Katrina walked up the stairs to the Gryffindor common room with her arms full of books about Quidditch. As soon as she gave the password to The Fat Lady, she walked up the stairs to her dormitory with difficulty. As soon as she went in and threw her books on her bed, she walked back downstairs and stared at the Gryffindor common room door, as though expecting somone she knew to burst through.

After a day of class, Eric was very tired.He walked up the stairs slowly, and found himself staring at the potrait of The Fat Lady. He gave the password and went inside.
As soon as he went in, he found himself looking at the eyes of a girl not older than him. Maybe a first or second year he thought to himself. Feeling friendly, he walked over to her and said, "Hi. My name's Eric Custon. What's yours?" Then with a smile, he added, "And why are you staring at me?" He looked deeply into her eyes as though expecting some answers from it.
