The Funeral ((Dillion and Katie))

Jordan laughed at Katie's face, Dill seemed to be talking too fast for her.

"Oi, one flaw there. Or at least it isn't a flaw..I think, the point is! That you need to make sure not to charm your brooms. Then, you'll get caught in the joke..." Jordan told her before tilting her head. She hadn't done a prank in ages...she hadn't even gotten a detention since her last one! That was horrible! She hadn't visited Professor Frostner in over three months.

"Ah the broom pranks. A classic! Paytona nd I did the oppisit first year. Ohyse, that was great, we did a slipping charm so when everyone someone their broom it slippe out of their hands again, but bloody Pay did it to my boom too. Charming borhter that he is, so I put a sticking charm on his broom to get him back, and then he put a sticking charm on my broom to get me back, and then I turned his robes pink and then he turned my robes purple and and then I put the slipping charm back on his broom and then Madam Hootch saw us and them Pay fell off his broom, riot that was was, never been back on a broom since. Wait...he didn't want me to share that, so scratch from memory, yep never said anything about Payton falling off a broom, nope not me never."

Katie smiled at Dillion she meet his brother Payton he seemed very nice and charming, well to Kyilia and Sethia.

"Yes I can't wait until flying lesson my first prank of the school term." Katie said with a twinkle in her eyes.

"I was about to do a prank at the ball but I needed some one to laugh along with me." Katie said with a sigh. She really wonted to hang with Jordan and Dillion during the ball but her shyness got the best of her.

Katie than turned her head at Jordan and gave her a smile and reach in her pocket for a twillzer.

"Wont a twillzer Dillion?" Katie asked him holding out it out and smiling at him.

"Oo, blackmail material. Now what could I blackmail him for...so many choices!" Jordan skipped forward and faced them, walking backwards. She took her hair out and let it fall, hating the headache she was getting from her barret. She shook her head, letting it fall into it's normally messy style.

"Normally, I don't blackmail someone, but this...is too good not to blackmail Pay with." Jordan said, she then sighed and stepped back into her old place.

"But, alas, I will pretend I never heard it...but I will use it if necessary... purple eh? Haha, hard to see you in purple Dill. Katie, you really need to hang out with us more often...but not just us, Amelia too...you would like Amelia...though, no pranks for her, that's sad though." She smiled mischeviously and looked around, they were nearing the park.

"Should we head back? I'm getting hungry, a little." Jordan asked as she stopped and looked at her watch. 10 until 6. They were making good timing. The barbecue didn't start until 6:30.

"Oh! Twizler! Havn't had muggle candy in forever! Well, no not since school started, love twizlers. Good stuff! Hollow ones, fill them with chocolate, best things ever! Oh! Jordan, have to get you some! best I sware! Ha, Balckmail Payton! Thats great, should, he needs it, no wait, I didn't say that, we need him, brains of the opperation. Already knows all the charms, works great, I don't have to learn then. Not that I couldn't just who wants to learn something like a charm. need to learn useful things like potions that make you turn blue or burp bubbles! Oh! I need to find a potion that does that, put it in the water int he great hall, wouldn't that be great!"

Katie started to chuckle as he ate the twizzler.

"Three...Two.....One" Katie thought in her mind trying not to make it easy to tell she did something to the candy.

As Dillion the twizzler she noticed that their was some pimples coming on his face. Katie tried not to laugh she didn’t mean to do the prank it’s was just that it just took over her.

"Okay its time for food man I haven’t eaten eaten at all this morning I was too sad to." Katie said winking at Jordan. She than looked back at Dillion and noticed more pimples on his face. She was still holding back the laughter.

It only took him a moment to read her expressiona nd he knew that she had done something to the candy, he could feel his skin tightening and he looked over at Jodan to have her tell him what it was, but of course that wans't good enough, he reached for his want and pulle dit out, and pointed it at Katie.

"Rictusempra"
The tickling charm always did the trick.

"HAv eto thank Payton for teaching me that one. Use to sue it on me when we were seconds so I woudln't tell anyone about the broom thing but already let that one slip. Oh yes! Food! Someone show me where, I am starved! Cabby didn't want me eating....get his seats all dirty! Dull huh? Yeah now what did she do..."

He only paused for a moment before pointing his want at his own face and mumbling an illusion charm to at least make him look normal, another thing he had to thank Payton for. He would have it fixed properly later.

Katie looked at Dillion as he said the tickling charm she started to laugh.

"Sorry...... couldn’t.......help.....myself" Katie said in-between laughs. After a few minutes of laughing the charm than began to ware off. She could feel her stomach hurt so much from the laughter.

"That’s shows that you always shouldn’t think I am a sweet little girl Dillion." Katie said smiling. She hated it when everyone thought she was nothing but sweet.

Katie than looked at Jordan and smiled. She would never pull a trick on her she knew Jordan would get her back big time.

He smiled at her, but not his normal smile, on no, she had gone to far, no one pranked him and got away with it. There would be even more payback.

"A beginers mistake! Pranking me is risky business, right Jordan? Price to pay oh yes, I know every prank in the book and don't go down with out a fight, wait now, I just don't go down. Too many pranks to play to go down! Oh yes...Jordan knwos not to prank me, Payton...well, he is different, but we prank together instead of on eathother, decided its safer that way. Oh yes...much better."

Katie than looked at Dillion she didn’t mean to it was just too sad and they needed a laugh.

"Same here but I won’t prank you that often if you don’t prank me that often" Katie said trying to make truths.

She held out her hand to see if Dillion would won’t to make truths with her. She didn’t won’t one of her trouble making friends play pranks on her when they were supose to play pranks on other people.

"Oi vey! Oh! I'm sorry Dill, it's just that..well..I was wondering why she didn't offer me a twizzler. She knows I have a sweet tooth...Oh, um...well...here take a look..." Jordan said in between fits of laughter, she looked at Katie, shook her head and continued to laugh. She pulled a mirror out of her shoulder purse and handed it to Dillion, trying to suppress her giggles.

"Oh, right. Yes, don't prank Dill. He is "the prank master" of all pranks. He knows how to backfire. I would watch your back if I were you..." Jordan said raising an eyebrow at Katie.

"Come on then! Home again, home again jiggidy jig!" Jordan then sprinted off in the direction back to her house. Hearing the hushed voices already as she neared the glass prison.

"I will watch my back sorry I just needed a nice laugh I also tricked Ron into eating a toffee that made him get zits" Katie said with a satisfied look.

Katie was trailing behind her thinking of what she just did and started to laugh. She looked up at Jordan and gave her a big smile happy to be here with them. As she reached the glass house she stood where she was and looked up at Jordan.

"Are you okay about going back inside?" Katie asked looking at Jordan with her twinkling green eyes. She didn’t won’t Jordan to get into another fit of rage.

Jordan looked at Katie, knowing what she meant. Dillion was lucky he had missed her "fit." But now her room was a disaster. She wondered..

"Stay here, I can go back inside, just not in there with them. We'll have to sneak into my room...but not if it's a mess..." Jordan whispered to Katie. She jogged inside and raced up the stairs, picked up all the pictures and glass bottles filled with scents. She never wore them, just for decoration she supposed. After placing everything back where it should be, she looked around her room once more, nodded to herself and leaned out the window. Motioning for Katie and Dillion to come up. She sat down at her art station, and looked at her recently drawn sketch. It was of her mother, her hair was messey from a days cleaning. She drew it all from memory, it seemed only yesterday she was alive. She turned as Katie and Dillion entered.

Her room was bare, considering she was never there for the majority of the time. But what was in her room, described Jordan perfectly. Loads of Zonko's products, HUfflepuff penants on her walls, and art all over the place.She smiled at her friends and twirled around in her swivel chair.

Finally reaching her room he looked around and nodded slightly. It was far cleaner that what he was use to, but then he shared a room with 3 other boys. That room was never clean. They did have one thing in common though, or two actually, Zonkos and Hufflepuff, his corner of the room was covered with Zonkos stuff, though Payton's had more Huffelpuff pride things.

"Not bad. Lacks flare, should change that. Oh! Wait, 'm of age! I can do it myself! Thats perfect. Needs to be more you, oh yes, too dull!"

He pulled out his want and started looking at the walls, decided waht to do first.

Jordan sighed as Dill began to redecorate her room. She was never in it, so it never bothered her. The room that was most like hers was the basement. She had all her Quidditch things down there, most of her school things, her trunk, her letters and her art, were all down there. Hidden away from relatives that didnt know about her school.

"Thanks Dillion. I guess it needed that, eh? It was slightly bare, I guess I can stay up here for more than an hour now. There was a time when Justin moved out, for like a week. I locked myself up in here for days on end. Painted with oil paints, it was more cluttered, more me...then he came back." Jordan shook her head and twirled aroudn in her swivel chair again, giggling slightly.

Katie walked into Jordans room following right behind Dillion. She sat on the bed quietly as Dillion thought of ideas to change the room.

"Give it wooden walls!" Katie said with a laugh. She than looked around and noticed some more changes to add. But she shut her mouth up and watch Dillion try to make the room more "roomy".

She than took out some candy and started to eat. She loved candy now very....very...much.

"Oi wooden walls! Brilliant! I am getting so sick of this glass! Katie I love your house! It's all wooden!" Jordan excalimed with excitement. She sat down next to Katie on the bed and took some candy from her.

"I swear, this place has no privacy what so ever. I can't even draw without my brothers looking in." Jordan sighed exasperated.

Katie looked up at Jordan and smiled. She thought Jordan had a great life she had brothers that cared about her unlike her feather who left her alone everyday.

"ummmm........I guess." katie said puting the bag out onto Jordans bed. She took a piece of Hershey chocolate and smiled she could not resist chcolate at alll.

"You should try the Chocolate I love it so much and the smores are great also." Katie said puting a pieece of chocolate in her mouth and tasting its special goodness.

Jordan looked at Katie, that twinkle in her eye.

"Want to see your room Katie?" Jordan asked, a small smile forming across her lips. Katie would know what she meant.

Katie than looked at Jordan wide eyed and nooded her head.

"Really...... of course I will wont to see it." Katie said looking at Jordan with the same twinkle in her eyes. She remembered what Jordan had told her in Hogesmade and Katie kept on thinking about it all the time.
