As you may've noticed if you followed the last game, and if you've seen the team rosters, the Ravenclaw team is, well, small. There are 7 players at the moment, 2 of which have just graduated, so we have a grand total of 5 players.

THIS SIMPLY WON'T DO!!

Obviously the school boards are, for now, closed, but I look foward to having many auditions in September . Reply here if interested.
Actually, as the thread is already up, auditions can be posted now, if you want. IC the students are on holiday, but the posts can be set at the end of term or into next September. Whichever, I don't mind.

No first years though, as they won't have the IC experience. Yes, Potter was on his team in his first year, but he was an exception. Basically, the more experience the better.

We especially need beaters and seekers, as our only main beater and main seeker have now graduated. If your character's not really beater/seeker-ish, DON'T BE PUT OFF!! We need team members, whatever!!

Also, can the present team-members confirm whether I have their correct primary/secondary positions:

Celia: Chaser-Beater
Theo: Chaser-Keeper
Elaine: Chaser-Beater
August: Keeper-Chaser
Adriahna: Seeker-Chaser
Williard: Seeker-Chaser

Since we get to change our positions every year and looking at what we have now it looks like you're fine with keepers I think I will change mine, just to make your life easier come game time and because I am not picky

Adriahna will be Seeker/Chaser - unless you would rather me not change.

However, while I am not picky I would rather Adriahna not be beater just because Mary is

EDIT- Not quite sure what position to audition for. I could see Williard being Seeker because of his size, or Chaser, but seeing as how Chasers are full, and Adriahna is Seeker, I'll audition for Beater then?

I'm here. Just not very active right now....

About August's position I don't want to beat a dead horse (or flog a dead horse ) or sound like a broken record or any other idiom that you can think of but I really would like to change August's second position. Beater does not work with his personality. These are the order of positions for August that I would like:

Keeper
Chaser
Seeker
Beater

I was actually considering having Lynne audition for a Beater spot; she's lithe but strong. Not that Lynne has any anger. Oh no. Not yet anyway. *evil cackle* Oh yes, soon you will all be hiding and cowering when Lynne is seen.

Hmm. *thinks* If I remember correctly, Evelyn prefers Seeker and Chaser. Lynne favours Beater and Keeper.

Evelyn, Lynne, I hope you both audition sometime, but there's no rush really, so don't worry.

All the position changes are fine. I've decided to change to a Chaser-Beater rather than Chaser-Keeper as I realised in the last game that I wouldn't be able to tolerate sitting at the hoops all game, not getting much of the action (no offence meant to keepers). So, if I've got everything right, we have:
6 chasers (eep, a lot)-3 1st 3 2nd
2 Beaters (Both 2nd)
2 Keepers (1 1st 1 2nd)
2 Seekers (Both 1st)

I've decided that, as Jasmine has now, unfortunately, left the school and has left the Seeker position open, to put Adriahna on the main team as Seeker, if that's OK with her. Sorry Williard, but Adriahna's older and has more experience-you will be subbed into the game at some point, I guarantee. Both main-team beater spots are free as we don't have anyone with Beater as their primary position. COME ON RAVENCLAWS!!

And Thank You Theo for helping me to rally the troops, so to speak! The help is much appreciated.

Just thought I'd bump this thread to encourage more Ravens to Audition! Come on guys, you know you want to audition really! We especially need beaters, and possibly another Keeper. We NEED your support, or we won't have a full team for this year, which wouldn't be great (though, like last year, we could bring Stuart back as well as another NPC, but I'd rather keep it as just 1 NPC).
