Congratulations, you've been accepted onto the team! Thank you SO SO SO much for auditioning as a Beater!! I'll add you to the roster as a reserve for now, and then I'll try to include you in the next game sometime . I expect you'll be on the main team next year though, as Celia is leaving, but I'll look into that closer to the time. And it also depends on what the future captains say. Also, please could you pick a 2nd position, even though you're not likely to be anything other than a beater (as we're a bit low in them )? Which you choose is up to you .

Well done Devon and thank you again for auditioning! :D Welcome to the team!
Like I said - we really do need Beaters. :P So another big thank you for that. Your second position doesn't matter so much so pick whatever ye like. ;)
Kat, remember to delete Devon's post and send it to him. When you're doing that, would you mind doing Merrick and Stephen's before I pester Izy or Adam about it? xD;;
EDIT: You are a god - thank you! :D

Great to be on the team...reserve that is I could use all the spare time to learn your system, meanwhile. My second position would be Seeker.

*patpat* But like Kat said, you'll likely be moved up to main next year. Ravenclaw have very few players at the moment (hence why I PMed you - I harass people like that xD;;), and with Celia and Ruth graduating at the end of this school year, we'll need two more players. Sandy will probably move up too. *nod* So you'll definitely play main Beater next year... we only have Ephraim and Celia at the mo, which is why I had to ask you to be Beater. D:
Oh, and be prepared to play in the upcoming match. Kat will probably put you in after you've watched a bit. :)

*waves* I play Madam Hooch but I can't be bothered to switch accounts. Sorry. I'll make sure that you get a genuine Madam Hooch experience sometime soon. ;D As far as learning the system goes, I just wanted to say now, ask away if anything's unclear! It will probably make more sense when you see it in action - it's really fairly simple although it may not seem it to start with. Anyway, I'd be happy to talk to you about what you need to know for the Beater position, seeing as your team has already played their match against Hufflepuff. If you'd like to take me up on that offer, then can talk either through owl, PM, or MSN - let me know which. I am a bit of a Quidditch fanatic, mind, so do be careful. Also, at some point I will want to turn you into a Hufflepuff or at least have you make a Hufflepuff charrie. Everyone ought to be a Hufflepuff!

Lol, Izy can take you up on that msn offer, Devon! ;)
Anyhoos, I've already explained the basic outline of Quidditch and each position's actions to Devon; but I haven't told him about things like the 12-hour rule and whatnot (which, frankly, I still don't understand well meself). ^^;;
