sketchbook. With a small smile she continued to doodle, hoping that she kept the light lit before it snuffed out.
