" Come on, Padma. Hurry up!" Parvati hollered back to her sister as she wound her way through the bustling crowds of King's Cross Station. Looking over her shoulder, she saw her twin sister Padma trying to keep up, and her parents' lagging a few feet behind. Parvati always loved the hustle and bustle of the station. The air electrified her to begin another term at Hogwarts. She was especially excited this year with this being her last year and all. Arriving at the wall that separated the muggle and wizarding world, she jumped as a warm hand grasped her shoulder.
" Parvati!" She looked up to see her father standing there. He looked infuriated at his daughter. " It's not safe. You need to stay back to with us." Parvati shrugged her shoulders and waited. After a few moments, her father allowed her to to punch through the wall.
Nearly running into a couple of what looked like first years, Parvati looked around and took in all the sights. The scarlet engine bellowed smoke as students greeted each other, hugged families goodbye, and jumped onto the the train. Inhaling the smoke filled air deeply, she watched as her family broke through the barrier. " Come on Padma. We only have about thirty minutes before the train leaves." Parvati was suddenly knocked hard from behind in the shoulder by a Slytherin boy in her grade. " Watch it!" she hollered back at the boy. Containing her anger in front of her father, she began to load her things onto the train.

Padma found that she was unable to keep up with Parvati and as soon as she tried she found her mother's arm on her wrist holding her back, "No Padma you must stay close!" Parvati was nearly about to disappear through the wall when her father caught up to her and stopped her. After Parvati went through Padma went next and she nearly bowled over a couple of first years who did a double take before rushing off.
At first glance around the platform Padma didn't see any of her friends but she heard Parvati calling for her to hurry up. "Hold on!" Padma yelled but before she took off her father grabbed hold of her by the shoulder. "Padma be careful this year, I want you to keep an eye on your sister too. I don't like that she keeps talking about going on to fight with that Harry boy. You write home and tell us if she is doing anything she shouldn't." Padma shot a look at her mother who nodded at everything her father had said in agreement. "Yes pappa" She said before hugging them both then running off to the train to find Parvati.
Before getting on board she had to wait in a short line as Professor Vector checked a first year's Hogwarts letter before letting him on. Once inside the train Padma saw two Aurors standing nearby in a compartment and those nearby compartments seemed to be filling up with students wanting to be as safe as possible. Finding an empty compartment next to some first years, Padma slid open the door and sat down and looked at the crowd of people lining up to get on board the train.

After loading everything up, Parvati gave her father and mother a kiss and went on board. Finding her sister rather quickly, she plopped down in the seat across from her. "Gosh, I'm glad that is over. I was pretty sure Mom and Dad were going to smother us before we got on the train. I know they are just worried about us, but it's starting to get a bit ridiculous, don't you think? Parvati looked at her sister quizzically. Of course Padma didn't think that way. Parvati knew that Padma was going to side with their parents, but Parvati just couldn't help but rebel. People needed to take action! He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named had to be stopped, and Parvati knew that being held back by her parents was not going to help the cause.
"What are you planning on doing when you get to the castle? I've got to go and talk with Neville and Susan. I haven't seen them all summer." That was lie. Parvati had seen both Neville and Susan when she went to Grimmauld Place to train with the Order of the Phoenix. Susan was still in shock over her aunt, and Neville was, well, just Neville. He didn't seem to be his normal self. "You know, I wonder if Hannah is on the Express? She may not come back this year, you know, with her mother and all."
