“A heffalump a woozle is very confusle - A heffalump a woozle's very sly, sly, sly - They come in one's and twosles - But if they so choosles -Before your eyes you'll see them multiply, ply, ply
They're extraordinary - So better be wary -Because they come in every shape and size, size, size - If honey's what you covet - You'll find that they love it - Because they'll guzzle up the thing you prize” Hannah sang to her stuffed Piglet, swinging him around her dorm room. True she was supposed to be getting ready for bed; but she didn’t feel like it. Tonight was Friday and her homework was piled at the foot of her bed, a mountain of untouched textbooks and scraps of parchment.
At the end of her song Hannah applied some pale pink lip gloss and smacked her lips together; just because she was wearing her nightgown didn’t mean she wasn’t allowed to pretty herself up a bit.

" Bich!" The door answered the command by opening up. Walking into the common room, she gave a few fleeting highs to some friends. Heading up to the dorm, she ran into her best friend Hannah. " Hey doll!" She collapsed beside on her friend's bed beside her. " It has been such a wild day. I ran into this really hot looking Slytherin in front of the Great Hall, but he was a Slytherin. His name was Aden Mc-something-or-other."
" So, how was your day? I think I've got Quidditch practice tonight." Susan jumped up and headed over to her sleeping area and pulled out her planner. "Yep, I do." She began to pull out her Quidditch gear.

“Hey honey!” Hannah replied cheerily to her friend’s greeting. She then spun around dramatically and looked at Susan over one of her shoulders giving her a pouting pose as Susan talked about a Slytherin. Her mouth gapped and she went to sit on her bed too. “But Susan how? A Slytherin? He’s evil; they all are. Why would you purposefully talk to one?” Hannah said aghast. She was never one for confrontation, oh no, she avoided Slytherins whenever possible. After practicing the charms in the DA last year she knew she could handle herself if something broke out but that doesn’t mean she would ever go looking for a fight.
Susan got up to get her Quidditch stuff and Hannah lay back on her bed. “I will get my things later if I even choose to go. I am only a reserve so I don't know if I want to go or not; I mean why bother? But my day was good. Did some catching up with Ernie, which is always great. Didn’t get the greatest mark in charms though. Gosh and I thought OWLs were tough. Now they are preparing us for NEWTs; don't be surprised when I need to be sent to Pomfrey again.” Hannah said all moody and melodramatic pulling her Piglet up onto her stomache.

Susan frowned at her friend. " I wasn't trying to make conversation with him, Hannah. You act like I seeked him out. He just happened to be there, and I happened to be there." Susan opened the door to a small closet that was beside her bed. A multitude of items, everything but what she needed, fell out of the door. Comically trying to press them back into the little opening, she looked a bit like a cartoon character. " He was incredibly rude to me. He didn't even say hello. He just stared me down and said, ' Move.' You know, I wouldn't think a guy that looked that good could be so rude." The deluge of things finally overcame Susan and landed on the floor. Clothes, books, and other items scattered the floor around her bed.
Exhaling upwards, Susan's bangs floated in the air on the draft. Rummaging through the items, she found her Quidditch pads and part of her uniform. She pulled the balled up robe out from underneath her bed, and laid it out. Trying to stuff everything back in the closet was a daunting task. " You would think as organized I am about my school work and my calender, I would be a little more organized in my living area. Does your closet look that bad?" She asked her friend jokingly, knowing the answer would be no.

Hannah lay down on her bed and had Piglet do a little dance on her stomach while Susan went on about the Slytherin. Slytherins were all evil in her mind – it didn’t matter if they were cute or no. Hannah would have just moved – not bothered to converse with him. There are cute guys in every house anyways – she thought with a small grin and a rose tone coming up onto her cheeks. She wasn’t going to say anything about that to Susan though… yet. They may be best friends but some things were best left unsaid until they have reached their conclusion she decided.
She then giggled as Susan mentioned the disorganized state of her closet. “Well to be honest… no mine isn’t quite that bad. Although my school stuff isn’t exactly as organized as yours either so I suppose it evens out. Good luck at practice though if I don't see you there.”
