Hey there everyone!
So, Maribeth hasn't really gotten around to meeting everyone but Ben. (& it is all my fault)
But, with winter break coming about and a lot of free time on my hands,
I was wondering if anyone would like to continue on with a thread?

Hello! :D Yay for Maribeth's 'return'! I'd love a post with Maribeth - it's been a long time coming. ;) However, I'm kinda swamped at the moment in real life, so I can only offer you a post after this coming Thursday. If you want me to start I'm quite happy to, but if you want to get something up for me for Thursday/Friday that would be great too. :) I've been longing to post Heidi - she's not had much to do.

It's the second year of their internship... or have they been made residents now? >< Adam and I haven't had a chance to discuss this (or HTSAL or Hot and Cold at all... lol) so I'm slightly confused, but this is definitely the second year of them working in St Mungo's.
For Heidi, since she started there she has become best friends with Ben and started a romantic relationship with Miguel, only for them to discover that he is the father of her daughter (who she gave up for adoption at birth), and then for their relationship to fall apart; then Miguel dies of illness, leaving Heidi emotionally broken and confused. She hates Julia (but she will probably be out of the picture soon, which is a big shame). As for Maribeth, I'd assume they were good friends, yes. And I think, based on this and on Adam's plans for Hot and Cold, we should have their post involve intimate girl-banter about men and somehow move to Ben... which would be interesting lol.

Alright! I have a good idea. I think I might start it now before I lose it... I read your last post with Ben, about Miguel's death. Our, post will be put a little bit past that. So, Heidi is actually sane enough to easily talk about it, amoung other things. (Like Ben.) But, a post about girl bantering/gossiping about guys- I can arrange that, for sure! I wanted to bump this,  and also I wanted to see what you guys were all thinking about for our plot.... So, we're still going to go through with the 'Hot and Cold' plot, but, who is all still active? And do we need to find another person to play another guy in our plot, for a fall back after Ben- or another vent for the girls. Since, Miguel has died now, I think we should get another guy in the plot-- if youre interested. & how exactly is our plot going to play out? lol I think I'm kind of confused and lost with it. Maybe we can arrange a time to meet on msn to chatt about it. Anyone interested? |

Obviously Heidi's still up for it - it's what she was made for. ;) And she refuses to give up on the plot until she's had a proper chance to play it out. She's such a stubborn child. xD Anyhoo, yes, the plot is still going... Mainly it's Adam who's, well, leading it, so to speak, since Hot and Cold is his idea, so when he's not so busy I think he'll be able to answer most of your questions, Heather. :)
An msn chat would be really good, though. I'm free from today onwards till around the New Year, so tell me when I'm needed and I'll try and remember to get on msn. I'm not usually on nowadays... ever. Lol.
Oh, if you haven't seen it already, check my owl (My Plot Partners), 'cause I listed some ideas in there.
About getting another guy, I'm not averse to the idea, but the point of Hot and Cold is to have Ben as the main and only male protagonist, surrounded by women. That and it's so hard to find anyone active enough to get another charrie made for us. I think it's best we stick with what we've got. Out of the healers it's Mar, Heidi and Ben, and Vi has slipped in sneakily lol. ;)
I do apologise about having not replied yet, Heather. I will try to do so in the next few days. ><

Oh don't worry about not replying yet. TRUST ME, I understand delays in posts. I've done my fair share of making my posting partner's wait for a responce. :-[I don't mind at all. After every time I have made someone wait-- I think I should be the most patient person in the world! haha. So honestly Viv, don't worry at all. Whenever you are ready, go ahead. No rush. ADAM- when you get free, tell me and Viv when we can have a chatt on msn. You're the busy guy around here, so just whenever you think you can spare a moment, we'll try to oblidge. & the idea of the guy wasn't to push Ben out of the picture. It was only an idea so that futher along down the line once Hot & Cold was well underway, there could be another male talking the attention from Ben, which could give him some drama. But--- then again, that idea if way down the line. lol. We prob shouldnt worry about it anytime soon. |

Here is my schedule for the next week or so. Now that Christmas is over, it's just work I have to worry about for now. Sat 27th- Work 10 am to 10 pm Sun 28th- Work 10 am to 9 pm Mon 29th- Work 3 pm to 9 pm Tues 30th- Work 3 pm to 9 pm Wed 31st- Work 10 am to 5 pm and then a New Year's Eve party all evening Thurs 1st- Sleep in, and nothing the rest of the day Fri 2nd- Nothing Sat 3rd- Nothing Sun 4th- Nothing Mon 5th through Fri 9th- Work 9 am to 5 pm So... that's my tentative schedule. These are all EST times Viv, so you can figure from there.  Heather shouldn't have to do any time figuring since these times are her times too. As for Astrid, well I know she has to figure in a time difference. So... let me know! A MSN convo chat would be GREAT!!!! I'd love to get HTSAL/HNC going. |

Okies, well, these are the times when I am busy (so you can assume between 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., 2 p.m. to 6/7 p.m. and 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. I am free on all days that I haven't mentioned):
3rd January - my birthday! Not free basically all day.
5th January - my birthday get-together. Not free all day either.
6th January - school starts.
So... all other days up to 6th January I am definitely free. After that I'll be examing examing examing, so... >< Ugh.

hahaha, I don't know my work schedule but I don't work too late in the evenings. However, I am going to be busy New Years eve, of course! ((I can't wait!)) So, would we like to aim for sometime on the 4th? I'm sure I can find my way online even if I do have something planned. Viv, I don't know your time difference. I could do the 4th. Not the best day - it would be better if we could do it before New Year's, but I'll survive. I don't know when Astrid will be back from France. As for time zones, I believe I'm five hours ahead of Adam, but I can't be sure. All I know is I'm GMT 0 time or whatever it is. England is smack on the Greenwich Meridian. (: So whatever time zone you're in, you can work it out from there. Astrid, like me, is in the same time zone.

Eee have no fear, Vi is here!
Basically, as some of you may know, Viola is a little... different compared to most of your grads in H&C. xD So far Vi is good friends with Heidi and has met, danced and kissed Ben, but what does this really mean? - as Viola is not exactly one to refuse a dance and a kiss with anyone if she's given the drinks.
She hasn't met Maribeth. :3
As for free time I'll be a lot more active with Vi in the new year I can say for certain. For exact times... well when we go back to school I'm on the 7am-5pm GMT schedule. I have no problem not sleeping, I don't sleep much anyway, which means if can normally find the time early early morning.
I'm back from France around the 7th. But I've found an ancient laptop here which means I can reply and post more than I had initially expected would be possible. ^^
Feel free to add my msn (astrid.natley@hotmail.co.uk) by the way.
Ooer forgot to mention; Vi is in the Heartburn plot, or what was left of Heartburn. This plot is undergoing some serious changes but boy-future wise Viola is free. She might be moving to Hogsmeade though as her presence may be needed in Hogwarts on a regular basis in the new year.

Oh, but are you going to be good for a chatt on the 4th? & if Vi and Hedi are good friends, and Mar and Vi need to meet- what about joining out post in Outside Hogwarts? (if that's okay with Hedi) You can easily join, by seeing Hedi on her way to Mari's o or having previous plans with Hedi that Mari didn't know about & just stop by. -- It's completely up to you guys if you want to make it into a bigger post. Yes yes, that's all right with Heidi. (: I can get a call (yes, Heidi will have a mobile lol) from Vi, maybe? And then Heidi can ask Mar is Vi can join, and when Vi gets there, Heidi can spill everything that happened between her and Miguel. And maybe then this can be incorporated into Ben and Heidi's friendship issues - since she has yet to confide in Ben the truth, and Ben would assume he would hear the truth first, and when he finds out Heidi told Mar and Vi first, he may be a bit hurt.

The fourth? Ack, I have no idea. The thing about being on vacation here is that I can find the time, but not the exact time. xD Since I don't know what we're doing outing wise. However around 11pm-4am I'm always available my time, so perhaps that fits in... but probably not with Viv's times, as it's a wierd time for most people to be up. Fwah. Might be easier to determine what I'm doing earlier (as in day-time here) nearer that day...
Sure, I'll throw Vi in there with a phone call first. (: Might do that tonight, really need to get some Viola posting going- always have tons of inspiration for her.
Ehhh Viv, we still have that Vi + Heidi post up. xD You still want it up if we have another with Mar? I don't mind, it's just one of those posts I've left too long. Grr.

Ehh there's a reply for you. xD It's a little off as I'm tireeed, but at least she's there.
I couldn't remember if Mar and Vi would have gone to Hoggy together or what, so just posted some meh about them having very vaguely met before. =/
For reference to Miguel, I haven't put anything, simply because Vi would have either let that slip in her mind or because she hadn't heard yet.
If you still want the conversation and girl-banter of men to turn to Ben then that could be interesting now Vi is there. xD After all, she has very different relationships with men compared to how Heidi/Maribeth probably do.

Oo oo, I think we should have the girls banter about Ben - have Mar and Heidi laugh about how silly Ben can be and make Vi feel somewhat uncomfortable. I don't know if she'd confide in the fact she may have feelings for Ben, but it'd still be amusing. And then, on the subject of men, Heidi can be quite bitter about Ben's attitude towards her previous relationship with Miguel, and then burst into tears or something. I think her sadness has been a long time coming.
So, posting order is Mar, Heidi then Vi, hm? (:
And Mar used to go to Hogwarts as a Ravenclaw in the year above Heidi, if I'm correct. In mine and Heidi's heads, Mar and Heidi knew each other in Hogwarts but never bonded until St Mungo's. They never had a first post meeting each other at the hospital, but in my head it goes that Heidi sees Mar and goes up to say 'hi' and 'what a coincidence to see you here' lol. (:
