Elizabeth woke up early to the sound of her beeping alarm clock. She quickly pulled on some warm robes, grabbed her brush and sat down by her dresser in front of a mirror. Wand in hand, she mumbled a spell and her brush began to take long swift movments down her hair. When her hair was silky and shiny, Elizabeth grabbed a rubber band and haistily pulled her hair into a ponytail. She ran out the door and made her way towards the village of Hogsmeade.
When she got there, it was full of people. Elizabeth made her way through the crowd and into Zonkos Joke Shop where she had told Jordan to meet her. Elizabeth decided to look around to try and pick out gifts for Katie, Justin, Brooke, and Jordan. She spotted a joke book, picked it up and began to flip through the pages.

Jordan hasitly pulled a snow boot on over her red and green tree Christmas socks. She smiled at the people heading down to breakfest and hopped on one foot to pull the other boot on. Her long brown hair fell out of place and she had to brush it out of her eyes so she could see where she was going. When she finally had both boots on, she pulled her yellow suede jacket on and ran her fingers through her hair so it would at least look like she brushed it....which she had.
Hogsmeade loomed before her, and she was rather eager to start her Christmas shopping. Or, Holiday shopping rather. Considering her brother, Justin, had become Jewish over the past few months. That always bewildered Jordan to no end. He insisted he still did Christmas, but he also did Hannukah. So, in her eyes he only got one present from her this year. THis was the evil side of Jordan. Normally, she showered her family members in gifts, but if he didn't give her millions of gifts, he wouldn't recieve any.
Zonko's appeared in front of her and she swiftly grabbed the door handle and pulled open the wooden and glass door that led to the beloved joke shop. She was to meet Elizabeth there, and she was pretty sure that this meant major shopping oppurtunities. Scanning the crowd, Jordan spotted a familiar shade of brown hair and made her way over towards the Gryffindor. Elizabeth sat thumbing through a joke book, and Jordan recognized it immediately.
"Captain Billy's Whiz Bang. Almost, as good as Captain Willy's." Jordan said in greeting as she leaned against the wall and smiled at Elizabeth.

Elizabeth looked up and saw the face of her friend Jordan. Elizabeth looked down at the book she was holding, "Yeah I thought I might get this for Katie . . . that is if she dosn't already have it." Elizabeth frowned slightley and put the book back on the shelf. She then started walking around looking for different ammusing items.
"What kind of candy does Katie like? I am also shopping for you, Brooke, and Justin" said Elizabeth with a smile. "I was thinking a big bag of BertyBots bag of every flavored beans for Brooke. And maybe a pound of Honeydukes chocolate for Justin, but I'm not going to tell you what I have in mind for you." Elizabeth smiled slyly at Jordan, still wandering aimlessly around the store.
"My parents managed to trade in muggle money for wizard money and now I have enough to buy this really cool thing I saw in a window that looked like the perfect gift for Katie . . . such as a broomstick, a firebolt perhaps." Elizabeth started to giggle and turned towards Jordan to see what she thought. "Don't worry I have a good gift for you too."
