Solaro looked down at the letter in her hand.. her first ever letter from home, there had to be a reson. Slowly she slit it open.

I hope your having a great time, sorry I haven't writen before. I hope you are reading the daily prophet. I just wanted to tell you before you find out in it and get a nasty surprise. Falcon is to be sent to azkaban. He was caught bewitching muggles so they would think that they were birds. This is to our horror his 4th offence but he got off on all previous occasions. We of course are deeply ashamed and your mother is refusing that she ever had a son. But don't worry he will be out in 9 months, he got a light charge. I hope you aren't to shocked by this news, please don't take it to hard. I have arranged a visit at your next hogwarts trip to see how you are.
