You were absolutly right, I loved it. You really seemed to be put a lot of work, a lot of effort, into this audition. I would like to welcome you to the Slytherin team!
I have noticed that beater is your first choice in position, and can you please let me know your second as soon as you read this owl so I can tell Madam Hooch. The way this system works is everyone gets to chose 2 positions that will help them gain and use experience to be better players. So even though we will try to make you beater as much as possible it's still good to have your other position on file in case.
I am putting your audition in this owl for you in case you wanted to save it since I will have to delete it from the Quidditch board.

House - Slytherin
Year - 3rd
Desired Position - Reserve Beater (Until perminet Beater position is open)
Payton held his bat tight as Hooch shouted for him to come in for a beater, this was his moment of pride, his moment or glory, he thought as he grabbed his nimbus 2001. He lifted off into the sky feeling the rush of the wind in his sandy blond hair. This was his home, his place…the sky. He didn’t have a think about anything but winning. When he reached the level he wanted, he waited a few minutes and saw a bludger coming his way. He wacked it hard at the Gryffindor seeker and flew in another direction. GONG Slytherin had scored 20 - 50 Slytherin was leading he punched the air as the quaffle was flung at the Gryffindor chaser, he wacked a bludger at him and waited for the deafing CRUNCH.....but he didnt have time to hear it as one of the seekers was closing in on the snitch, Gryffindor....He wacked a bludger at him and saw it smash him in the face and he rolled of his broom and hit the ground. Payton burst into laughter as the seeker smashed to the ground. "Better luck next time!" he said through laughter. He then flew after a bludger and launched it at a Gryffindor beater. He missed slighty, Ahh well he thought as he flew around. He smacked a bludger at the keeper Mabye this will work he thought and watched it hit the keeper. GONG another goal for Slytherin!
Payton thought back to his younger days before Hogwarts as he went to persue a bludger. He remembered how his mother thought it would be dangerous to be a beater but how his dad thought it would be great and helped Payton build the muscles he would need. As he remembered this he also remembered how sad he was when his friends all didn't want to play quidditch, but would watch him instead. His friend Delilah was the most supportive of his quidditch trials. She was always there when he got sent to the hospital wing. She would tell him this is where he would be spending most of his time if he got to be a reserve beater for the Slytherin Quidditch Team. He remembered his brother once being captain and beater of the Slytherin team.
He finaly reached a bludger and wacked it at a Gryffindor chaser trying to steal the quaffle. He heard the "Awws" for the Slytherins and the "Yay! GO GRYFFINDOR" From the Gryffindors, Hufflepuffs, and Ravenclaws in the stands as he missed and the Gryffindor scored. It was now 60 - 30 and Slytherin had to keep their lead if they were going to winthis match. He doged an incoming bludger by rolling.He looked up and saw somthing bad happening. The two beaters were covering the Gryffindor seeker and he was about to get the snitch. The other slytherin beater was dealing with the Gryffindor keeper so it was up to Payton. He flashed off to the beaters and wacked a bludger at the seeker, but one deflected it back at him. Payton wacked the bludger rocketing back and knocked the beaters away. Then he tackled the seeker as the Slytherin seeker flew forward and....CAUGHT THE SNITCH, he was over joyed as the announcer named the scores. He flew up and hugged the seeker with the rest of the team and they all floated down. He heard Kennedy, the captain, saying "Party in the Slytherin common room" and he ran into the changing rooms....
