It was pitch black in the Gryffindor boys dorm as Harry layed wide awake. His glasses were on his side table as he turned his head and looked out the window not to far from his bed. -Few more minutes- he thought as he waited for the right time.
Harry was getting inpatient as the time came around that he should get up. Slowly slipping his blanket off his body, he sat in his bed. Reaching over to his side table ge got his glasses. Slipping them on his face he looked at all the other boys in the dorm to make sure they were sleeping. Putting on his shoes and socks he went to the foot of his bed. Opening his chest he went to the bottom and found his father's invisiblity cloak. Holding it over his arm, Harry grabbed his wand. With a small flick the blankets on his bed rose as they would if someone was sleeping under them. Putting his wand in his black cloak pocket, he walked over to Ron's bedside. "Ron..Ron.." he said as he moved his arm trying to wake him up.
When Ron was ready Harry opened up his cloak. "Put it on now." He whispered. "Just in case McGonagal or anyone is in the Common Room." Harry nodded toward Ron as he held out the cloak for Ron to come under with him. Harry started to walk down the stairs toward the common room. The fire was lit low as the embers burned slowly. Stepping down the single stair Harry walked toward the port hole, as it opened. The Fat Lady seemed to be sleeping when they passed her.

Ron woke up mumbling a little as he tossed and turned in his bed. Then abruptly, Harry shook him awake. At first Ron was reticent to get up, but, then, he remembered that they would be going to Grimmaulds Place that night. Getting dressed, he slipped his wand into his pocket and got off the bed endeavoring to make as little sound as possible.
He slipped under the huge invisibility cloak and followed Harry as they clandestinely left the common room and begain going downstairs. "So, we are using a fire place, eh?" asked Ron.

Harry turned the corner as he began walking down the dark hallway with Ron. Slipping his hand in his pocket he took out his wand. Flicking it like a fishing line down the hall, a very dim silver light shot from his wand and flew down the long corridor. In the distance it fell to the ground. Quickly blinking a Green color it faded into nothing. Putting his wand back into his pocket, Harry whispered to Ron. "There stairs are leading directly to the main hallway. Its a clear shot."
Harry heard Ron's question, and replied. "Yea, the fireplace at Three broomsticks." After a few more stepps Harry reached the stairs. Peering over the banister he saw no Teacher nor Auror marching the hallway. Turning back to Ron he said soflt, "Odd... Guess they had a meeting." walking down the stairs they reached the marble flooring. Looking around Harry still didnt see anyone around. Walking toward the two large doors Harry heard a very loud noise, like stone rubbing against stone. Looking around himself he saw the sorce. The doors were closing for the night. Quickly looking at Ron with a hurried look, he grabbed the cloak and darted toward the closing doors.
Inches away he wipped out his wand and said, "Impedimenta!" the doors slowed down as Harry quickly jumped throught them. Outside of the school Harry waited for Ron to get through, before he canceled his spell.

Ron yelped unneccesarilyas he narrowly got through the doors. "Well.... At least we didn't panick and we made it!" said Ron, thoroughly windswept. They continued to walk down towardst he gates of Hogwarts across the grounds. The night was rather breezy and the sky was a starry one. As Ron looked through the cloak at the trees of the Forbidden forest he saw the sillouhettes of some creature behind Hagrid's cabin and the castle, trees, and Hagrid's cabin cast penumbrae in every direction. He suddenly felt his foot connect with something, and fell sprawled eagled on to the ground. "Ouch!" he exclaimed. "Sorry, Harry." Ron quickly got up and slipped under the cloak with Harry again.
They crept on until they reached the gates of Hoggwarts. There Ron took out his wand, keeping a vigilant eye out for anything... preternatural. Ron remembered that if they left the school grounds, they would no longer be under the protection of Dumbledore. "Let's go Harry," whispered Ron under the cloak.

Ron an Harry went toward the gates leading out of the Hogwarts grounds and into the Hogsmeade Trail. Ron tripped on the ground and jumped back into the cloak, "Haha Good one Ron." he whispered with a smile. Reaching the gates Harry noticed a lock on the middle of it. "Alohamora." he said, as it unlocked it self. Pushing the gate open a small way, Harry walked thought. When Ron walked throuhg also, Harry Flicked his wand back to the lock as it closed. Looking at the castle no Auror was seen. " The Aurors arent doing there job, anything can happen." he whispered and turned and begain to walk to Hogsmeade.
On the Trail which was neck to neck with the Forbidden forest, Harry held his wand out at ready. Him and Ron had many experiences in the forest and right now wasnt the time for another. After 5 minutes passed Harry and Ron reached the Gates for Hogsmeade. Peering in through the bars a few people still were in their shops. Restocking, and cleaning. Oddly enough at this late in the night the gates were un locked. Walking through the opening, Harry began to walk in the direction of the Three Broomsticks. Crunching stones under his shoes voice sounded from behind them. A farmilar voice, but Harry couldnt remember. "Is anyone there? I thought I was the only one here." the voice said as Harry turned around.
(( Ron, right now you play as the character in your post. When we get to the fireplace, she will begin to accompany us. ))

They both turned around, Ron was shocked to see who had spoken. He looked up to see a gargantuan figure tower over their heads, shielding half of the starry night from their gaze. "Hi, Hagrid," Ron said in a low voice, clearly to a loss of words. Hagrid looked around and inquired, "Err... Ron are you with 'arry? What's up wid de invisibility cloak, eh? Not sneakin' off are ye?" Ron gave Harry a worried look under the cloak; Hagrid would proabably tell them to get back to the castle before Voldemort came bursting through the gates. Ron slipped out from under the cloak to let Hagrid see him.
He answered in an urgent whisper, "Yeah, Harry is with me. Where gonna be going to Grimmauld Place.... Hope you don't mind..." Hagrid gave him a worried and calculating look, furrowing his eyebrows as though he was doing some quick thinking. "I thought I told yer guys, not ter go wanderin' aroun' at night, even if you've got a urgent message or sommat'. I'll let it go this time, though. Let's get to the Fireplace den. On with ye!" whispered Hagrid in a gruff voice.

Harry turned aroun as he saw Hargid standing there. "Oh, hello there, Hagrid." Harry said as he asked about him. Oddly enough he let them go off farther away from the castle without a scolding.
"See you later then Hagrid." Harry said as he added, "Ron lets get going." he said as he started to walk off. Keeping his eyes and ears open Harry held on to the cloak as him and Ron went downt he road. The rocks crunched under their shoes as they stopped at the door of The Three Broomsticks. Pushing through his cloak Harry grabbed the door knob and slowly turned it. *DING DING* the sound peirced Harry's ears as he looked up. There was a bell on the door. Shaking his head he walked into the room. Seeing no one was there, Harry took off the cloak. "Easier than I thought." Harry said as he folded the cloak over his arm. Walking toward the fireplace. He saw the stand of Floo Powder next to the opening. "I'll go first." He said to Ron as he grabbed a hand full of the powder and stood on the left over dry peices of wood. "Number Twelve Grimmauld Place!" Harry sounded as he was picked off his feet and quickly rolled out of the dustly fireplace in the living room of the Black Family's house. Slowly picking himself up he scanned the room, wonderously. Remembering when he spend the summer there. Moving on the wall of the room Harry noticed it was the same as before.

Ron followed Harry into the Three Broomsticks, leaving behind a anamolously apathetic Hagrid. He turned around to see Hagrid trudge back up to the castle, seemingly in a bad mood. They also found the place to be compeletely empty, how preternatural that was. Ron quickly strolled after Harry towards the fireplace and saw Harry take a handfull and dissapear in green flames. Walking forward, Ron took up some of the green powder, stepped inside, through it down and said clearly, "Grimmaulds Place Number 12!!" Feeling the same spinning sensation every time he traveled by flew powder, he saw fireplace by fireplace zoom past his sight. Finally, he stopped and nearly fell down from the dizziness. Discombobulated for the moment, Ron saw 5 Harrys standing in front of him. "Eh, Harry, that was dizzy," he said as he waddled around the Kitchen of the Order of the Pheonix Headquarters.
After regaining his posture, Ron looked at Harry and inquired, "So, where is everyone?"

Harry turned around as he saw Ron come out of the fireplace. Harry gave Ron a grin in reply to his comment. Walking into the kitchen Harry said, "Not sure, Ron. Maybe upstairs?" he said as he pushed open the kitchen door and went into the hallway. Turning to his right he started to trudge up the stairs. "AHHHHHHHHH WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE! I THOUGHT YOU WERE GONE!" a voice yelled as Harry jerked and picked up his head. "Oh dear." he said as he ran up most fo the way. The portrait of Sirus's mother screamed as Harry fell out of site from here. When he reached the top of the stairs Harry stopped and took a breath, he felt empty, as he scanned the second floor. The last time he was here, Sirus was alive and well. Now on his return his Godfather is gone. Closing his eyes he could sence the past as if he was reliving it. Him and his Godfather talking while walking down the stairs and in the hallway.
Walking a few feet Harry took another breath and began to cough. "Eurh! Urh!" he sounded as he cleared his throat from the dusty air. With a daze in his eyes he went into the first room he saw. Slowly opening up the door it creaked, which made Harry's hair on his arm stand up. "Eh, Hello? Is anyone here?" he said as he opened up the door. Harry stepped into the room and turned to the far wall. There was Tonks sitting at a desk against the wall, scribbling something down on a peice of partchment. "Tonks!" he said louder to break her from her concentration.

*BANG* Tonks appeared into the house, alone as she was standing inside the second floor room. Her hair was chin length and strawberry blonde color and her eyes were blue. Putting her hair behind her ears she pointed her wand at the two windows as the blinds quickly flew down blocking the moon light. Pointing her wand at a candle it lit in an instant. Walking hurridly toward a desk in the corner she sat down. An old quill sat in an dusty ink jar. Pointing her wand at the jar, Ink filled it. Tonks sat her wand down as she picked up the quill and pulled over to her a peice of parchment. Taking a letter out of her pocket she opened it and set it down in front of her. Scanning the letter she begain to write.
"Tonks!" a voice sopunder from behind her. "AHH!" she yelled as she jumped from her seat, dropped her quill on the parchment and held her wand at ready, as she faced the door behind her. "Harry!?" She said as she sounded quite confused. "What in Heaven's name are you doing here?" she asked franticly. Walking towards the open door she saw Ron. "Ron!?" she greeted in the same way as Harry. Pulling him into the room with them. Closing the door after herself she turned to the two. "What are you both doing out of school?" she asked as a smiled appeared on her face. Leaning towards the two she gave them a hug. "Im glad to see you! Hope you didnt get into trouble." she said as she pulled away and eyed both of them up. Pointing her wand at the wall where chairs were stacked she said, "Accio two Chairs!" as two flew behind Ron and Harry and placed them selves neatly on the ground. Tonks quickly turned her head to the desk she was seated at previously. Walking toward it she grabbed the letter she was reading and stuffed it into her pocket. The peice of parchment she was writing on was ruined. The quill she was using spilled ink all over the parchment where she was writting. Not worried about it, she pushed it to the side. Slowly walking toward the two she said, "Someone please answer my question. What are you both doing here, out of school?"

Harry saw Tonks jump from her chair, which made him jump also. "Hi there." he said with a smile as she came toward him. Her tone sounded frantic as she closed the door behind Ron. She blurted out questions about not being in school. The she stopped and went to her desk and shoved a paper into her pocket. "What was that?" Harry mothed to Ron, not to far from him. Quickly turning his head back to Tonks who walked toward them again, asking for an answer to her question.
Harry turned around to the chair behind him. He sat down as he looked up to Tonks in front of him. "Well, we arent in any trouble. Unless you tell someone." he said as he looked to Ron then to Tonks again. "We wanted to come here and ... umm.." Glancing at Ron, the to Tonks again. Harry stood up and walked over to the desk in the corner. "What was that letter about?" he asked as he glanced at Ron over Tonks' shoulder and made an face like -What do I do- Looking back to Tonks he changed the subject. "Has anything big been happening around here?" Harry looked at Tonks and waited for an answer the same way she did to them.

Tonks stood with her arms crossed at her chest and waited for an answer out of Harry and Ron. Harry spoke up first. "You know I should contact Dumbledore right now." She said as she pointed her finger out at Harry. "I Dont know Why you would leave school. You still havent answerd me tha.." she didnt finish her sentance as she watched Harry walk aross the room to the desk. Looking at Harry in an amused way, he strickly changed the subject and directed it toward her.
With a small laugh she smield at Harry in her normal joyful way. "Nothing, Harry. It wasnt important." she said in a calm voice. Harry again spitted another question at her as she looked at him. "Nothing has been happening Harry." She said a bit forceful. Turning to Ron she asked again. "Ron, tell me please why your here?" she ended in a sympathetic tone as she crossed her arms.

Harry nodded as Tonks went on about how the letter she took wasnt anything important. Tonks turned toward Ron and her back was toward Harry. His eyes widened as he saw the perfect time. Quickly slipping out his wand he looked at Ron. He mouther -Stall!!- to him behind Tonks back.
Staying by the desk Harry pointed his wand toward Tonks' pocket where the letter was. Seeing a small corner of the parchment he directed for the letter to slowly slip out. Flicking his wand ever so slightly away from the pocket it fell toward the ground as Harry jerked his wand toward the wall where it slid under the desk. Looking back toward Ron, he tucked his wand away as he nodded toward Ron, that he was done.
