Hayden looked back tearfully at her mother, that was standing a bit of ways behind her, waiting for the girl to hop aboard the Hogwarts Express. "Mum!" she cried, clinging herself to her. "Mum! What if there's another Death thingy attack?" she asked, with fear in her voice. She had always been afraid that something like that would happen again to her, and if she went to Hogwarts, she wouldn't have her mother to turn to. Her mother smiled a bit, looking down at her daughter, but a small a look of worry was noticeable on her face. "It'll be OK." she soothed. "If anything happens, you can always turn to a professor, and Ian." Hayden looked back up to her mother wiping away the tears, and replacing them with a small smile. "Alright." she said, in the happiest voice that she could muster.
She then picked up her black and dark brown trunk, with the intials, written in shiny, copper brass: "H.A.H.", which standed for Hayden Adriana Hinson. She rolled it across the small walk-way, and up to the train. Since the girl was so small, the conductor had to help her pull herself, and her rather heavy trunk aboard the train. Once she was on, she sighed with releif, as she moved over to a window, to see if she could spot out her mother. Ian was probably somewhere amougst the other children, but Hayden didn't exactly care at the moment. She found an open window, and squeezed under a few older students.
She finally reached the window, perched her head slightly out of it, and began waving, and blowing kisses to her mother. She jumped back in suprise, when the whistle blew, and she instantly ran over to a nearby wall. She had never ridden on a train before, so she didn't know what to expect. She also, of course, had never been to Hogwarts, so these two things were both a first to her.
She began to move her way along the hallways, trying her best to not get trampeled by the much older students. Once she had reached about the middle of the train, she found and empty compartment, and eager to put her turnk down, she quickly slid open the door, and dropped her trunk, with a loud 'clunk'. "Oops..." she whipsered to herself, as she heaved it up, half way into her arms, and stood on the top on the seat, with much diffeculty, as she shoved her trunk up, onto the luggage rack, and sighed with releif again, as she slid back down, into the seat.

Sadie had just made it to Platform 9 3/4. She was running behind and was almost late for the train. Why did I decide to go back home after the attacks. I could have stayed somewhere closer. I could have stayed in Hogsmeade. Sadie thought scolding herself for being so late.
The train whistle had just blown, so Sadie grabbed her trunk and hopped on to the first set of stairs that she found. She didn't have anyone to turn and wave goodbye to, but she turned around anyway. While she was looking, she noticed a familiar face. She thought a moment trying to recognize the mother that she was staring at, then she remembered,That's Hayden's mom. Sadie couldn't believe that she had forgotten that Hayden was on the train somewhere. She had been so stressed lately. She still hadn't gotten her broom, and wasn't able to go to Nokomis's and learn quidditch this year like she and her friends had hoped they could all do.
Sadie began moving through the different parts of the train, hoping that she might find Hayden and be able to comfort her some. She knew that Hayden had to be scared of leaving home right now. She bumped into a few kids smaller than her, but none of them was Hayden.
As Sadie began to make her way through the middle of the train, looking in each compartment carefully, she finally noticed a small girl with blonde hair. She carefully opened the door. " Hi, Hayden. Mind if I keep you company. I thought a friendly face would help comfort you some."

Gerek walked quickly toward the train. He was a little late. He walked on hoping their would be a compartment to sit in. He kept felling really dumb as he walked down the trains narrow isle. How could he have forgot what time the train was supposed to leave. He was lucky he had found the letter telling him all the information about Hogwarts and when the train leaves the station when he was packing his trunk. He looked into each compartment trying to find one that was empty or semi empty. He came to a compartment as empty as possible. There was an older looking girl and a girl who looked around his age in there. He opened the door and sat down. I hope you don't mind me sitting here", he said. He was just daring them to say "leave".

Sadie was looking out the window of the compartment, when she suddenly heard the door slide open. She turned to look to see who was entering the compartment. It was a young boy, who looked to be the same age as Hayden.
Sadie imagined that there weren't many more seats, although she was shocked that so many parents were still letting their children go to Hogwart's. There had been so many attacks, that for once there were even professors on the train, Sadie guessed that was for security.
As the boy entered the compartment, Sadie heard him say that he hoped they didn't mind. " As long as Hayden doesn't care it's fine with me." She said calmly. Sadie was trying to stay as sweet as possible, but she didn't know how long it would last. She had been through a lot, with her parents passing away, and then the attack on Diagon Alley. And before the attack, there was the fact that she had been searching for her aunt, with no luck to that. She really was starting to learn more about herself. She was learning that being sweet did get a lot done, but there were also times that you just couldn't look away from someone being hateful. Sometimes you just had to protect your self.

The older girl answered him nicely saying "as long as Hayden doesn't care its fine with me". Gerek took Hayden as the younger girl. He looked toward Hayden and asked "Is it alright with you?" He expected the girl to say "Yes".

Mariza jumped onto the train and slowly walked round the corridors looking carefully into the compartments. She saw different kind of people. She didn't feel frightened or worried just confused. Where was she supposed to go? Finally in the middle of the train she found a completely empty compartment. She couldn't believe her luck, her mother had told her that it was nearly impossible to get one empty or even with only just one person in it. She stepped inside the compartment and sat down next to the window, she looked at the scenery going by.

Sadie noticed that the compartment was getting a little crowded and whispered to Hayden to see if she wanted to try and find another compartment. Sadie knew that Hayden was nervous after going through the attacks and everything. She didn't think that it would be good for Hayden to be crowded in, when she was so nervous.
((OCC: Hayden and Sadie are going to switch to a different compartment, Continue this thread and enjoy the space. Not trying to be rude, but thought everyone here would like to continue their story here.))

Hayden nodded at Sadie, and turned to the crowd, "Umm... I think that we are going to go someplace else, that is... if you all don't mind."she trailed off. "Well, umm... sorry for the umm... inconvience! Sadie! Let's go!"she whispered the last part, took back her trunk, and headed out the door after Sadie. ((OOC: Umm... what Sadie said. ))
