The XP points for both teams appear to be ready, and so I intend to start the game tomorrow. I am currently waiting on the starting line-ups, but I think that both captains already have them ready. Josephine and Theo, please do send me your finalised line-ups by some time tomorrow (preferably before the evening if you can), and I'll try to get the game up tomorrow!
I just want to say a HUGE thanks to both teams for getting organised so quickly. I appreciate it and I know that I have asked a lot of you to get organised in what must be record time.
Technically, teams should have a week to get organised. Therefore, I will be giving both teams until Monday 21st September to get any extra players that they can recruit for their teams to audition. Normally, characters who audition after the beginning of a game are not allowed to play in that game - but I want to make sure that neither team is disadvantaged by how little time you've taken to get ready. So any characters that audition before the end of Monday WILL be allowed to play in the upcoming game. The same goes for the Slytherin player who still needs to assign his experience points - if he can be contacted to assign them, I'll allow that after the game has started so long as it's before the end of Monday.
Any questions, please ask. I'm intending to use the new hit points system and all the amendments that I detailed in Talk to the Staff, unless I hear differently from staff before tomorrow... which means that everyone playing in this game is somewhat of a guinea pig for the new system! If you have any questions or suggestions about it, please don't hesitate to owl me (and Mary/staff). Also, please note the important amendment that Focus no longer depends on Con, but instead gives a fixed bonus of +2 each time it is used.
