It's time for the first census of the New Year! For those of you who are new here, we run a census periodically to work out who's active and who's not so that the character lists in Approved Characters can be kept up to date.
ALL CHARACTERS, including adults (Death Eaters, Professors, Order Members, Graduates) who are still active need to be accounted for in this census. You don't need to put Quidditch World Cup players up here - they won't be deleted. Please sign in this format: Ivy Tunstall H6.
If you do not want others to know who you play, you can simply sign the census at one point with whatever characters you chose and then sign in another time to add your other characters. All that matters is that you sign the census with EACH of your active or inactive characters that you plan to keep, whether it is by doing it individually or in a list. You have two weeks to sign the census. This means that the census will end at midnight (Eastern American Time) on January 23rd.
Any character that does not sign the census will be deleted - their biography will be deleted from the Approved Character list and their name and avatar removed from the lists of characters. These characters will have to be re-approved before you may post with them again*. All member accounts with 0 posts will also be deleted (unless they are brand new members). The only exceptions are people that have posted in the Vacation List.
((*We will be saving biographies in staff so you can ask for them if you need, but if you have more than one character and do not sign the census at all, you won't be allowed to pick up more than one character (any year that you're approved for) once you return until you've been approved again for a second etc. character.))
