Justin let Molly lead him out on the dance floor. Suddenly he heard the song and gulped. It was a slow song ,oe of the only dances he knew. He put his hands on her hips hoping he did'nt slip up and trip or step on her feet. As Molly laid her head on his shoulder Justin sort of stiffened then relaxed and thought to himself ' This is pretty cool ,I thought I'dve screwed up." He felt very cheery ,if it had been a fast song he would've been screwed ,but he did now how to do the Tango ,like that was going to help him in life. His mom had forced him to take the lesson. Anyways as the dance went on he felt more and more comfortable ,maybe she felt the same way he did. He did want the song to last as long as it could. He pulled Molly closer and danced some more.
As the song ended he smiled and said " Whew ,that was fun." He looked around and said " So what do you want to do next?" His voice was that of cheerfulness ,which he was full of right now.

Molly felt Justin pull her closer to him and she started to feel a little dizzy, but in a good way. Molly couldn't breathe and she didn't try, she liked the feeling. Molly had never been in love and she didn't know what it felt like, she didn't know whether it was just a phase or if it was real, but whatever it was she was enjoying it. All at once the song ended and she lifted her head off Justin's shoulder to see him smiling at her, Molly smiled too but it was more of a dazed smile.
Molly looked around and saw there was a couch in the corner of the room. "Wanna sit down and talk for a few minutes?" Molly took Justin's hand and lead him to the couch. She said nothing for quite some time and sat there silently. The silence was too much for her. "Justin I . . ." and that was all she said her voice trailed off and she couldn't tell him what she wanted to say or at least not just yet because she didn't know if it was really true and it was just to soon. If she was ever going to tell him, they would have to be somewhere where there were no people around. Molly sighed and looked the other direction away from Justin. She didn't know what to say and she didn't know what to do.

Elizabeth sat on the stool and watched her friend go off to dance with Jasmine. Elizabeth shrugged oh well she thought, and turned to talk to Katie.
Elizabeth looked up once again to see Molly go dance with Justin. She watched them slow dance, it was a very romantic scene. Elizabeth watched them for a little while and started to think. they are so cute together! I didn't know Molly and Justin liked eachother. They don't seem to be boyfriend and girlfriend though . . . are they going to kiss? Elizabeth wondered as she saw Justin pull Molly towards him, but Just then the song ended. to bad she turned back towards Katie as an 80's song came on.
"Katie, do you see Justin over there with that girl? The girl's name is Molly, she's a friend of mine and she seems to be getting along with Justin very well. Just look over there on the couch in the corner. they are talking in low voices." Elizabeth giggled and glanced at the two again. "It's so romantic." she said and went over to the snack table and took two cupcakes. "want one?" sahe asked Katie with a mouthful of the creamy icing and cake. "romance makes me hungary."

Jordan looked up as the slow song ended and an 80's song came on. The Love Shack is a little love place where...we CAN GET TOGETHER! Jordan smiled and headed out onto the dance floor. Her hands went up in the air and she sang along with the music.
"Love shack baby! Love shack! Love shack baby! It's a little love place where we CAN GET TOGETHER!" Her head banged and her hair was flying around her. She looked around for someone, spotted Katie, and pulled her out onto the dance floor with a smile on her face.
"the love shack yeah! Love shack! Litlle love place! Love shack oooo baby!" Jordan continued to sing, as she backed up some. She then raised her arms straight up, did two front flips and a roundalph. She smiled as she landed in the splits and screamed,"TA DA!"

Once Ivy had walked over towards her to see if she was all right Katie smiled up at her and nooded her head. "I am just fine I think its becuase I am a little to hyper now." Katie said tucking her blonde hair behind her ears. No one had noticed the change yet, well expect Jordan. With another cheery smile she took the cup of punch and took a sip. "Thanks Ivy. I havent seen you around in a long time." Katie said smiling and noticed that Elizabeth was staring out onto the dance flour at Molly and Justin. Turning her head to the side and about to gag. She didnt think as boys more than friends. Well not yet but sooner or later she will start thinking about it. But in the mean time it was party time.
Taking the cup cake and taking a bite her mouth watered and she swallowed but yet again some one came up to her. It was Jordan and Katie smiled as she pulled her out onto the dance flour. Smiling she put the cup cake down and grabbed bother Ivys and Ezliabeth hands and draging them along with her. Katie giggled as Jordan started to dance and her mouth droped open as she did something. "Go Jordan! Yah!" Katie screamed after her sister and whisdled. Smiling even more she rolled over on the flour trying to do a kart well but failed. Standing up into the air and her blonde hair in her face. "Ta Da" Katie said laughing even more and continuing to dance.

Vanessa looked up to see Jordan doing flips, immediately memories flooded back to her and Vanessa ran out next to Jordan. Taking her ex-friend's right hand, and squeezed it lightly. She felt Jordan squeeze back and Vanessa smiled, she approved. Counting under her breath, Vanessa grabbed Jordan's other hand, stepped back and twirled Jordan's hands over her.
Vanessa then let go of Jordan's hands, stood side by side with Jordan. She looked at Jordan, nodded, raised her hands and flipped. She landed perfectly on her feet, with her arms up in the air. Vanessa smiled, slid across the floor, then came back up. Popped her feet up in the air and spun around before jumping up and doing a cartwheel.
"Yes, I still have it!"She exclaimed with a smile at Jordan.

Justin grinned and said " Sure lets grab a seat." Molly lead him to a couch in the corner. Justin did'nt know what to say. He did'nt feel comfortable talking about his feelings with a lot of people around let alone ,where everyone could hear him. Suddenly Molly said something and Justin kind've looked at her with a quizical look and said " What , what is it?" He hoped he had'nt startled her when he had pulled her in close to him.

Molly looked up at Justin and smiled warmly. "I couldn't possibly tell you here." said Molly, blushing slightly. "I don't think I can ever tell you, but If I can it would not be here. Not when we are surrounded by people, it would all feel to awkward. Maybe . . ." again she trailed off. "Maybe I can talk to you in the garden, the one in the back." said Molly her eyes dazzling.
Molly once again took his hand and they walked over towards the Garden. Molly saw Elizabeth on the way and mouthed the words "I'll be back". They slowly made their way outside and sat down under a tree on a bench. Molly sat down with Justin and leaned in close to him. "I - I like you Justin." she whispered in is ear and kissed him gently on the cheek. Molly could not believe what she had just done. She blinked several times before saying anything else. She looked up at him "I'm sorry. If you just want to be friends I understand, but you had best tell me now." Molly sat there with her eyes closed and her hands resting on the bench. She felt the breeze go through her hair, The warmth of the sun on her face, and she could smell the flowers surrounding them.

Justin had a perplexed look on his face and said " Sure okay ,to the garden it is then." He let Molly lead him to the garden and wondered what was going on.
Molly led him over to a bench and they sat down. "Hmm " Justin thought ," what's all this about?" Just then Molly whispered " I like you." and Justin felt her kiss his cheek. This was a fortunate turn of events. She said it ws okay if he just wanted to be friends , but Justin said " Just friends ,but I feel the same way" on the spur of the moment Justin kissed her back and then sat back upright and said "I'm glad you feel the same way. I did'nt know how to tell you how I felt." He was beaming and waited to what she would say.

Molly still had her eyes closed when Justin told her that he liked her too. She felt him kiss her and Molly kissed him back and for the first time they kissed eachother at the same time. It was not just a peck on the cheek but a real kiss. It may have only lasted for a good ten seconds but what a magical ten seconds it was. She got this fluttery feeling inside. And when Molly opened her eyes and smiled. She was glad that every thing had turned out fine. "I didn't know how to tell you either! That is until today . . . Let's go back inside." she said finnaly and went through the back door.
When they were full inside Molly stood by Justin "I need to go tell Elizabeth something and I really need to hang out with her more, I havn't seen her in over two years." Molly smiled at him. She walked over to Elizabeth and said, "Elizabeth I need to ask your mum if I can stay all night because my father is out with his new girlfriend."

Elizabeth was pulled onto the dance floor by Katie and started to dance wildly. She clapped for Jordan and Vanessa and when they were done Elizabeth herself did two backflips and a back walk over. She then did a toe touch once she regained her strength and ended in splits. She sat there onn the split and threw her arms up in the air "Ta - Daa." she said making the a's long in both ta and da. Elizabeth stood up and soon after she saw Molly leaving with Justin and said that she would be back. Elizabeth sat on the couch and waited for what seemed like an eternity for Molly to return.
When finnaly Elizabeth saw Molly she jumped up and listened to what Molly wanted. "Ok let's go upstairs, My mum is working on a case." Elizabeth lead Molly up the stairs and across the hall to Karen's bedroom. She knocked on the door twice as loud as she could. "Mum, can Molly stay all night?" Elizabeth called through the door and heard her mum rustling some papers. "Mum, mum! MUM!!!" called Elizabeth, but before she could knock on the door once more she saw her mum swing open the door. "Yes, yes Molly can stay all night, as well as anyone else." said Karen, a little frustrated towards her daughter. "Molly, nice to see you dear. I'll call your father and ask him when he will pick you up tomorrow." said Karen as she shut the door and went back to work.
Elizabeth ran back downstairs and started to dance to a new song that had just come on. "Dance with me Molly! tis fun!!" she screamed as she started swinging her hair to the music. She then went over to Katie, Ivy, and Jordan. "Do you guys wanna stay all night!?" she asked hopefully.

Ivy smiled at Katie. She had soon started to regain colour now. Then she started to protest lightly as Katie dragged her out onto the dance floor, laughing slightly. "Katie - no, no - no, Katie!" There wasn't much getting out of it now though and Ivy found herself slightly bewildered. She just opted to copy everyone else, and ended up not doing too badly, although not attempting to sing along to the songs. Occasionally one came along that Ivy knew, but she didn't ever sing along to it. It seemed almost wrong to be partying, when her father...
Ivy gave herself a large rebuke, reminding herself that she did have reason to celebrate. Katie was OK. Surely that was reason to celebrate. Still, it didn't seem right...
"Oh shut up," Ivy muttered to herself under her breath. She noticed Vanessa and Jordan first of all look as if they would like to hit each other, and then watched as Vanessa took a step which Ivy was glad to see - she went up to Jordan and they did really rather amazing gymnastics together. Ivy clapped along with many of the others, glad to see them doing at least something to reconcile each other.
Just then some Latin-American music came on and Ivy smiled. She grabbed Katie and started to lead her in the salsa, spinning her round again and again. Ivy had no idea if Katie had danced it before, but she certainly wasn't bad. Ivy grinned at her friend and stopped as a different soundtrack came on and Elizabeth approached them, asking if they wanted to stay the night.
Ivy did some quick thinking. She had to be back by tomorrow night, but she could manage that anyway, if she caught a morning train. It wasn't all that far to Somerset.
"Yes, I'll stay all night by all means," Ivy said to Elizabeth, smiling, and for once her mind not dwelling on her father, or her mother.

Justin grinned ,maybe it was because he was feeling all happy and cheery or maybe it was the kiss ,but he could'nt stop grinning. It was more than likely both. He let her lead him back inside and then he said " Sure okay I'll wait." He looked around and saw a unopened can of DR.Pepper. "Yes." he thought ," at least one made it through the rampage." He walked over ,grabbed it ,opened it and drank a little bit of it. Then he sat down in a chair and waited.

Vanessa sighed, and fanned herself as she walked over to get a drink. She took a sip of the water and walked over to Justin.
"Hey. You danced. I'm amazed." She told him with a smile. Vanessa took another drink and tucked some of her hair behind her ear. She looked from Molly to Justin and tilted her head. I wonder what happened between those two, she thought to herself. She then shrugged it off and finished off her water.

Justin looked at Vanessa as she addressed him and he grinned.He said " Your not half as amazed as I am." in a wonderous voice. He then looked around and said " Why are'nt you dancing ,or would you rather play the music ourselves?" He stood up and slung the guitar off of his back and strumed a tune ,then he said " Ok ,I'm ready if you want to." Then he stood up and waited for her answer.

Her face brightened and she looked around for Jasmine, spotting her she pulled her over and started to talk excitiedly. Her feet tapping with urgency agaisnt the floor. She pulled out a piece of notebook paper from her back pocket and unfolded it. Her lips moved as she read the words then smiled at Jasmine.
"I wanna siiiing. Pleeeease Jasmine....pleeeease!?" She pleaded with a chilidish smile. She was prepared to kiss the floor to be able to sing. Though, she knew she wouldn't have to do that.
