Graduates

Dear graduates,

To rectify the problems with the Classes of the graduates, we have changed the approval of graduates to include the field 'Class of'. For this, you must tell us which year your character graduated in. This will hopefully help avoid confusion when we staff members approve you and then have trouble putting you into your year groups. It is especially difficult when your character is quite an old graduate! So, if you could please either PM me back (I will be sending a PM too all graduates to alert you personally to this owl), reply here or post in Biography Editing, we staff would be most grateful. If you could do this asap it will ensure we update your bios and change your years around asap. (:

An example will be shown below when I will post my year for Heidi.

Please keep in mind that on 4Houses we are currently in the year 2001, approaching 2002, rather than 2008/2009. :)

Hmm... earlier we had decided that Ben was the same year as Mar but a year before Heidi. So, I was just going off of their years. It's not a big deal though... *Looks to Heidi and Mar for some help remembering if this was the case.*

The way I worked it out for Heidi is this: she graduated at 18 in 1998, four years ago as she turns 22 this year. She technically spent three years training after Hogwarts, but this is now two years so she entered St Mungo's at the same time as Ben and Mar - because she's quite clever she could keep up with the year above. Ben and Mar should be a year older then Heidi - 23 this year - and should have graduated 1997, yes. That's by our calculations anyway.

I thought Vi was in the same year as me?

Sorry, the current bios with the ages aren't usually updated - that's why having this class system works better.
