Plans for tomorrow then - Meet at 2pm at Tai Pan (near Ting's house) for late lunch (2pm because everything is half price after 2pm! ;D). Kat, apparently you're going to go to Izy's house and Izy's mum will come pick me up at 1:45pm and send us there. Ting will meet us there. Lucy isn't going; she has lunch plans with Olivia. Izy, I still don't know how I'm being picked up, but since my opticians' appointment is at 4:30pm, I assume my mum will come pick me up. She says she'll get back to me. Hope that's all right with you guys.

*blink* Well, I haven't actually organised anything with Kathryn, but Kathryn... if you're coming, then please bring the crushed remains of the etto d'amaretto. Kathryn, my mum said that if you prefer, she'd pick you up outside the main part of the university, outside Manchester Museum, or else drop me and Viv off there to meet you so that we walk to the Tai Pan together. If you were coming to my house, then I'd recommend coming for about 1:35pm. A note: if you are coming to my house... I'm going swimming afterwards, so it wouldn't be any good you cycling here because there wouldn't necessarily be anyone at home to give you your bicycle back. No problem if you walk. If you would want company walking, I could go and meet you at Jackson's Boat I suppose. Also, if you want to go swimming with me, then you're welcome to, but I will be doing serious, boring swimming lengths up and down because it's for my DofE, so you'd have to entertain yourself in the same way most of the time! And I hope to swim for an hour. Let me know about what you're going to be doing, Kathryn. Viv, as you can probably tell then I won't be needing a lift back because I'll be using the opportunity of being in Manchester to go swimming! Thanks for sorting the lunch out; I hope that we'll have a good time.

First I've heard of any of this...but ok. That sounds fine. I'll walk to your house then Izy...either walk all the way or get my mum to drop me at Jackson's Boat...or something like that. You don't need to meet me, if you'll need the time to get ready etc. Well, actually, I still need to ask if it's ok to go out, but I'm assuming it is. And yes, I will bring the Amoretto. My mum found it before I remembered lol. But I'll give it to you. And be reassured, none of it's been eaten . Oh, I'll bring my camera aswell, with all the photos from Italy;). Right, if Izy's swimming and Viv's going to the opticians, I'll just get the bus back or something...get Ting to direct me there. Seeing as I'll need to do some work afterwards. And thanks for sorting it out, as Izy said. Oh, Izy, on a completely unrelated note, I am going to Barnardos on Sunday,

Okies, all great. I'll walk with you to the bus stop on the way back if you want Kathryn - I will be going to the chemistry department for a while anyway to give myself time to digest my meal before starting swimming. And good, I'm glad that you're going. *huggles*

*laughs* Sorry, Kat. This is the reason I got you on msn yesterday and asked if you were free on Friday afternoon. Yes, I guessed that it would be due to some sort of outing plan, but I had no idea what =). And yay, I get to edit posts! Sounds fab. And no problem, it's been a pleasure this time. No stressing, no arguments, just a nice little meal with friends.

Mmmm... you're strange! Any suggestions for what you'd like in the News Flash thing on the homepage?

The upcoming Quidditch match perhaps? And how the weather is turning from frosty to warm again, blah blah, the usual. Nah, I don't have any ideas, sorry. Nothing much going on.

Well, when I first saw news flash thing on the homepage, I honestly didn't know what you meant...but I get it now lol. Yeah, quidditch seems like a good thing to include. Seeing as the last game ended a while ago. However, have we sorted out a new snitch system yet, or are we sticking with the present one for now? And yeah, the weather. Constantly changing, urgh. Apparently it's due to snow in some places in the country this weekend. Ah well, I predict that it'll be nice the first week in June, as always *sigh*. Anyway, completely unrelated, Dr Who returns tonight . 6.20pm, I believe. And Viv, did you see Torchwood last night??? All I can say is OMG!! TOSH!!! OWEN!! But anyway.

Argh, I know!! I wonder what they're gonna do with the next series? But yeah, although I don't tend to cry at TV shows/films, I came very close last night. I wonder what actually happened to Owen though... . But I thought Tosh was played brilliantly in that end scene. And is it?? I'd cut it down to 100x200 as those were the dimensions Izy recommended...but feel free to make it larger. I think the real dimentions were 360x600 (hence why it was squashed), but feel free to just enlarge it-I'm sure it'll be fine. Also, any idea what's happening with the banner? and I looked for quidditch discussions in staff, and the new snitch system sounds fine.

Ah, well, I can't alter pictures... -_-;; I tried to and failed, so I got Mack to do it for me. I'm sure we can get Jasmine to whip you up a proper piccie, but to be honest, I'm about to suggest something in staff that'll mean we don't have to use this stupid system anymore, lol. Well, I'm sure they won't be bringing Tosh and Owen back. *sigh* Goddamnit. If they wanted to kill a character off, they could've killed Gwen! XD And about the banner, Kennedy will make a new one. Again. Hahaha. Just when he has the time.

Actually then you'd changed it to 80 x 160, which was a bit weird... what was the need for that? Anyway, I put the one which I did originally up instead, which is 110 x 204. Thank you for sorting it out for me, Viv.

Lol, um, lost ya - you put it in the PB or straight onto the site?

Was it really 80x160?? I'm sure it was 100x200...must've accidentally pressed something or other. Ah well, I think it looks fine right now . Thanks for sorting that out. Eum...the link to the "send an owl" ends up sending an owl to Jasmine and not Celia...I'll go and edit that. Yeah, I thought he'd make another one. Good old Kennedy eh!

I put it straight onto the site.
That'd be my fault, I didn't have the time to work out how to make something a link on Freewebs.

Thanks. I just don't get the hyperlink system at all; I know how to put them in, but since one isn't logged in, it just goes to the homepage anyway, so... I don't really know which link to put in, if you catch my drift. Never mind. Things are changing soon. I refuse to let this horrible version of freewebs perturb and annoy me for the next few months. If I can't get it to work, sack it. It's great as it is.

I put it in. The link I put in was: hogwarts4houses.proboards26.com/index.cgi?action=pmsend&to=celiaNot knowing which link to put in isn't the fault of Freewebs, Viv. The link is just what comes up as the url when you click to send someone a PM from their profile. So if you went to my profile and clicked on 'Send Personal Message', it would come up with hogwarts4houses.proboards26.com/index.cgi?action=pmsend&to=ivy. Sending a PM is an action that only works if you're logged into the forum, which is why you have to be logged in for the link to work. There are some pretty hefty chunks of ice falling out of the sky right now. Why is it hailing? This is silly!

Basically I tested the other links that were already in place. It took me to the log in page, because it said I had to be logged in (even though I already was). So I logged in again, and it just went to the home page rather than a new message. *shrug* Maybe it's my Internet Explorer. And yup. Twas weird weather today. :-) Talk about weird weather this year. It snowed heaviest in March. It never seems to be sunny, and when it is, the gales are bloody scary. An earthquake in Lincolnshire and winds at top speeds disturbing my beauty sleep?! Phff. And I thought I loved England.
