Dear Quidditch Captains and Vices,

Please could you post here your full team roster, along with their top two preferred positions. I would appreciate if this could be given to me before this weekend. The reason is because, there has been a lot of confusion in playing Hooch recently, and I don't happen to have a full set of players' positions myself.

My apologies for the short space of time I allowed you to gather your teams. Since staff never came to an official conclusion to the actual date, and no one declared when wasn't a good time to have the match, I had to assume a date, and chose one fairly soon after our last match. However, since both of you have complained about this most adamantly, I understand how unreasonable the current date is, and the date has now been changed to Thursday, 18th June. This is a week after our last match, and should give you both enough time to sort your players out. If this is a problem, please inform me as soon as possible, and I will again alter arrangements.

May I please reiterate that, if there are any more problems with dates in the future, please could you tell me beforehand. It's quite difficult having to make the decision myself based off mere assumptions.

Please go ahead and inform your teams of the new date.
