The last class bell rang through out the castle as students flooded all the floors. Everyone was going to millions of different places like the library, the Great hall, the Main Hall, their Common Rooms or just wandering the halls. Out of the crowd a single boy, Leland Astor, made he way unseen passing many people as he managed to reach the stairs leaning down to the depths under the castle, the dungeons, which lead to the Slytherin Common Room. Walking along side a few other House mates, Leland began to join a conversation about the other students in the school. "Of Course, If it was just high class purebloods who actually had some idea of society this school would go alot after and have a better curriculum." LeLand spoke to a Seventh year whom was a good friend of his family's. Agreeing with Leland, his friend waved him goodbye as he went into an extra dungeon class room to catch up on some studies.
Leland walked off as the crowd of Slytherin's seemed to diminish and left Leland alone arriving at the Slytherin Common Room porthole. "Salazar!" he exclamed in a powerful tone as the suit of armor moved to the left and left a doorway open to the Slytherin Common room which was nicknamed 'the snakes layer'. Walking into the vast room you could feel an eerie mood about you, but it was normal for these students to feel that way. The fire was booming with heat and flames as Leland threw is bag full of books to the side and disgarded it for the time being. Waltsing over to the sitting area a single black leather back chair sat as Leland stood next to it and un buttoned his black cloak. Hanging it over the back of the chair he sat down as he unloosened his tie and rolled up the sleeves of his white dress shirt he and all the other students in the school wore under their cloaks. Leaning back into the chair he closed his eyes as he felt the slight twinge of heat caress his face and arms. With a deep inhale Leland drifted off to a slight sleeping state.
A few moments, it seemed, he woke up and noticed he was alone in the Common Room, as he turned around and looked for someone else. No one was their. Leland blinked as he woke himself up. Stretching his fingers out, he pushed himself up from the seat and walked towards the fire which died down slightly. Going to the side of the fireplace he grabbed two peices of wood and threw them into the fireplace as flames began to jump over them and began to char them into ash. Feeling heat over his body he awoke fully and glanced around the room. The room was dimmly lit by sconces on the walls and the single fireplace in front of him. Looking on the mantal on top of the fireplace he looked over the picture of Salazar Slytherin. Leland held his hands behind his back as he began to think. He holds secrets which he took to the grave with him and there are still some of those secrets around the castle which are un explaned. Leland fell into portrait as the porthole sounded, like stone againt stone. As that was a sign of company. Not thinking about who ever it was, he stared at the portrait and kept thinking.

As the bell rang Dawn left her Potions class as she made her way up the dungeon stairs and out the oak doors towards the lawns for her daily Quidditch practice. She practiced alone, due to she didnt want to deal with people who didnt know how to play and got in her way. Making her way down to the pitch she noticed the Hufflepuff team gathered at the middle. "Blah!" she said as she forgot that they had made that day a practice day. Dawn narrowed her eyes as she took out her wand. "Accio Broom." she said as her broom came out of her case in the Slytherin locker roon and flew towards her. Catching it by the stick Dawn mounted it and road back to the school. She already walked down the hills, walking up them would be even worse.
Flying over some people Dawn smiled as she waved to a few of her fellow quidditch members. "Pitch isnt open!" she shouted as she flew away back to the oak doors. Dismounting at the doors, Dawn shouldered her broom and walked into the Main hall. It was a good 12 minutes since classes let out and still people filled the hall. Making her way through the crowd, Dawn marched down the stairs to her common room, where she would surely go over some quidditch plans for the big game next month.
Arriving at the Porthole she sounded the password as she walked in. The common room was empty as far as she could she. Dawn set her firebolt aside and walked towards the sitting area. Noticing a guy standing at the fireplace Dawn noticed who it was, Leland Astor. He was in her year. They talked last year but werent the best of friends. Dawn noticed him deep in thought as he looked at the portrait of their house maker, Salazar Slytherin. Dawn spoke out. "Good Man he was! Didnt want any non Purebloods in the school, but Godric disagreed. Stupid quarral really, I would have just hurt Godric untill he understood what I ment, but I guess Salazar didnt think of that." Dawn said as she grinned at Leland and walked closer.
Siting down in a leather back chair, which seemed to have a cloak drapped over the back, Dawn spoke again. "Havent spoke in awhile. How have you been boyo?" she asked as she looked at him up and down. He seemed taller. He was her height last year. He was nearly 6' by now. "Rachel said she saw Hector over the summer." She said as she looked away and played with her nails. "They hung out for awhile. Im sure you heard." she said as she looked back at Leland.

Standing with his back toward the porthole, he heard a girls voice began to speak about Salazar. A face appeared in Leland's face to match the voice, Dawn McGrogan. She was a very nice girl to her housemates and an aquatance to Leland. They talked only several times last yearbut never enought to know much about each other. All he knew about her was that, she hated anyone who wasnt a Pure. She know alot about everyone, even more than you would like her to know. Also, she is good to have you on your side in a verbal and magical fight.
Turning around he saw her walk and sit down in the seat he was sitting in previously. He didnt mind, their were many other seats in the area, so he sat down on the green couch diagnal of her. Leland replied to her in a flat tone, "Maybe he did think of that, but he knew more things than your frail mind can hold. Maybe he knew consiquences. You know, there are effects that come from actions, but you just dont stay around long enought to see them." Leland ended in a 'matter of fact' tone. He rose his eyebrows at her as he took out his wand from his back pocket. Listening to her again he answered with a smile as he flicked his wand and two thermists of hot chocolate appeared on the table between him and Dawn. Reaching for his own thermis just before he took a sip he said, "Ive been good. Its hard to come back here and be in such close quarters with people that you wouldnt origanally associate with.." he took a sip of his drink and said, "... but I guess thats what you have to do to have an above average education." He said with a nod to Dawn. "And you? How was your summer away?" he asked as he waited for an answer.
She began to speak about her sister and his brother. The Astor and McGrogan Family's all know each other. Hector and Rachel are close, but Dawn an Aden were just aquatences to the Astor family. But Leland somehow could expect that him and Dawn would become friends this year in school, due to it seemed she has finally began a bit more mature than she was in her past years. As Dawn said 'Im sure you heard...' Leland just nodded. He had nothing to say about his brother and his relationship with Dawn's sister. It was Hector's business not his.
Seeing Dawn didnt help herself to the other Thermis of Hot chocolate Leland set his down and said, "That is for you, Dawn. Not for decoration for the table." he said with a motion of his hand for her to pick it up. Sitting back in the couch he rested his left arm over the back of the couch. With his right hand, he rubbed the back of his neck as he said. "So Hows Quidditch going?" He asked as he quickly remembered she was Captain this year of the Slytherin House. Quickly adding he said, "Qudditch will most deffinatly be a show to see this year, Captain." he said with a smile to her making sure she knew he found out about her spot on the team.

Listening to Leland answer her comment about Salazar, she rolled her eyes when he was done. He basically called her stupid, she couldnt stand that. She quickly spoke, "Well maybe people let guilt get to them and stick around to change what they have done. You know there are always reasons for actions." she spoke in the same 'matter of fact' tone as she shifted her weight in the chair and sat on her right leg.
Leland made two thermis appear as she merely glanced at them and looked away. He got her angry and she didnt want anything from him. He went on about education and his comment slightly made her feel better. She replied to his question. "My summer was fine. Practice all the time, we went to the Bahamas.." she said as she nodded and added, "You know an Island below America. It was nice there. We travled else where, but that place was good." she said with a flat tone. She knew he was origanally from the US, so he would know the place. She tryed not to seem to in love with it so he wouldnt brag, but she really did adore the place.
Moments later Leland told her the other thermis of hot chocolate was for her. With a look from the thermis to him, she leaned over and grabbed it. "Thanks." she said as she took a sip of it. "Just the way I like it. Lovely." she said as she yawned and leaned back. Silence passed between the two as a few other students came over and sat with her and him. They were conversing about charms and potions. Dawn didnt care she tuned them out. Taking another sip of the drink she glared at Leland. He seemed to have changed from last year. He used to never be able to hold a conversation with her for longer than a few moments. And it has been nearly 10 minutes. Odd how things change.
Leland spoke up as he grabbed her attention quickly. He spoke abotu Quidditch. She was just about to answer his question, but he quickly added a comment. Wrinkling her forhead she said, "Quidditch is fun. You know I love it so." with a pause she said, "And Mr. Astor what is that suppost to mean? A Show?" Shaking her head she spoke again. "How did you know I was Captian. Only the team knows I was planning to not make it school news untill next month at the game. Who told you?" she asked as she took another sip of her drink and wated for a reply.

(( Sorry, Dawn for not being able to reply quicker. My omputer was down and I had no way of telling or comming online. ))
Watching Dawn as she picked up the thermist he grined as she made a comment. "Good, then I remembered correctly." he said as he set his down and turned to look at the fire. The flames were high and the embers were burning bright. The heat was reflecting off of the stone and dispursed through out the room evenly. Even though the fire was massive, there still was an eerie breeze that swept the floor. It was a dungeon for Merlin sakes! Of course everyone would have a weird feeling being down there, but the Slytherin's were used to it and didnt think anything of it. Normally if they feel that odd breeze they just voice it is Salazar himself watching over them.
Dawn began to speak about the Bahamas. "Ahh yes, wonderful place. Been there a few times myself." he added as he still was looking into the fire. He didnt want to go into detail about the place, he actually hated it, but he wouldnt dare to tell Dawn that after she spoke highly about it.
The subject Quidditch arose into the conversation as Leland mirly grinned. He knew Dawn could speak about that for hours on end. He absolutly loved to watch it. never had a fancy to play it for a hobby, but of Course he could play. Turning to Dawn he heard the annoyance in her tone, that she didnt want him to know she was captain. "Dawn, of course I know. Not many others do either so dont worry Ill keep it secret." he said in a trusting tone. Being trusted was something Leland could deffinatly be quoted on. He took secrecy to the grave, and of course the McGrogan family knew that since there families have been alies for centuries.
"I was simply saying that Potter has been getting better as they years go on. As so you, dont get me wrong, Dear Dawn Lynn. But some peopleon the team seem to be... 'lacking' you could say. Many teams have been getting better as Slytherin still havent won a game in awhile."
Silence passed between the two as Leland noticed Dawn begin to get angry. He decided to change the topic. He wasnt in the mood for a fight tonight. "The Halloween Ball is going on. May I ask why you arent making an appearance?" he asked, not in a crude manor just stating a fact.

Taking another sip of ther hot chocolate she looked at Leland. His eyes are bright blue. They seemed to be burning a hold right into her. They were hypnotizing. Dawn looked into the fire to break away from them and spoke changing the subject away from Quidditch and going towards the ball. "Why would I want to go? Its infested with Mudbloods and halfbreeds! Half of them I wouldnt stand sitting next to in a class room, why would I associate with them!?" Dawn ranted as she turned back to Leland. "And How about yourself? The all so faithful Astor needs to know everyone doesnt he?" Dawn nagged as she set down the thermist of her on the table in front of her.
Standing up from her seat she walked acrossed the room to the book cases. These books were every single class books in the whole castle. Looking at the middle shelf she found one and pulled it out. Walking back to Leland she turned the pages of the book to her desired page. Handing it to Leland she sat down next to him. "Read right.... there." she said as she pointed delicatly to the specific paragraph. As Leland read it, Dawn said it softly out loud. "Following in the foot steps of their for father, Salazar Slytherin, the Slytherin students of Hogwarts Castle know exactly what their expectations were. They understood who they were, they understood who they were going to be. Their priorities are sharp and ill witted. They know who to associate with and who to let go. The Slytherin house is the most strong and powerful house of the Hogwarts castle."
When Dawn finsished she slowly took the book out of Leland's hands. Still having it open she set it down on her lap. Now sitting next to him, Dawn smiled. "Now that is why I didnt go." she grined and waited for him to say something.
(( Hey Leland, Can we open this post to anyone? Like any other slytherin? ))

Saski stark stormed out of her classroom, what an ordeal, if she had to hear another silly Gryffindor first year ask Professor Snape another question on potions she would hang herself. Saski had been assisting Snape in his class that day, something she was doing for extra credit of course, why else would she sit on a first years’ class. There had been one boy, a muggle born who was a complete imbecile, he asked the same asinine question about six times, and Professor Snape had slapped him with fifteen points off from Gryffindor; Saski smiled at the thought of how the boy’s face fell in shock when he heard those words. She looked around her, it was like a bad dream, Hufflepuffs and Gryffindors everywhere she turned and she had to get away. She ducked into a nearby class till the tumult was over, she pressed her back against the wall and waited till there was silence in the corridor.
After less than five minutes, all was quiet and she stepped out into the corridor and walked briskly down to the dungeons. She hated her house’s location but if moving meant she had to see more Hufflepuffs, Gryffindor and Ravenclaw muggle born idiots, she’d much rather have her dungeon. Saski called the password even before she had reached the porthole complete, and by the time she did get there all she had to do was step inside. The common room was bleak as usual, except for the fire, but she was used to that, it was almost comforting to know that no matter the weather or day, the common room would always be the same way…bleak and eerie.
As soon as Saski was through the door she dropped everything she had in her hands, “Ahh, I can’t stand it!” she screamed, not noticing Dawn and Leland at first. She looked at the ground and picked up her books, but they didn’t get far, just to the closest couch and that was it, before she flung them out her hands again. She flopped down into the couch and then she saw the pair, she grinned, non mudblood faces. “Dawn, Leland, if I have to see another little ickle muggle born twit again it will be too soon,” she said in classic Saski tone. It took her a minute to compose herself, “Why are you two down here?” she asked with a grin. “I haven’t seen you since I got back Dawn. How are things?”

Listening to Dawn talk abotu mudbloods Leland looked at her "Here Here!" Watching as Dawn stood up and walked over to the book cases. Oddly enough he didnt think it was odd at all that she read, she just seemed like the girl that kept up with her studies but never showed it. As she walked back she sat down next to him and handed him a book. She pointed to an area where she wanted him to read. Reading the words he heard Dawn's voice repeat out loud. When he finished he said with Dawn, "The Slytherin house is the most strong and powerful house of the Hogwarts castle." with a pause he handed the book back to her and spoke. "Isnt that, that book made by Steven Michael? The one who wrote a biography of all houses?" Leland asked, but soon found the answer out for himself. He turned the book over and saw the author. "Ah yes. I was correct, yet again." he said with a grin. Starting to answer Dawn he said, "In more or less the reason as you." he said as he took a sip of his hot chocolate heard a voice boom into the common room.
Turning his head it was Saski Stark, a fellow sixth year. She was a very fiery girl. Leland and her never became close in all their years together. Bounding into the room, she went for the second couch. Turning to see Dawn and himself sitting together on the other sofa. She spoke as Leland grinned. "... Understandable." he said as he set down his thermis on the table and leaned back in the couch.

Leland merely answered her question with a all know cliché. Glarign at him, knowing he was trying to go besides the point she noticed Saski comming into the Common Room. She seemed upset- but name a day when a slytherin doesnt get angry by the fact of mudbloods of halfbreeds? Dawn already knew why before she sat down on the couch acrossed from her and Leland.
Saski spoke as Leland comment. Dawn nodded as Saski spoke again, "Nothing else to do today. I dont know, Im not really in the mood to go outside. So yet again, another bound night to the common room." "How about yourself?" she asked as she noticed Leland sat back. He seemed a bit irritated. Dawn didnt understand why, one second he was fine next he had nothing to say. Forgetting about Leland for the time being Dawn focused her attention on her friend Saski. She havent seen her since school ended last semester and they had a few things to catch up with.
" Eh, Everything has been fine. Nothing new a'tall. Same boring days same horrid people." with a small chuckle she added, "How about yourself? How was your trip?"

“Shouldn’t be,” she said to Leland’s remark on how it was understandable. They should be attending a pureblood school, where only the best in wizarding families attending, not where the majority it seemed, came from either half-blood or muggle-born. Saski had never spoken to Leland in all the years that they had been in school together, simply their paths never crossed and Saski never went out of her way to make friends, if it happened then it did, but if it didn’t she was none too bothered. That was the way it had been with all of Saski’s friends, they came together by chance and meshed perfectly.
“Me? At that half-breed show? I think not. It is bad enough I see them when I am working; I am not going to force myself to see them when I am trying to have fun. The common room seemed the safest place for the time being. I was helping Professor Snape with his first year class; full of muggle-born idiots. This one boy; how I wanted to hex him. How many times can you ask the same question?” her blood was beginning to boil as she remembered that boy, but she soon calmed when Dawn brought up her trip. Saski smirked, the closest she was going to get to a smile at that moment, “My trip was excellent. Milan was gorgeous. You really should come next time. My sisters may be older, but they know how to have fun still. Unfortunately, I had to come back here, to be greeted by ‘them.’” Saski was complete exasperated.

Grant Night walked down from his dorm room; it was the evening of the school’s Halloween ball and he was not taking part in the festivities. Why should he? To be seen amongst mudblood cretins…never. His house common room was the place for him, where the painting of his housemaster sat above the fireplace in glory. It should not have to be hidden down there in the dungeon, but prominently displayed for the whole school, but no, it was here in the dark dank mustiness of the dungeons. He had been reading up on a new potion he wanted to try, it was used to temporarily control another’s thoughts, and he found it quite interesting. Grant was brilliant at potions, he had created several elixirs of his own, that had proven excellent in their purposes.
He walked down to the common room, he wore casual pants and his school shirt, partially unbuttoned; after all he had been relaxing. His feet were bare and therefore made no noise as he descended into the chamber. Her brushed his hair out of his face as he reached the last step and was greeted by an unusual sight; Saski Stark, Leland Astor and Dawn McGrogan all seated together in conversation. He smirked as he walked towards them. He hopped over the chair back and landed comfortably upon it, “Well I see I am not the only forgoing the festivities tonight,” he said with a devilish smile. “Leland what are you doing down here with these ladies? Shouldn’t you be concocting some new invention to rid the school of mudbloods?”

Lelands was sitting back, relaxed on the couch as he heard a farmilar voice speak up. "Grant." He said as he jumped the chair and sat on it comfortably. Hearing with he said, Leland grinned slightly. "Off day for me." he voiced in a relaxed tone. "Tomorrow I will be right back to work." he said with a slight chuckle. "Where've you been? Havent seen you out and about for awhile." Leland said to Gram as she turned back to the girls momentarilly.
"Saski, so you went to Milan? Brilliant place. Never went there myself- planning on it though." he said as he sat up. "Do you all want hot chocolate? I got some for me and Dawn. I am nearly done with my first cup and im due for a second." Leland spoke as he brought out of wand waiting for a reply.

Saski was talking to Dawn and Leland when she heard a voice come from behind her. It was Grant Night, a boy who with his sister, was well known for his hatred of mudbloods. The two boys talked and Saski flashed Dawn a look and then spoke up. “Well Grant Night. I you bet you aren’t the only one who is missing the soirée,” she said sarcastically. “I’d rather have my eardrums slowly eaten by beetles while I lay powerless to stop it, than go there,” she put on a fake smile.
From the conversation that preceded, Saski deducted that Grant and Leland were friends, which made Leland gain points in Saski’s book, she was fond of Grant, as a friend, that and his grandmother was very powerful and her father liked that. The Nights and Starks often did business together, though other than that they did not associate. Each family had their own beliefs and they did not exactly blend at all times, but business was business and profit was just that, whether or not you considered yourself friends with whomever didn’t matter as long as you both benefited.
Saski turned back to Leland as he spoke to her, “Yes I went for six weeks. Really? You’re planning a trip to Milan? I suppose I could give you a few places you must see while you’re there. If you’re interested?” Saski thought about Leland’s offer, “Why not,” she said calmly, “I’ll take one. Grant how about you?”

Grant smiled, “Not for me, just a two minute break,” he joked with Leland. “I’ve been busy, had a lot of special projects in the wings. Grandmother sent me a little gift. You have to check it out later,” Grant told Leland. Leland went back to the girls while Grant made himself more comfortable, throwing his feet over the chair’s arm. “You went to Milan Saski? I thought you were going to Paris?” Grant asked, he and Saski had discussed her vacation plans last term, and at that time, Paris had been the plan.
“I’ll take on too Leland. Pass me one there Saski,” Grant asked when Leland offered them chocolate. “Are you going to have another Dawn?” he asked, she had been rather quiet since he arrived. “How did you spend the vacation Leland? Getting into trouble?” Grant said with a smirk. “Travelling in the near future Leland?” Grant asked when Leland announced he intended to go to Milan.

Saski answered Dawn and went on about her trip. "Seems wonderful." she said as she shifted her weight and crossed her ankles. Leland spoke up about planning a trip there. "I didnt know you had any interests in Milian. Didnt know your family had any interests a'tall." Dawn said slightly teasing him.
A few moments later Grant Night showed up down in the Common room. Dawn never talked to him before, she never had the feeling to. Honestly, she always has a defencive feeling towards his sister Hendrix, but never conversed with her either. It could be intuituon or just mere parinoa, Dawn shrugged it off. He greeted Leland. It seemed that they were friends, as well was Saski with him. Speaking up Dawn said, "It is extremely doubtful, us four missing anything grand up in the ball." Rolling her eyes she added, "Of course sabotage would be fun." she said shooting at look of intrigue at Grant and Leland, whom were known to be quite the jesters at times.
Leland spoke up and asked if anyone wanted another chocolate. Dawn was last to speak as she said, "Sure, Im on my last bit anyway." she said as she pushed her thermist towards Leland.

“It was great Dawn.” Saski suppressed a laugh as Dawn poked fun at Leland. “Sabotage?” Saski said her eyes lighting up. “Sabotage can be loads of fun, especially tonight.” Saski took a mug from Leland and handed it to Grant, she then took one for herself. “What would you do Dawn? I know what I’d do.”
Saski lay back in the chair and crossed her slender legs at the knee; she smirked as she thought about what she would do. “I would go down there, disguised of course, like that disgusting Feynman; boy who socializes with mudbloods and then openly go about hexing the hell out of the place…if I wanted to be bold. However, covert operations work best. I would still go in the guise of Feynman, let him get blamed for what I’ve done. I would one by one, use a furnunculus curse on those on the outskirts, or maybe a shower of potion made to cause boils and sores. It’s not like I would have to worry who it got, the good people are here anywhere; they chose not to attend such a degrading activity.”
She looked across at Dawn and Leland, “You have any ideas?” she said talking to Leland.

Vincent walked angrily down to the dungeons, not even noticing to extract some relief every time he stepped on a Mudblood's foot. Draco and Gregory were nowhere to be found, and Vincent was angry about that. A Hufflepuff had spilt her drink on him, and he was very angry about that. He'd dealt with that though. The school was teeming with Mudbloods and it was a long way down to the refuge of the dungeons. He was livid about that.
Vincent paused for a moment, and realised that he had just walked right past the spot of wall where the entrance to the Common Room was. Fuming, he walked back and found the right place. At least he could remember the password.
As Vincent entered the Common Room, he saw a group of Slytherins in his year and the year above. He supposed that he might as well go and join in their conversation. All were well regarded wizarding families - not as powerful as the Malfoys, but still his father would want him to speak to them.
Vincent walked across to the group and sat down on a couch, trying to think of something he could say. In the end he just grunted. Draco always did that other bit for him.

Saski, Grant, and Dawn all said they would like some hot chocolate. First waving his wand over top of his and Dawn's thermis's they changed into mugs. Two more appeared next to them in different colors. Leland's was red, Dawn's green, Saski's purple, and Grant's black. Tapping all the rims of the mugs twice they filled to the top. "Alright, their you all go." He said as he picked up his own mug and began to drink it. "Oh yeah, its really hot. Just to warn you." he said nicely, which was odd enough than making everyone hot chocolate.
Jumping back into conversation he listened to Saski as she told him she would give him some places to vist in Milain. Grant also jumped in and asked him about planning the trip. "Well, I was planning to have some sort of trip ready and waiting at the end of the year for me to go on. It was just going to be me and Hector." Turning to Saski he said, "Milian just seemed like a good place." Dawn chimed in as she began to joke with him. With a mere narrow of his eyes he didnt respond. He wasnt going to add on to Dawn's childish games, he was in a good mood and wasnt daring to ruin it.
Dawn spoke of sabotage. Leland'd full attention fell back on Dawn. Saski spoke the words he was thinking. 'what exactly was she thinking of?' Thinking in his own head he had a few ideas. Looking at Grant Leland's eye brows rose as Grant of course would like to add his own ideas to the job. Saski looked at Leland directing a question towards him. "Well, hexing would be a brilliant idea, but I want something more origanial...." Leland thought as he looked into the fire. Perseus's name came into the conversation. "Ahh, one of the worse pure bloods out there." Leland growned. Still looking into the fire he said, "How about something like you said, Saski- a potion. Also something with the pumpkins over everyone. There is deffinatly over a hundred pumpkins in the air. Lets put some type of potion in there, but also with the candle. Let it boil over and then it will seep out of the pumpkins on to everyone on the floor." He said his while idea while looking into the fire. Noticing that he was staring and not directing it toward anyone he looked up. "But the idea could be added on to. Any one?" he said as like he was 'passing the mic' giving someone else the chance to talk and speak their mind.
Vincent Crabbe barrelled into the common room, but he wasnt with Draco- odd sight. He seemed disturbed but then again he could of just had a stomach ache. Crabbe walked over to where Leland, Grant, Saski, and Dawn said. Sitting on a couch he merely grunted at the sight of the four. "Eh..." he said back. Leland was never fond of Crabbe and or Goyle. They both were on in the same. They had no mind they followed Draco like a sad puppy. Leland deffinatly had no remorse for him if he was angry or what not. Not one bit. Looking at his front, it looked as if something was spilled or dropped on him. Leland spoke up, "What happened Crabbe, Fall asleep while you ate your soup?" Leland spoke while he thought in his head how much of an oaf he was.

Vincent got the reception he had expected from Leland, who had never treated him as he ought. Vincent couldn't, however, think of anything that he might retort back, so he merely drew himself up to his full height, which was his main advantage over Leland, and flexed his muscles. He wasn't going to say anything. Everyone would understand that, although Leland was the more powerful wizard. Vincent had never been particularly adept at dueling, but his father would teach him all he needed to know when he left Hogwarts. Which could be fairly soon, considering all the Mudbloods there were here.
"No," Vincent said, in his deep voice, which was a distant rumble. He leaned back on the couch, looking at the others, refusing to be provoked. He wasn't going to do that without Draco here to back him up. Where was Draco?
