The evening was in the heart of its routine as a sleak black car pulls up to the front of a world renowned Hotel Pierre of Milan. The chauffeur of the car walks out of the car and opens the back passenger side door for a boy about 17 years of age. He is dressed in a black leather jacket with a green and gray scarf around his neck. Nodding his head slightly at the man, the boy started up the white stairs towards the main entrance doors. Reaching the doors a man dressed in a guard attire opened the door for him, with a greeting under his breath. The boy nodded his head at that man as he made his way into the lobby.
"Mr. Astor! Glad you arrived safe and sound." a voice exclaimed from the top of the extravagant stairs leading towards the higher floors. "Mr. Vaughtrien, I presume." The boy spoke up as he was greeted by a woman who offered her services to take his coat and scarf. Taking off his scarf the Man began to speak. "Yes, Yes Leland. Welcome to Hotel Pierre! Your room is ready. Your belongings have already arrived. We have a glass of butterbeer already waiting for you." The man smiled as he motioned for Leland to come toward him.
The Hotel Pierre was a well known muggle hotel, but above the last muggle floor, there was a very highclass wizard loft.
After giving the woman his jacket, Leland walked towards the man, Mr. Vaughtrien, as he directed him towards his room. - Finally after a few minutes Leland arrived. The man slipped a key into the door as it swung open. "Grand." Leland spoke in a nonchalant tone. Walking in side, the man wished Leland a good evening as the door closed.
Leland was in Milan for the winter season. His father was at home dealing with work and what not- as well as Hector, his brother, who was out doing what he choosed. Leland was allowed to travel as he pleased, so he decided to come here. A few weeks prior to winter break- Leland conversed with a friend, Saski Stark, in the Slytherin Common Room about Milan. She highly approved of it, and ever since then it fancied his interests.
Going to his bed side, a goblet of butterbeer sat at his wake. Taking it in his hand, he drank it and set the rest of it aside. The trip was long- in a muggle transportation vehicle- Leland was exhausted. Slipping off his shoes, he layed back and drifted off to sleep.
Leland quickly woke up as a knock was at his room door. "Come in." he spoke as he sat up in bed and rubbed his eyes to awake himself. "Breakfast is served, sir." a woman spoke as she bowed and left the room. Yawning with a stretch, Leland stood up and went to the cart the woman pushed into his luxury.
Twenty minutes passed, as Leland emerged from his room. Dressed in muggle clothes. He wore, a long sleeve orange shirt with jeans and black shoes. The orange from the shirt brought out the blue in his eyes. Walking over to the help desk Leland Spoke. "I am Leland Astor.... I need my coat and scarf." He spoke to the woman as she nodded and walked away, as she went to retreive it. "Leland?!" a voice echoed in the lobby. He surely didnt know anyone who lived here in Milan. Confused, he turned around to find out who it was.

It was the first day of the winter holidays, when a silver grey Rolls Royce pulled up outside the Hotel Pierre in Milan. Saski Stark, a seventeen year old Hogwarts’ student, sat in the back applying pale pink glitter lip gloss. She was surrounded by three carry on bags and of course there was her suitcases in the trunk, Saski came prepared for any eventuality. Her chauffer existed and came around her open her door, she extended a slender leg outside and then emerged, dressed black silk, off the shoulder top, a grey knee-length skirt and black calf-high boots with a grey coat over it. She held out her hand and the chauffer handed her a carry case in which slept her cat Cleopatra. She had her handbag and walked towards the hotel door, which were opened immediately on her approach and a cheerful greeting was extended by the doormen.
“Take care of everything,” she told her chauffer, who had her carry-ons followed by three porters with the rest of her things. Saski never checked in herself, Lyle, her personal chauffer always dealt with that. She stood backing the staircase when a familiar voice called to her, “Miss Stark. I was pleased to learn you would be joining us again so soon. Did you enjoy your summer visit?” asked a rather tall and chubby man, dressed in an expensive Italian suit. Saski turned with a smile, “Mr. Vaughtrien,” Saski said casually and extended her hand. The gentleman took it and kissed the top, “It is always a pleasure Miss Stark. Your room is ready of course, lilies and jasmine,” he said as he escorted her up the stairs to the elevators. “Thank you,” she said. “Lyle, key?” the chauffer ran up and placed a gold key in her hand, “Thank you,” she said and walked with Mr. Vaughtrien, the entourage behind her.
They took the elevator to the top lofts, which were wizard accommodations; the rest of the hotel was muggle. The elevator was right across from her front door and she walked into her suit. Her room had everything, a kitchen, living room, dining room, two bedrooms and anything else her little heart desired, including her favourite flowers, lilies and jasmine. The others followed her in, “Put them in the bedroom,” she told them and began inspecting the accommodations. “Oh, Mr., Vaughtrien, excellent as always,” she said and gave him a hundred pounds. Everyone left, including Lyle; he had a room on a lower floor. Saski removed her coat and fixed herself a tonic water at the bar, she had placed Cleopatra’s basket in the corner and the cat was still asleep.
It was late in the evening and she was a bit tired, she took a shower and dressed in a little Banana Republic outfit to lounge in. she order dinner around seven, a shrimp platter with rice and garlic bread and a fettuccine main course, and water to drink. In the Stark family appearance was everything, the women were slender and fit, not one was overweight and Saski was not about to be the first. After dinner she lay on the couch reading a book she had bought in a book store in London, “Shopaholic Abroad,” a book she could relate to, well not the high bills part, she never worried about money, but the shopping part was totally her. At around eleven she retired to bed, she had left some cat food for Cleo in her silver dish and then changed into her silk pyjama bottoms and top and slid under her sheets, she was asleep ten minutes later.
The next morning Saski woke to find her breakfast on a portable stand next to her bed, there was bacon, toast with jam and pancakes with just a drizzle of syrup; there was teas, Earl Grey her favourite and a small glass of orange juice. Saski downed all of it in twenty minutes, she tends to eat slowly and then called her live in maid to clean up. She then took a long luxurious bubble bath in rose scented water and spent an hour just soaking. After her bath she dressed in a red jersey calf length dress with white flowers and red heels. She pinned her raven hair up in a refined bun and then grabbed her bag and walked across to the elevator, she was handed her coat at the door, it was grey with a thin line of fur around the collar.
Saski exited the elevator in the lobby and had just stepped out and was putting on her gloves when she spotted a boy at the desk, but it couldn’t be who she thought it was. As she walked closer she realised she was right, it was Leland Astor, one of her schoolmates. “Leland!” she said cheerfully as she came up behind him. “What are you doing here?”

Turning around Leland was greeted by a farmilar face. "Saski." He said with a slight grin of greeting. "I told you I always wanted to come, So.." Leland brought out his arms and held them in the air, "Im here!" he laughed slightly at his actions as the noticed the woman behind the desk. "Mr. Astor, I have your jacket and scarf." She spoke as she lowered his arms and took them from her. With a nodd he walked away, and towards Saski. "How about your self? I thought you were already here.. so why are you back?" he spoke as he slipped his right, then left arm thought his black leather jacket and fitted it over his shoulders. Holding his Slytherin House scarf at his side, he stood a few stepps away from Saski. "Are you here here with your family?" He spoke as Leland had no obligations and was a free bird for the holiday- which was a gift, as always, but a curse. "Im here alone... And actually... Im clueless about everything." Leland said with he looked at Saski.
Looking over her shoulder he saw a wall with two shelves. One was books, and one was magizines. Walking away from Saski for a moment he went to the magizines. Looking at the titles he found a small booklet which seemed like it showed places in Milan. Picking it up he opened it. "Well... English was always my first and only language Ive known. Do you know Itailan?" He asked as he looked up from the booklet to Saski. "Do you have any pointers on places I should check out? Anything you think I would like? All I think is Milan is the 'home of fasion' and I got a few tricks up my sleeve in that department." Leland said kidding.

Saski smiled a little at Leland, surprised he had actually come to Milan. It proved her was not just about talk. “Yes you did, and here you are,” she told him with a slightly pleasant tone in her voice. Saski gave a sideways glance at the woman behind the counter who was handing Leland his jacket and scarf, she never let anyone but Lyle handle her clothes, or her maid. The woman looked at her. “Miss Stark, your driver has gone for your car, he should be round in a few moments,” she informed Saski, who gave a single nod without a smile, “Thank you.”
She looked at Leland, “Oh I had always planned to come back for Christmas, but you are right I was here in summer. This is my favourite place and I come here as often as I can,” she told Leland. Saski had free will of her parents’ money, plus there was the hefty trust fund she would come into at twenty-one, so travelling to Milan every holiday, or even every weekend was not an issue for her. Saski looked Leland over as stealthily as she could; he had taste she gave him that, such a rare thing with boys her age, who seemed obsessed with baggy pants that fall below their underpants. Just to think of it made her cringe. “No, I’m not. I never travel with my parents, they can be frightful bores. I have more time and can go where I want when I travel alone. Are you here with your family?” she asked Leland and gave a slight look around. He told her he was there alone, “Excellent! I can be your guide. I know every place there is to know here. I can show you the town.”<br> Leland walked over to a bookshelf and took up a guide book of sites to see in Milan and brought it back over to Saski. She grinned, “I am fluent in Italian,” she told him as she looked at the book and then took it and flung it over her shoulder on the floor, “but you don’t need that,” she said. “That is for muggles Leland, they have no idea about wizarding hot spots, but I do. I have covered everywhere there is to cover in Milan, wizard and muggle alike. If you want muggle places I can show you, but if you want our places, I am definitely your girl,” she said with a cheeky grin.
“Miss Stark?” came a voice from a man walking towards her, “Your car is here.” She looked at the man, “Thank you I will be right there,” she started to walk away from Leland and then spun on her heels to face him, “Are you coming?” she said with a smile.

Listening to Saski, Leland nodded towards her as she said she would be his tour guide. He would like all the help he could get. He's never been to Milan and being shown around by someone whos been there many times- which basically makes Milan her second home. Who betterthan Saski Stark to show her around. "Im all for that." Leland barely got out before a man spoke and told Saski about her ride arriving. She began to walk away as Leland stood for a moment. She turned back to him as he threw his scarf over his neck and followed her through the lobby. Looking outside the day was bright with fluffy snowflakes falling on to the cement sidewalk. Seems about two inches set on the ground, as the door opened in front of Saski and Leland, as a usher held the door open. "After you, Miss Tour Guide." He said as he motioned towards the door. Waiting for her to pass. Leland stood. Walking thought the door himself, he followed her towards the car, as he had no idea where he was going. (( Very sorry, I am Clueless. Maybe my other posts will get better ))

Saski grinned as she watched Leland put on his scarf and made a move to follow her, she was pleased he had accepted her offer. She strutted to the door, which, like a true gentleman, Leland held open for her. “Thank you,” she said calmly as she passed by him outside.
The day was a fine one for winter, the sun was out in all its glory and the snow was only a few inches, nothing to fret about at all. She looked around and there she was, her town car; her Rolls. “She’s over there,” she said as she walked to the car and Lyle opened the door, “Miss,” he said with a tip of his hat as she got in., “Oh Lyle, I will be having company with me,” she informed him as he was about to shut the door after her. Saski gave Leland a look so Lyle knew who she was talking about and then she disappeared into the car. Lyle, the good servant that he was, then waited for Leland to enter the car.
Soon Leland was in and the duo was cruising down the streets of Milan. Saski removed her coat to reveal her lovely red dress, “Would you like a drink?” Saski asked, “I have pretty much anything. I’m having water,” she said as she poured herself a glass. She gave him a once over, it was nice to see him in something different to their school uniforms, the boy did clean up well. She looked at him for an answer but moved on; when he was ready he would say something. “So where do you want to go first? Shopping? Eateries? Clubs? I would suggest a fascinating art museum I found, it is entirely dedicated to the Great Salazar Slytherin,” she said with a grin, “but it is your choice,” she added.
((Don't worry about it:)))

(( Alright, sorry for yet another delay. But I am back now. ))
Nodding towards Saski as she said 'thank you' as she passed him at the door. Following her, but not trailing to far behind, he took a breath of the brisk air. Leland was personally fond of winter weather. He liked the summer season better, due to the fact he was out of Hogwarts then. But the weathe aspect of it all, winter took the gold. Nodding a courtly nodd towards the man at the car door, Leland slid inside of Saski's car. The door closed beside him as he turned to his tour guide. her coat was lowered as it revealed a red dress. Of course all the girls in the Slytherin House were big on material idems. Saski would purely need the best. "Never thought I'd see the day, where Saski Stark was out of the ratty Hogwarts uniform." He spoke, as he added on. "Red is a good color for you." he stated. Soon after, Saski asked him if he wanted something to drink. Thinking for a moment, he spoke, "How about a good Butterbeer? That would be perfect." Turning towards his right, he looked out the window. Milan seemed to be 'the spot' the streets had luxury cars every which way, people walking the streets, and shops ever which way. Of course it was nice being in a good size city. Leland liked his home town of Edinburgh, but Major cities was where Leland seemed congregate.
Saski spoke up again. She asked where he would like to go first. His first thought was 'I have no Idea what is here, and you want me to make a decision?!' but right before he opened his mouth- Saski listed a few options. "An Art Museum? Well, I liked the Louve, and that was muggle Art. But Art with an aspect of Salazar Slytherin, that would be something worth seeing." Leland said as he rose one of his eyebrows as he grinned. Pausing for a moment, Leland begain to think. Him and Saski merely shared a few words before- even though they are in the same year they never had a grand conversation. Now, they are found together ridding the streets of Milan. Taking the butterbeer, Leland held it up- "A toast Saski. To... a brilliant day ahead of us." Leland spoke as he was quite intrigued on what might happen in the day ahead of them. They both were quite vibrant people, and once they get warmed up to each other- who knows what boundaries they will cross in this city.

Saski looked at Leland, “I know,” she said referring to his statement about their school uniforms, “they are dull and boring, don’t know why they don’t try as change.” She gave him a small smile as he complimented her on her choice of dress, “Thank you.”
She turned to the bar and pulled out a mug and some butterbeer, perfectly chilled of course, and handed it to Leland, “Butterbeer it is,” she said and then reached for a bottle of some imported water. She unscrewed the top and was about to put the bottle to her lips when Leland suggested a toast. She looked at him a little surprised, but soon smiled as she heard his toast, “Yes…I think that toast will do just fine.” She sipped her water.
“The Louvre was okay, but there is no greater subject to capture than Salazar Slytherin.” It was nice to have someone to travel around with, she had to admit; mostly Saski travelled alone and hardly spoke to a soul except for Lyle and the hotel people, and only very select few of them. She picked up the phone that was next to her, “Lyle, The Castigator Galleries,” she said and put the handle back on the receiver. She took another sip of water, “We will be there in about twenty minutes,” she informed Leland.
“You know Leland; it is strange that we have never really had much conversation before that night in the dorms and now we are travelling around Milan together. Curios don’t you think?” she said with a smirk and another sip of water.
