Caiest put down the book and looked at the pocket watch her Uncle had given her for Christmas. Caiest sighed it was midnight well past curfew. If she was going to keep from loosing more points for her house she'd have to stay put or she would risk running into Filch or his dreadful little cat. Besides she didn't like her dorm mates they snored and that was unnaceptable in her book. A little peace and quiet for a change wouldn't be so bad at least then she'd be able to concentrate in tomorrows classes.
Caiest put the book down and looked around the Room of Requirements it was pretty bare since she'd only come here to read but that was easily fixable. She closed her eyes and when she reopened them the room looked much better. There were comfier chairs all around the room, there were board games and all sorts of other odds and end things to do so she wouldn't get bored while waiting for sleep to come to her.
Caiest went to inspect a table with some odd looking gadgets. Automatically she spotted a beautiful looking dagger. The blade was silver and the handle was decorated with some odd looking runes as well as some oddly colored gems. Caiest was contemplating putting it into her bag so she could see if it exsisted outside of the room when she heard a noise.
Caiest slammed the dagger down and whirled around. When she saw it was only a Hufflepuff and not a teacher as she originally thought she picked the dagger back up and slipped it into the pocket of her robes. "You really should knock before entering." She said returning to her seat and transferring the dagger from her pocket to her book bag.

Weetzie's hand met the pavement as she did a brisk one handed cartwheel. She landed swiftly and grinned as she pulled her shirt down from it's crumpled state. She was still in uniform, but it had a relaxed look to it. Her hair was down today, in loose curls, she hadn't felt like pulling and tugging at it to get it the way she wanted. Her boots, which had no heel and were laced from the toe up to her knee, made hardly any noise as she walked through the corridor. She was as quiet as a mouse. Weetzie knew it was past midnight and well past curfew. She should be heading back to the common room, but.. she didn't want to quite yet. Besides, it wasn't like she was going to get caught. She would pick a room and no one would be the wiser.
Opening a door to a random room. It was dark and Weetzie swore she heard something rumbling deep inside it. "Eh... what's behind door number two?" She whispered as she pulled the first door closed and turned the handle on the next door. It opened to reveal a classroom, but the classroom was so dusty it made Weetzie sneeze. She shut the door on another sneeze and then stood in front of the third door. Do I dare? Nodding her head in confirmation, she pushed open the door. This door revealed a girl with a sharp tongue. Weetzie shrugged at her sharp remark and stepped in, closing the door behind her. This was the room of requirement, that was obvious enough, even for Weetzie.
"Well, I'm not a teacher or anything.. so.. you needn't be so snipey." Weetzie said in greeting as she took a seat on one of the nicer looking chairs. "What a room, you think it up all by yourself?" She smiled sweetly and continued to look around.

Caiest smiled the girl wasn't a slytherin and by all rights she shouldn't be worth the time of day but anyone who wouldn't back down from another person was totally worth it in Cai's book. She hated how most people would completely back down and walk away after being talked to by another person Slytherin or not. She'd seen a first year Gryffindor run off after being yelled at by another first year in his house. It made Caiest sad that people these days wouldn't stick up for themselves. The fact that Weetzie hadn't backed down and in fact stayed meant Caiest could at the very least tolerate the other girl.
Caiest looked the girl up and down trying to decipher whether or not her last comment was a diss or if she was being sincere. Caiest shrugged she really didn't care if this girl was being sincere or not the room was made to her tastes not to impress if that wasn't alright with the other girl that was fine with her she could leave whenever she wanted and she told the girl so. "Yeah, well I like it." She said looking around at her creation.
Caiest shoved the bag she'd been not so cleverly hiding the dagger in behind her chair. She wouldn't be needing anything from it for the rest of the night and she was just plain paranoid. Living in Slytherin would do that to you she'd had stuff go missing from her bags one to many times for her to leave it out in the open in front of someone she'd just met. "The name is Caiest by the way. What's yours and if you don't mind my asking why are you out so late?"

Weetzie grinned at the girl as she continued to look around, "Well, I guess that's what matters, doesn't it? Liking what you create. I suppose if people despised their creations, no one would be happy and we would have no creators." She shrugged a bit as she sank down into the seat. The room had an interesting style to it, but not exactly something Weetzie would have thought up. Weetzie liked a bit more style, or a bit more spunk, rather; in the places she was relaxing. Perhaps this was exactly what the girl wanted. Weetzie couldn't say for sure, she didn't know the girl. The girl did say, however, that she liked it and that was a rather large clue as to the girl liking this sense of design.
The girl introduced herself as Caiest and then asked two questions. Weetzie decided to leave the first for last. "I find that walking the corridors late at night is much more fun then walking them during the day. You can do cartwheels and such without worrying about bumping into anyone. It's not a habit, that I make. In fact, I'm hardly out this late." She sighed and leaned her head on her right hand, her eyes on Caiest. "As for my name, it's Weetzie O'Keeffe." Weetzie's eyes narrowed slightly as she waited for a wise remark from the girl. It wasn't that she expected it, actually, that was exactly what it was. Weetzie had gotten enough ridicule from people about her name. In the words of Caiest, Weetzie shrugged, "Yeah, well, I like it."

Caiest smiled as Weetzie rambled on about creators liking their creations or no one would create anything anymore. She was right of course if everyone hated what they created no one would create anything any longer. But creativity had nothing to do with the creation of this room at the moment. She had only put to it what her immediate needs were. Her room at home was decorated much nicer then this the girl didn't need to know that though. Caiest just went on letting the girl think what she wanted.
Caiest nodded in agreement at Weetzies statement that the schools halls were better at night. It's why she herself was out. She hated how crowded the school got during the day. Of course if it weren't crowded that would be a bad thing for the school since the school needed students to keep up and running. She just wished the students wouldn't bother her so much. Caiest smiled as Weetzie told her her name she could tell that Weetzie was waiting for her to make a wise remark about how odd her name was but Caiest wasn't going to.
"I like your name personally too many people name their kids the same thing. There are too many Amy's and Kim's and Bob's and Greg's in the world. So you can do a cartwheel huh? Can you do any other gymnastic like things?" Caiest asked. She'd always been interested in people who could do gymnastics. She herself was alright when it came to doing things like Karate and other forms of martial arts but she couldn't do a cartwheel to save her life.
