Danny held the door open and went inside the castle with Annabella then heard a voice which for a second he didn’t know where it was coming from. The only thing he was sure of was that they both were caught and there was nothing to do about it. Maybe if it was filch’s cat they would have had a chance but this was a professor so Danny just stood there and looked to where the voice had come from. He didn’t know by the voice who it was but after he got a look at him he realized it was Professor Suivant, the dueling professor. Danny didn’t dare plan to say anything rude because first he knew when he was in trouble and not to make it worse. Also second because he respected most of the professors at Hogwarts and would only do something like that to filch if he was brave enough at that moment.

“Danny McKay, Professor Suivant.” Danny said as Professor Suivant said both there punishments then paused to find out their names. “I guess it was foolish of me to be out so late and even worse with someone young and impressionable.” He said as he looked up to the professor talking as respectfully as possible. “So sorry I got you into all this trouble Annabella.” He said as he turned to Annabella feeling bad that it was his fault that she had now gotten caught and now in trouble. He would have just been fine if it was only him you got in trouble. “Well Goodnight Annabella and sorry again about this.” He said after Professor Suivant told her that she was close to her common room so she could just walk there by herself and that he would be escorting Danny it his common room. Danny wished even more now that the Gryffindor common room was closer so he would be able to just walk there by himself.

“Well I guess we better get going…” He said to Professor Suivant after Annabella had headed off to her common room. “So…how’s the dueling club going so far?” He said as they both had started to walk. Danny didn’t mind talking to professors at lest when he wasn’t being yelled at or scowled about something he did wrong.

(I like the fact that not everyone gets away with breaking the rules, sadly it had to be us. Well I made it so you could post back if you want but you don't have to if you don't want to.)

Annabella froze when she heard somebody speaking from behind her; she turned around to find that it was a Professor. They had been caught; she bit her lip and looked down to the ground, as the Professor reprimanded them. She cringed a bit when he turned to address Danny, telling him that he should have known better. He then took thirty points each from them, and asked for their names. “Annabella Valentine Sir.” She answered.

She then listened as he told them who, their detentions would be with and then, told Annabella that since her common room was close, she could walk there herself. She listened to Danny’s responses and nodded when he said, goodnight to her. “Goodnight Danny, and sorry again Professor.” She then began to make her way, to her common room.

Oh man thirty points plus a detention, my housemates are not going to be, to pleased about this, especially the head of house. She thought to herself as she walked down the stairs, and disappeared into her common room.
