Ginny ran her fingers through her long, thick red hair while staring blankly at an open page before continuing to write again. An old, worn out scarlet textbook on Transfiguration was opened up before her. Professor McGonagall had assigned all NEWTs students an essay on the Aadvorto Aversus spell. Ginny had already finished another paper for Professor Tyler on the different kinds of Ancient Runes. She decided to take only one extra course which was Ancient Runes. Hermione had told Ginny all about the subject and it sounded interesting enough to take. Setting the quill back down on the table Ginny began to look over what she had just written. Her brown eyes scanned the essay looking for a mistake. Not even coming across one Ginny picked the quill back up and began to write again. She had almost just finished the last paragraph when a familiar stern voice spoke from the desk. “The Library will be closing soon; I suggest you leave before curfew comes.” Madam Pince said from behind her desk. Ginny stared at the Libran who resembled the looks of a vulture and had an attitude of one. Sighing Ginny packed all her things up and stared up at the clock that stood in front of the library. Ginny grew frantic as she only had ten minutes to make back to the Gryffindor common room before Flich patrolled the corridors.
Dashing out of the library Ginny rounded a corner and went up the flights of stairs. The portraits around her seemed to be getting ready to sleep while other just talked amongst them selves. Running up another staircase flight of staircase Ginny abruptly stopped on her hells as she was about to run into the fat lady portrait. The Fat Lady just stared at Ginny smoothing out her silk pink dress before asking her famous question, “Password?” Ginny thought for a moment than answered. The old woman just nodded her head and the portrait swung open. Walking quickly into the common room Ginny made her way over toward a table that was near the fireplace. Setting everything out on the oak table Ginny seated herself in the chair. She really didn’t feel like doing the essay anymore but it was due the next time. Sighing Ginny picked up the quill again and picked off she left.
((Sorry that this took me so long. I've haven't been in a real Ginny mood lately .))
