Twas a beautiful sunny Sunday morning. Sadie had awaken from a wonderful dream, and needed to ponder it's meaning and purpose. Sadie believed that dreams held secret messages for the recipient but that person had to decode the dream to find the message, She pulled herself from her bed, with a small yawn, and a huge hello to anyone whom might have still been in the dorm. She already knew what she wanted to wear. Walking to her trunk she opened it, and pulled out a muggle outfit consisting of an astonishing sun yellow top with light blue daisies and sheer green sleeves that were mid arm length. With that she had her favorite pair of tree climbing jeans which just happened to be a sun faded blue with rips at both knees. With this she added her newest pair of tennis shoes, a simple pair with a bit of a bright coloring, goldenrod yellow and sapphire blue. Sadie looked at herself in a mirror and was pleased with the way that the outfit looked. Pulling her long brown hair into a ponytail and tying it up with a yellow ribbon, Sadie realized she was covered in house pride. It bothered her not to show that she was a proud Hufflepuff. She was happy to be back in school, where she felt loved by all of her friends, and was able to see them more often. And although Sadie had what she considered enough friends, she was always willing to make new ones. I bet the courtyard would be lovely right now She thought to herself as she grabbed her muggle backpack and headed out of the common room. Sadie made her way through the castle waving at this person or that person that she had met in her last two years at Hogwarts. Sadie was happy to be a third year. She was no longer a ickle firstie, but she wasn't one of the older students that everyone looked up to.
Sadie made her way out into the courtyard and looked around. The day was just as beautiful as she thought. She easily spotted her favorite tree. It was one where she had met a few people last year, even though some of them never knew that she was above them in the tree. She wasn't sure if she was up to climbing her tree this day, she knew she needed to clear her mind, but she felt a bit weird about climbing her tree.
Sadie looked up at the tree. It too had grown some over the summer, for now the branches seemed to be a bit higher off the ground. This was no problem though. Sadie could still reach them and she was still able to pull herself up on them. Despite her weird feelings, Sadie put a foot on the lowest branch and a hand on the one above it, and slowly pulled herself up branch.

"Wake up!" Arden's room mate said as she left the room, leaving Arden annoyed. She asked her room mate to be quieter when she got up because Arden slept in. The girl had taken this offensively and she had been singing horribly at the top of her lungs all morning. Shoving her pillow over her head she found it useless, she was awake and she wouldn't be going back to sleep. Groaning she shook her covers off of her to reveal a tired looking brunette with angry eyes. Her big muggle football jersey was ruffled and ripped at the sleeves and her faded gray shorts were loose and too big for her. The shorts had been her older sisters and the jersey was her fathers from a long, long time ago.
Seeing as she wouldn’t look any healthier unless she took a shower she grabbed her shower stuff and a robe and a towel. Walking to the bathroom with no one seeing her she successfully showered and dried off without anyone coming into the room. Tying her robe on tightly and placing all of her toiletries back into her bag she quickly went back to her room. “What should I wear today?” she asked herself, glancing at her closet. Pulling out a pair of black cotton muggle shorts and a gray tank top she decided on it and slipped on before placing her shoes and socks on her feet as well. Deciding that magic was going to have to do she used it as a brush and saw a basic tangle free wet mop of brown hair. Hating her hair she turned it black and then smiled at her reflection, it definitely settled well with her annoyed mood.
Deciding to skip breakfast she headed outside and found what looked like a student free area of space. Settling against the back of a tree she was almost asleep again when she heard someone on the other side of the tree. Groaning she stood up and walked around only to see a younger girl, most likely supporting Hufflepuff with her look of color coordination, climbing up onto a limb. “What are you doing?” Arden asked as politely as she could, so it came out as a low slightly annoyed tone.

Sadie had just began to try to climb down from the tree so that she could go find food, when she heard the voice of another girl. "Ack..." was the only response that she could manage to get out as her grip from the tree limb loosened and she fell to the ground with a sickening crack. Sadie laid still a moment trying to let the pain settle and noticed that it was searing mainly from her left arm and side. She tried to sit up and couldn't.
"I think I'm hurt. I have never had the problem of falling out of the trees I have climbed. I usually spend time in the trees because it helps me think and clear my mind. I can remember many things about my life before Hogwarts without worry while sitting in the trees." Sadie tried again to sit up as she answered the girl, but still to no avail. Looking up at the girl, Sadie wondered if the girl would help if asked, or at least be polite enough to get help for Sadie. The girl was a gryffindor, and that was the same house as some of her friends. "Umm could you either help me to the Hospital wing, or find someone to help me. I hate to ask this of you, but I seem to not be able to stand up by myself. I think I have damaged my side someway." Sadie asked politely.
((Sorry so short, not a lot of musing tonight. If Arden helps Sadie to the Hospital wing, we can continue there))

Hesitating for only a moment Arden smiled and reached down to wear Sadie was to clasp her and and help pull her up after she said that she would definately help Sadie. She of course knew how it felt to fall or mess up, anything like that. Last year that was what she had done. And she had fallen harder and faster than she ever had before. Thinking a moment she remembered the times when she had tripped in the hall and no one would help her. Or when she was insulted by the Slytherins and no one would help her to stand up to them. This year she decided to be different. She wanted more friends to stand up with so that she could get less Slytherins to have to stand up to.
Normally Arden would have gotten into a worse mood for having to help a younger girl but decided that it was as close to a semi-friend as she had and she wasn't about to have nothing at all. I'm Arden. What's your name?" she said, wondering where exactly the girl was hurt as she hadn't exactly made it clear she had just stated that she couldn't get up very easily and needed some help. Getting out of her bad mood completely as she waited for Sadie to give a bit of effort and let Arden pull her up, or say not to, Arden glanced around the grounds and wished she were in the black lake swimming even though it was way to cold.

((you didn't gmode Sadie at all, that I could tell. It's a wonderful post.))
Sadie stretched her right arm up toward the girl hoping to get some help getting off the ground. Sadie wasn't sure what part of her left side was hurt only that her arm felt as if it had been crushed by some huge muggle machine. "I'm Sadie." She said as she reached toward the girl whom had introduced herself as Arden. "I'm a bit unsure what part of my side is hurt, I can only say for sure that my arm is." Sadie said realizing that she had not yet told the girl exactly where she was hurt. Sadie hoped that she would be able to stand on her own once she had help up to her feet, but with lack of use of her left arm she was sure that she couldn't get up on her own.
Sadie didn't know what to think for sure of the older girl, whom seemed as if she really didn't want to help the younger Hufflepuff. Sadie wasn't one used to being in need of a rescue, only a couple of times had that really ever happened to her. She had always been the one who was self-reliant and knew how to handle herself well in any situation that might arise. This was not one of those times. Sadie wasn't sure if the girl just wondered how badly she was hurt, or if the girl even wanted to help her at all.
((sorry this is so short, Sadie's inspiration comes and goes, a lot of times mid post like this. Hopefully the next one will be a bit longer))
