Maddie was extremely annoyed when another Gryffindor and Hufflepuff showed up. She was also very annoyed that Brooke walked away from Maddie to greet the other people, without even a warning. Again, she give a short, semi-smile to the new arrivals and tried to ignore them the best she could.
She walked outside, trying her best to contain herself, but it was hard, very hard. Normally she would give them all bad name and make fun of them, but she didn't wanna call a riote here.
She dragged Brooke, by her sleeve over, away from the crowd of people, and asked, the nicest she could at the moment, "Can we talk now?"

Brooke smilied at the crowd. Then walked with Maddie. " What?'' She asked with out concern.

After Maddie had dragged Brooke away, she faced her, and asked, "No offense, but what the heck are two Gryffidors and a Hufflepuff doing here?" she asked awkwardly.
"I mean, what's going on? I thought you didn't like them. Do you? 'Cause it's ok and everything, I mean, you're still my friend, but, I thought you told me that you hated Gryyfs and Huffies?"

Brooke explained the situation. Maddie raised her eyebrows, since she still wasn't convinced. "Alright well," Maddie started. "Don't execpt me to be nice to them, got it?"
Even if her parents invited them and Brooke was gonna give them a chance, Maddie still wasn't. She was just gonna keep her mouth shut unless they said something first. But, if they did, Maddie still wasn't even going to think about being even the slightest bit nice to them.

Maddie was suprised that Brooke said that she should respect the decisions that she made. How the heck did that come up? Of course Maddie was, she just wasn't going to be nice to some stupid old Gryffindors or Hufflepuffs. Maddie was confused, what was going on with this girl?
"Brooke! Of course I am!" Maddie said inpatiently. "How do you see that I'm not?"
"I'm just really confused that you're acting like you actually do like them. Which, is fine I guess, but I'm a Slytherin, and you said that you acted more like a Slytherin, and that you hated them." at this, she gestured toward everyone else execpt Jack.
"What I'm trying to say is, if you're becoming friends with them, then don't execpt me to be nice with them." she said, in a firm voice. She was trying to be the nicest that she could, but Brooke was really geeting on her nerves right now.

Cassie nearly collapsed when she saw Ashley show up. She was so glad that she wasn't going to be the only person who wasn't a Slytherin there. Being called to dinner, she grabbed Ashley's elbow and began to head toward the dining room. " I'm so glad your here. I didn't think I could make it all night without knowing someone." She whispered to the girl while smiling warmly.
Watching Madison and Brooke walk away from the group, she could only guess that they were talking about Cass, Justin, and Ashley. Madsion had a nasty reputation about the school for hating all the other houses. That suited Cassandra just fine. That didn't bother her. She could be as rude as her. Smiling, she called to them. " Are the two of you coming? It's time to party!"

" Maddie I din't mean anything negitive. Its just this is important to my family. I don't know you in the world. But I live to my family name." Brooke said she felt negitive energy from Maddie. She gave her a hug. " Come on lets get this party started." She said with a devilish smile.

Brooke explained everything and Maddie sighed with releif. Well, at least she wasn't that goody-goody, I guess. Maddie was just really confused. Her family and friends would definatly not be happy if they knew that she was hanging out with someone that liked Gryffindors and Hufflepuffs. Oh well, she would deal about it later.
She then heard the youngest Gryffie call to the both of them. If that girl thought that she was gonna get smart with Maddie, she had best got other plans. But, then again, maybe she was trying to be nice. Maddie would try for today only to be decent to the other houses there. "We're coming." she said firmly to the girl who had called the both of them.
Brooke said that they should get the part started. "Alright." she said. She then took a deep breath and said, "I'm going in." She then walked very spy-like to the crowd of people.
After the joking part was aside, Maddie stood near Jack and asked, "Are you as confused as I am?"

( I'm so sorry guys and girls, my schedule has been hectic. We've got Football Practice the whole summer, and well, I ca'nt miss a single day, so sorry for not being on.)
Justin watched as a Slytherin girl entered the room. He was'nt all that friendly with the SLytherin's, but hey, a few of them were his good friends, and one had been his good friend at one point, and he still was, if he ever started acting normal again. WHy did Perseus, one of his best friends, suddenly have to act just like one of the arrogant SLytherin's that he usually fought with. Oh well, surely Perseus would snap out of it sooner or later, he was to smart to act like this for long. Sighing, he looked at the girl as she spoke to Brooke. He hoped that the girl would'nt say anything that could cause him to retaliate, he had grown out of the ways of fighting, but now, since his best friend had changed, and he had only two or three good friends left, he was beginning to revert back to fighting, like the days back when he got detention left and right. He pondered for a minute, then relaxed again.
As he was relaxing, he heard the doorbell ring. He looked up, hoping that it was another Gryffindor, or his good friend, Jaquin, of Ravenclaw. He sighed to himself again, as yet another SLytherin Entered. If it had been Mary, or Dixie, it would have been okay, but he did not know this SLytherin, and he did not know the other one. Hopefully, nothing would happen. He heard Brooke call him Jack. At least his name was easy to remember. he decided to not look around, and looked up at the ceiling. He then heard Brooke's small speech. He thought this would be enetertaining, especially if there were werewolves. Again, the doorbell rang, and Justin wondered what house this person was from. As she walked in, he realized who it was, and as she said hey to him, he said " Hey Cass, same here." he then waited for what they were going to do next.
Waiting, he heard the dorbell again. He looked up, expecting to see another Slytherin, but wait, it was Hufflepuff girl, a fourth year. Finally someone around his age. He took off his cowboy hat, and rubbed the back of his head. He had been feeling the odd one out, being a fifth year and all. He was about to say back, but Brooke called them all outside, and he jumped up. He stretched his legs, and put his hat back on, and then headed outside.
He walked outside, and saw the food, then saw the SLytherin girl, drag Brooke away. he thought for a second, then, he remembered the girl's name, Madison. He noted it in his mind, and turned back to the food. He suspected that the talk might be about Cass, Ashley, and himself. he shrugged, and decided to follow Cass and Ashley.

" O.k then. Grab a seat and enjoy. Oh and I have one more thing to say. O.k so I invited my friends. And ya'll are from diffrent houses. But lets get along tonight. We will have safety in numbers." Brooke said and the table apperead loaded with food.
Sitting at the side she toke her self a slice of pizza.

Brooke did a small speach in front of everyone, and Maddie raised her eyebrows, as she looked at everyone around her. Maddie would try to be nice, but she wasn't going to make any promises.
"Well, might as well eat." she said under her breath, as she went up to the long table. All she took was a chocolate chip cookie, nothing else. She was trying to watch her wait, although I'm sure eating chocolate wasn't helping any, she just loved chocolate, that was all. She sat down, away from everybody, and starting eating her small meal.

Maddie was already half way finished with her tiny meal, when Brooke cut in and said that she should stop with the diet for tonight. 'Well,' she said to herself. 'I mean, it probably couldn't hurt anything. I'm pretty sure that by eating chocolate, I'm not really helping with my losing weight process.'
Maddie thought she should at least give it a shot. "Fine." she agreed. "But only for tonight, ok?"
She then took her plate, that now, had nothing on it, picked up 5 slices of cheese pizza, 2 chicken legs, a basket of fried ship with cocktail sauce, and a Dr. Pepper. She then looked back at Brooke, her arms full with food and said, "Hey! If I'm gonna eat, I'm gonna eat. Like big time, my night off my diet, I'm gonna enjoy it girl!" She sat back down, next to Brooke, and started her now, huge meal.
