Scrawl!!!
We really need to sort it out. I got a text from Emma today asking if she could have colour. I told her I don't know yet as we haven't yet ascertained what articles are going in in the January issue, how long they are and which ones need colour. Aiya.
Also, y'know Emma was originally going to do something science-based? Well, she wants to do origami now. I said that's fine and I'll edit hers - I know quite a bit about origami. (:
Anyway, you have the list I believe of the January articles, but here is what I'm under the impression we have at the moment:
Emma S - Origami (colour) (½) Emma H - ? (½ - 1?) Charlotte - Snapshot Into: Euthanasia (1½) Lily - Point of View: ? (1) Natasha - The Thought Box: ? (1) Miriam B - Miriam Says: ? (1) Julia - ? (½) Tori - The Rant: ? (1) Emily - Withington Focus: ? & Puzzle (½ - 1?) (colour?) Alex: Poem? (½) & Book Review (½) (colour) Eleanor: Creative Writing? (1) Ashy: ? Miriam J - Film Review: W (the film name is 'W') (½) Emma H: ? (½?) Lulu & Sheanna - School Poll: ? (½) (colour) Winnie - Science & Technology: ? (1) Kathryn - Q.I.: ? (1)
Total: 13 - 14 pages (excluding Ashy)
So... assigning jobs. I'll highlight the above: magenta for me, yellow for you. Tell me if you disagree (and if I've missed anyone out).
That means you'll edit 6 pages (excluding Ashy's). I'll be doing 8. Ooer. If you could take one half-page article off my hands that'd be great. You could have Miriam J's Film Review (not too difficult). Apart from that, I would like to do Emma S's, and the rest are one-page articles. Apart from Ju, which I doubt you'll want to do lol.
And what of Aneeqa?
I need to talk to Sophia. Shall we have a Chinese New Year front cover?
You'll need Eleanor's email btw. Just confirm that you'll be doing her first (confirm she'll even be doing CW lol!).

Um... that's not correct as far as mine go.
Ashy is doing CW again, I think; Eleanor the poem and Alex the Book Review. I'm not actually sure which way round it is between Ashy and Eleanor - I'll have to go and check. I have everything written down somewhere. But I'm posting right now, so it'll have to wait.
I'll ask Aneeqa whether she wants to take pics for us this month.
I think that Sophia should be allowed to do anything she wants. She isn't Chinese so I don't expect she'll be particularly interested in doing a Chinese New Year front cover - we had one of those last year, anyhow. She might want to do a general New Year front cover, or something entirely different. At any rate, I think it should be up to her. We don't have a specific theme for this next month, do we?

Okies. I knew Eleanor was doing something different, since I have Miriam J doing a film review, but I didn't know which part of CW she'd be doing.
That's fine. A general New Year cover's good to me. The issue will be published around the end of January, which is why I suggested Chinese New Year. However, I'm not particularly bothered. The issue isn't themed, no. :)

This is nothing to do with Scrawl, but... I had a go at adding our new threads to the Disenchanted Plot Guide. I don't expect you will be happy with it... I used the friends password to your photobucket to get a pic of Aurora but I doubt I'll have been any good at choosing. So please feel free to change anything. I just thought I'd have a go. PS. Please don't eat me. This is the first time I've ever done anything done anything to a Plot Guide.

Lol why would I eat you? It's a Plot Thread. I don't mind if people tinkle with our Plot Threads - well, as long as they're a part of the plot. I don't think you really do get what makes me eat people, m'dear. But thank you - I will go have a look now! :)

EDIT: Going to email my Scrawl peeps today. So is editing Miriam J okay with you?

It's easier to choose suitable pics of your own charries, I think. There's one of Jez further up which I think I'll change sometime if I get round to it. Do you have Miriam J's email? Obviously in general as the 'Head Editor' I don't think it's unfair for you to end up editing slightly more, but I really do owe you from last month so if you need me to then I will edit it. EDIT: I'm off to do a maths paper because that's what I should be doing right now. But if that leaves you stuck with Scrawl then ring me! Do you need me to go and type out the list for you right now? I've got time to do that.

No, I'm pretty sure this list is correct - the people anyway, not their page allocations and what they're writing about. Lol...
I don't have Miriam's email, but I do have her facebook. I will message her saying you're editing and give her your email. (: Thanks - that will really help. I don't want to edit 8 articles again! Lol.
Change away. I just grabbed pictures and threw them in last time, methinks. It needs a total revamp in the summer. :D

Facebooked Emma H and Miriam J with your email. I will get back to you with their emails if they get back to me. Hopefully they'll take the initiative to email you, though. ;)
EDIT: PMing you Miriam's email now. (:

Thanks. Two things. Firstly, what are the arrangements for your party? I'm under the impression that Wai San is getting the bus to where I live, I'm meeting her at the bus station and we're then walking to your house. But I ought to get in contact with her to arrange times and etc. It's on the 5th, do I remember correctly? Secondly, Google creates ads at the top of the page and I was rather startled when I noticed my name there... in conjunction with a lawnmower! A Honda Izy lawnmower, apparently. Um...?

xD @ the Izy lawnmower. You're named after something! Quite frankly, I will never be named after anything. I mean, Vivien? Phff. As if something would be named 'the Viv' or something ridiculous like that. And my name would certainly not turn up in a song. Can you imagine someone crooning "Ooooh Vivieeeeeen", which, I can assure you, many (too many, ugh) people have tried to do. One guy like to shout "VIVIEN!" everytime I see him, and I yell with a much more piercing NICK!"
Then again, he is Jess' ex. *smirk*
Anyway. About the 5th... Details coming later, for both you and Kat. I asked Wai San if she's coming with Ting on Facebook and she hasn't replied. :/ Hm. Since she and Ting live nearly next to each other, and Wai San has never been, she could just go with Ting. On the other hand, she can go to yours and you two can come to mine. Will Kat go to yours first or will she know how to get to my house? Ting will know so she'll be fine with or without Wai San. Lucy would take a taxi. Emma knows where my house is. I think that's it. Emma's coming late anyway.
I would estimate people should be coming around 2.30 p.m. to 3 p.m. You probably won't be home by 10 p.m., and my parents are happy to send you, Ting and Wai San back. Obviously Ting has to be sent, and since Wai San lives there anyway, she will be sent too. You live right next to me. Everyone else, m'afraid, will have to find some means of transport. I'll try not to keep us too late at the restaurant. (:
And yes, the 5th. The day before school...

Oi d'you mind? I wasn't named after it! I was named before it, I should think... I've had the same nickname with unusual spelling (simply because that's how I wrote it down heh, I thought the second z was surplus evidently) since Lower II! I am certainly not named after a lawnmower, what a ridiculous idea. No, evidently this new gardening implement must have been named after me... I must have gained fame without realising it. When we talked about it, Wai San seemed more comfortable with the idea of going to my bus stop and meeting me there - I guess 'cos she's done it before. I dunno how likely it is that she and Ting would be able to get on the same bus, and she doesn't know the centre of C... you know where we live... very well if she were to end up there on her own. I'll ring her and find out what she wants to do; it doesn't really bother me other than just knowing where I have to be when. Depending on the time, I might get my mum to give Kathryn and I a lift home (on the basis that I would get home quicker which suits my mum). If I go home with you then Kathryn can easily get a lift home from her parents, I should think - it's pretty close to where she lives - but if my mum picks me up she can give her a lift home. I wouldn't want to ask my mum to turn out if it was after say quarter past ten, but she says she doesn't mind other than that. Thank you for the offer!

Righty, I've talked to Wai San and passed on those details, including how she's getting home! She's going to go with Ting because then she doesn't have to go so far on the bus - so she'll be ringing up Ting so as to arrange where they're meeting in order to get on the same bus (she doesn't normally get the bus from outside the RNCM because there's one closer to her house). So it's up to her to arrange that with Ting now.

I had Emma S's about a week ago lol, before we started school. *hugs her* So efficient.
The others... huh. Fat chance. xD
