Firstly, calling Cora, Chace, Riley, Oz and Connor!
You five need to start off Bloodties for us, and set the ball rolling. If Riley and Oz aren't already away, we've found us an Oliver, so all is well! *inwardly sobs with relief* As you know, sometime during the holidays, Bruce Coxen collapses due to a heart attack and dies. The five children are devastated. Well, Cora is. The rest will know their own reactions. That said, it'll be rather difficult if you five all post your own ideas of what actually happens at the party, which is when Bruce collapses. My idea is that Bruce is hosting a house party for Cora's birthday, celebrating her promotion, blah blah, and that's when Bruce collapses. This means that a couple of certain other characters will be present - namely Oliver and Seth. Since Jay, Erica, Evelyn, Grace, Sandy and Travis won't have officially met their partners yet.
Anyway, how to actually run the plot without people getting confused...? Someone has to take care of writing the beginning, someone the middle, someone the end. You'll have to god-mode Mother and Father Coxen to your wishes. I'd like Chace to mention Tobias, their uncle, who will be present, and will be supporting their mother. So here's my suggestion:
Cora - at the beginning Bruce invites everyone to celebrate his daughter's brithday or whatever it is. Cora is pleased of course, goes round greeting guests, is having a good time with her dad. I'm wondering now whether we should invite Jay.
Whadyya think? Just because Bruce is fond of him, after all. They don't have to meet yet.
Chace - hiding with Seth from visitors, but eventually Seth leaves for a sec and Chace chats with Uncle Tobias.
Riley and Oz - initially when together, they're plotting something a bit childish to ruin the party, only for their mother to catch them out and tell them not to do so. Twins go their separate ways when Oliver appears.
Riley - wanders off alone to avoid people and sneak a few drinks, though not because she's a drunk or anything. She has nothing better to do. Except chats with Connor when she sees him
Oz - goes to play wizard games like cards and chess with Oliver to escape guests also.
Connor - Is flitting around like a lost moth. Chace is nowhere to be seen, neither is his mother. He is tossed between guests for a while, until Riley rescues him and they chat. Then his mother comes along and Connor has a chat to her about the stressfulness of a party.
Oliver and Seth - just do your parts with your posters, but don't write the storyline.
Here's how we'll do the storyline:
Cora - write the beginning/opening of the party in your first post.
Riley - since you'll be the one to spot your father collapsing somewhere or another when he leaves Cora for but a moment, you can write the fiasco after everyone has posted what they're doing. Riley will notice her father and raise the alarm.
Connor - since he's with his mother, he can write from his mother's perspective too the horror of their father collapsing. Calling ambulance, etc.
Chace - writes about uncle comforting mother as ambulance arrives to take Bruce away.
Oz - comes out with Oliver only to see his father has collapsed, and Riley looking horrified.
Cora - once paramedics arrive from St Mungo's, Cora demands to know what is wrong with her father. They fail to revive him and he is pronounced dead.
Everyone posts their reactions.
And that'll be how Bloodties will be kicked off. Any additions? Suggestions? Changes? It's so confusing, but we have to do it like this to ensure no one gets confused. *is thoroughly confused anyway* *sigh* Anything to add then? I hope it makes sense.

Lol. Some of the characters' personalities may have additional things, like Evelyn being a strict Catholic. You should really have PMed your prospective partner about plotting and stuff. Don't expect me to work it out for you!
