Maggie is already attempting to mark Theo so I can't roll you attempting to mark Theo. It isn't actually specified in the rules I suppose (it should be, we just hadn't thought of it) but I think it's like stealing/intercepting - only one attempt for a team per round. So Maggie counts as the Slytherin team's attempt to mark Theo. Shout at me if I'm wrong... (Mary? Help?)

Totally, I agree. If two people were marking they would end up getting in each others way and being less effective. But XP is always nice!
