Dear Mr Collins,
Congratulations, you are all now officially a Hogwarts' inter-house Quidditch match's commentator! Welcome to the commentating team and thank you for auditioning. You will soon be assigned to commentate matches, which we will alert you to nearer the time. Since you requested it, you will be commentating with Miss Aurora Chan.
This is how commentating will work on 4Houses: you need to write your commentating post with your character and send it to a staff member (perhaps more than one to ensure they receive it). Staff will then edit Madam Hooch's post with your post also. You do not have to write a post every round. The teacher in charge of commentating will not be Professor McGonagall, as she is Headmistress now, but Professor Hardy.
