I'd like to start the Gryffindor vs. Hufflepuff game on Monday 7th December, if that will be okay for both teams. I can compromise a little either way - if we get the organisation done earlier, we could start the match earlier if someone else posted Hooch (but I'd rather not start earlier, personally!), or we can start a little later if necessary, but I'd like to get as far through the match as possible before Christmas. But do let me know if you need to tweak it.
I don't have an awful lot of time to help you with your organisation. So what would be useful would be if you could both go through and update your team rosters yourselves (make sure to work out whether any of the characters have been dropped). Recruit any new team members who you're able to recruit immediately (you may recruit new players at any point up to the beginning of the game, but it's more convenient for me to do the rolls all at the same time! So please make that possible if you're able to).
Then please post back here with a copy of your updated team roster (including inactive characters who haven't been dropped), AND each player's two positions, and I will PM your team's rolls to you.
If your team is going to need temporary players, please let me know how many you'll be needing (and start trying to recruit some). Obviously for this you'll need to get in contact with your teams to find out whether everyone will be able to play in the game or not.
