Whoo! We won the Quidditch Cup last year guys, you all did great! And as you can see, we have a new captain, Oscar, and a new Vice, me, Zoey (you can call me Britt, though). Okay, we need to get our line-up and reserves together, along with any changing of your preferred positions and some recruiting before the new season starts so we can get a killer line-up again and win for a 3rd year in a row!

As you can see, we have some 7th years that are graduates now, and we need to replace them! And we have 5 seekers, 6 Chasers, 5 Beaters two Keepers. It isn't that bad, if I do say so myself, but I think we should take some of the Seeker and make some Keepers. I'm not planning on changing Zoey, since her stats are pretty good for her positions and she has a very low concentration, but I'd appreciate of one or two people did change them.

Julius, Mikayla and Cass, are you moving up to graduates?

I may leave Trinity as a reserve, due to Theo captaincy, I don't want Viv overwhelmed with the university work, being a captain and being expected to show up tp practices and games...So it will most likely by Rosaliz and any newbies that come along.

Ah'm 'ere! Erm... Ah'll be keeping me normal positions, can't see Melody in any others by now.

Ah don't know whether Rosaliz will want to be on the main team... she asked to be left as a reserve last time round. But Ah think Trinity'd be good on the main team, if Viv wants her there! Viv will only 'ave Ravenclaw to Captain against Gryffindor for one out of three matches in the year... anyway, me opinion counts for little because thoo're the one in charge! *salutes*

Ah'll do me best to be around for practices, though Ah'm usually not too good at showing up for those if Ah'm a wee bit busy for posting anyway... Melody already 'as more experience points than Ah know what to do wit', if thoo know what Ah mean! As fer games, Ah'll most likely be around the majority of the time!

Jus' to clarify things fer thoo, your players' stats change each game... as in Madam Hooch will give you new rolls for each game. Then you can use whatever experience points you have to boost them. That way no one gets stuck wit' bad rolls all the time, but there's still a bit of variation!

Thoo can put Melody wherever you prefer between Beater and Seeker. Ah prefer playing Beater mesel' and Melody's very good at it! ;D But Melody 'ersel' prefers Seeker. So Ah dunnot mind, wherever Ah'm best fer t'team.

Anyway, as Melody has said, I'd be happy for Trinity to be on the main team. I had Seth, Theo and Trinity last year, so coping with just Theo and Trinity is good with me. Anyway, I'm not used to playing in only two teams! ^^;; I'll miss Hufflepuff...

I'm happy to be main team Beater, if you want me there. I promise to be active, haha. Anyway, I'm available for practices, especially in September, and no, Trinity won't change her positions. :) They're very much her!

Not that I want Gryff to win (seeing that I run the Huff team via Finn ), but Scott will be willing and ready to play Chaser/Seeker whenever you need him. Usually, depending on the rolls for each game, the Seeker is the one with the best stats. Melody and Scott both have a lot of experience too, which is always nice. But, if Danny gets some good rolls, it's the Gryffindor luck to win a game as a Seeker for your first time in the position (If I'm correct, Scott, Melody, AND Trinity all caught the Snitch in their first game as a Seeker.)

With whatever is decided, Scott's here. He absolutely LOVES Quidditch, despite the whole team aspect. He's a loner, but he gives it his all, and he's slowly warming up to his teammates.

But I we do want need more people on the team. We need some reserves and a starter. Anyone have any ideas on who to recruit?

NOTICE: Kay, Astrid's going to be away for a long time, leaving me to act as captain OOC, meaning that I'm in charge of scheduling the practices and changing the line-up. But thankfully, Scott (Adam) is going to be helping me! But IC, Oscar (Astrid) is still going to be the role of captain, she just won't post, therefore, She'll be going on the reserves. And with that said, there's going to be some line-up changes, I'm going to be scheduling a practice pretty soon here, and I'm going to be making a recruit thread, because we are very VERY low on players.

I'd appreciate if you all would be kind enough to help recruit, because the school year's starting up in 2 DAYS, and I'd like to get a practice in as soon as possible to raise the XP levels of our players. And talking about XP: The Mole Game is the easiest way to earn XP! I've raised my XP by 3 by doing this, and adding it to the 1 I had from my previous game. So, I'd like you guys, the people who haven't participated yet, to start voting when you can! It's really easy and quick, and sometimes, you even get some XP for just participating. I'm not making this mandatory, but...I STRONGLY encourage you to participate this year. :]

Yeah, there was only ONE Keeper, and now that she's (Astrid) is one, we are left with none. Now, there's two options to fix this:

A) We get some recruits and have one or two as a Keepers or...
B) One of you will be so kind to become a Keeper.

And we need Chasers! At least one for now, I really don't want to put anyone in a position that isn't their preferred one, because than you earn XP slower. D:

Ooer. I'm afraid Trinity isn't a Keeper person at all. I'm glad you've put her as Seeker; don't worry, I will always post her, every day. I always post my players unless I'm on vacation, every round, because it gains XP. >D Being Seeker forces me to do it.

If all else fails, I could switch one of Trinity's positions to Chaser. I don't know which to give up, though; she's such a Beater/Seeker person, and she's the only Beater I've ever played! xD

Oh, and about recruitment, Britt - I advise going through the student list and PMing anyone who isn't on the team. xD That's what I do! I'm afraid I have a very small picking of Ravens to ask, though!

Okay guys, I've got a practice being scheduled for sometime at the end of the month. I'm still getting the dates together, which gives us time to recruit! I've already gotten someone to make a Gryff who's going to be playing, but we need one more to make out line-up finalized to where everyone is here and playing a preferred position. If anyone has any idea of how to get our last player, tell me, please!

I've scheduled a Quidditch practice, and I'm plaining on starting it around the first of the month, giving you all time to prepare and all, and to get a certain character approved... )*cough* Elias, *cough*, and to get someone out of a young offender's center *cough* Melody *cough*) So be prepared to post in the practice, please, we all need more XP. :'D

And about you line-up- I think we may have to use one temporary player since there so little Gryffies, and the last remaining Gryffie not on the team won't join, so yeah. I hope that Ezzie will find Riley's bio by then and get her approved and back on the team, so that way we won;t have to use on with their ridiculously horrible rolls. Anyways, here's our line-up, again, but this time I'm counting Elias in.

And onto the most important thing: the new Quidditch system! If you haven't by now, which I doubt, I'd like you to get familiar with the new stat added, hit points! It's simple really, and it takes common sense, but go ahead and find it to make sure you are ready and up to date by practice and the next game.

I'm going to chicken out and say that Melody might still be locked up? Doom and despair in the team...! No but seriously, you won't lose her experience points-boosted play for long, she will be back by the Christmas game. However, I'm going to university on the 2nd/3rd October and I won't really have the time to post in practice. *is always bad at posting in practice anyway*

Staff should have a copy of Riley's bio saved in the staff boards, if Ezzie asks nicely. ;D
